The customer service provided by Mark was top notch. Can't tell you how relieved I was with how quick and easy everything was with service for our Dyson Supersonic. Highly recommend this place. Will keep buying Dyson if this is the type of support they provide. read more

Today was my first visit to Dyson Service Center. I think my entire visit was less than 5 minutes. I had a weird noise on my Dyson vacuum coming from the brush case. I was greeted immediately, and they took my Dyson back and checked it out. It turned out the belt was broke. The rep pulled up my warranty info and replaced the brush case, cleaned out the filters, and sent me on my way without charge! This made my day!! Excellent service. read more

Super awesome customer service just like the others stated! My Dyson was making a loud nice. Took it in and the guy swaped me a new head for my vacuum within 10 mins. read more

Fantastic shop fixed me up right to the point did what they were supposed to do great customer service five stars highly recommended

Was a walk-in customer on a Saturday, I brought my 5 year old DC14 in because it had lost some of its suction power. There was a little wait to discuss the issue because there were quite a few customers in the store but it was well worth it. Scott (I think) was extremely helpful. He took the vacuum to the back and gave it a once over to see if there were any major issues. He didn't find any and proceeded to perform a full service on the vacuum replacing a bunch of parts that are prone to wear FOR FREE. The vacuum works like new and if I ever have any other issues I will not hesitate to go back to that service center. read more

Awesome guys! They fixed my vacuum for free. I thought it was gonna be a big expensive fix and they took 5 minutes and handed to right back to me. read more

Amazing, honest customer service and quick turn around time. Took my 7-8 yr old Dyson in for a funny sound and within 10 minutes I had a new belt and canister all under warranty! Didn't buy a dime and my Dyson is just like new! Nice, friendly great guys! Highly recommend this place for anything Dyson! read more

These guys were awesome! We brought in our Dyson vacuum after it started making some funny noises...we didn't have an appointment and they were able to help us right away. Within minutes they determined the problem, explained what was required to fix it. They informed us that it would all be covered under our warranty, just based on the serial number (we didn't have to bring in a receipt). It was ready in about 2 hours! Both gentlemen working were very friendly, professional, and competent. Our Dyson worked like a dream when we got it back. Highly recommend this service center! read more

Best customer services ever!!!! My vacuum suction is weak and machine makes scratches to my wood floor so I take it in to see what can be done. They know sure know what they are doing and was quickly resolve the clogged area. They throw in a new part (low reach floor tool) to get rid of floor scratches. All of these outstanding services cost $0. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I cannot thanks enough. Definitely recommended this place. read more

This place is incredible. I had a broken canister on my Dyson handheld and when I called, Scott checked, said he had one in stock and to come whenever it was convenient. I drive from downtown and it was 100% worth it. Not only did he replace the canister, he serviced that machine and my upright immediately, replaced a filter, reviewed maintenance with me and sent me on my way in 15 minutes!!! This is what customer service should feel like and all I've done since is tell my friends and family that they should spend the money on a Dyson because it truly is one of the best purchases I've ever made. read more

Mark was awesome! He fixed my Dyson quickly. He unplugged the machine and checked everything over. He did not charge me anything. I definitely will use their services again! Highly recommended. read more

Super fast and efficient service and repair- they are as good as Dyson's engineering. This is why Dyson's are worth it.

I took my cordless Dyson Vac to this Center after 3 or 4 phone calls to the factory did not help me to fix the problem. They were so helpful and not only fixed the problem while I waited but the tech taught me how to fix it if the problem should happen again. read more

They are more interested in selling new vacuums than repairing your old one! All of the great reviews fooled me into going here. I brought in my Dyson DC23 because it wouldn't turn on. The man who helped me plugged in the vacuum, pressed the start button and immediately told me that my motor was bad. It would cost $150-$200 to replace the motor or $280 to purchase a new vacuum. I was suspect of the shoddy diagnosis progress so I took the vacuum home with me and ordered a new motor for $80 off of the internet. I installed the new motor myself and the vacuum wouldn't turn on. I took the vacuum to another repair place not associated with Dyson and the repairman pointed out that one of the prongs on my electrical plug was loose. He installed a new electrical plug on my cord for $10 and my vacuum is working again with the original motor! read more

After having a rough start with repair, a gentleman from the corporate office completely exceeded my expectations for a company. Scott called me, listened to my concerns, validated me. I am beyond impressed with dyson! read more

My older model (DC14) was losing serious suction with the wand and I (thought I had) ruled out a blockage, so I took it in this afternoon. Well, it turns out there was one spot I missed, and they cheerfully took it to the back to clear it for me and asked me to fill out a tag. When they brought it back like 5 minutes later, they not only had cleared the blockage free of charge, but they also replaced one of the hoses. They said it was old and had lost elasticity. After refusing payment, they carried my Dyson out to the car for me. Wow. Just wow. read more

The guys at Dyson were amazing!!! Awesome service that's rare these days! Keep up the good work! Came in for a new Dyson and I was extremely impressed. Thanks! read more

In a world of poor service and people who generally don't care about their customers, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such great care from Armando at Dyson who took care of my decade old Dyson in a jiffy! Great attitude and service; went the extra mile without missing a beat! Thank you Armando; Dyson is lucky to have you! read more

My vacuum lost suction and I needed a repair. Stopped by the store hoping to drop off my vacuum and pick it up later in the week. The guys identified the problem in 30 seconds and had my vacuumed fixed and cleaned in less than 5 minutes. Expected to pay an arm and a leg for the repair and I paid nothing. The guys were so thoughtful and kind and even gave me some tips on keeping my vacuum in tip top shape. Thank you! read more

Sears told me my dyson was going to be $189 to fix. Brought is here and was fixed in five minutes for free! I will definitely go back with any other issues with my dyson. Fantastic service!! read more

I took my 7 year old Dyson in to replace a part and ended up with a smoking deal on a new unit. They serviced my old unit and sent me home with two vacuums. I would highly recommend this store. They went way out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. read more

OK. So it's not great that I've had to see Mark twice in two years for repairs but it is he that makes Dyson stand out in my mind. He's made quick repairs, offered helpful hints and explanations and was overall a top notch guy. I wish Dyson was closer to Denver than park Meadows. read more

Very poor customer service. My husband bought me the handheld. I tried many times but it doesn't meet my needs. I have another Dyson that works very good. I attempted to return with my receipt on day 42. They said 30 days? It does not state this on their receipt... Really 12 days and no help. I hope this doesn't prevent me from buying other Dysons but I will not return to this store. read more

I love using my Dyson vacuum. Brought it in for a replacement part and was amazed by the customer service. Mark and Ed are a dream team. Thanks for making my errand something to brighten my day. read more

Our vacuum broke and we thought we were going to have to buy a new one. We took a chance and took it to the Dyson service center. Scott and Tyler were so friendly, and even better, they fixed our vacuum in less than 5 minutes. So worth the trip! read more

This place is great. The staff was very helpful and super fast. I went there with my handheld Dyson Animal that seemed to be running hot. I was in and out with a new motor (free of charge, still under warranty) in less than 20 minutes. Also, I was provided some hints on how to clean the filter more thoroughly than what is listed in the owner's manual. It's so nice when a company really stands behind it's warranty, without making it overly burdensome on the customer. Super impressed! read more

Had taken our vacuum to another repair shop and they wanted $370 and 4 weeks for the repairs. Here I got my vacuum back the same day and they did the work all under warranty!! Highly recommend this place! This is what a repair shop should be like! read more

Best customer service I've had. No charge on a quick fix and education on how to prevent and maintain. Accurate quote on a second vacuum fix and no pressure. Again, education on how to maintain. Highly recommend and will use from now on read more

These people were very helpful. We inherited a Dyson without manuals and it seemed to be malfunctioning. They checked it out, fixed a stuck button, and educated me about how to operate it. Turns out it can do all kinds of things I didn't know about! They also told me it should have 3 attachment tools, and when I said they must have gotten lost, they gave them to me from spare parts they had in their repair area. The gentleman who worked with me was patient enough to watch while I took everything apart on my own (and put it back together) so I'd be sure I could operate it when I got home. And finally, they determined the machine was still under warranty so they didn't charge me anything. It took 10 minutes and I came home with a repaired vacuum and a great experience. read more

Imagine this... it's 5:15 on a Saturday and your $500 10+ year old Dyson vacuum is literally screaming at you. You take apart the bottom brush area, clean it out and it still won't rotate the brush. I think, it must be the belt. I hop online and search for Dyson vacuum repair and locate this service center and rush over before the posted 6:30 closing time. I explain the problem and my vacuum is immediately taken to the back shop area and he turns it on and it works. Figures right? He takes it apart and completely takes out the brush, takes off the ends (didn't know you could do that) and finds cat hair spooled around the ends preventing it from turning. Cleans it out, takes a look at a few other things, puts it back together and I'm in and out of the shop in 10 minutes without a charge. I definitely will go back there in the future if I have any problems (and won't expect each visit to be free). Thank you for the excellent customer service and assistance. When I returned home, well... happy wife, happy life! read more

We went in on 6/7/2017 and had the most exceptional service. There was another gentleman and my husband and myself all in there for the same reason. None of us could figure out how to clean out our filter. The gentleman that was there took the time to show us step by step on how to clean our filters and didn't hassle us for not knowing. Very professional and makes me proud to own a dyson. read more

I've gone past this store a few times, they're not open on Sunday which was a bummer but I always wanted to just go in. I got my chance when the main hose ripped on my dyson animal and I took it over there. Inside was not as exciting as I thought, it's not a full blown dyson store with every model and every attachment but what they have is fine more so because it's a repair facility not a retail store so much. The guy fixed the hose in 5 minutes, I was there a total of 10. Great service, I mean I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back. He was even honest and said leaving it for a professional cleaning wasn't worth the $150 that he would have charged me. Which I appreciated. If you have a dyson, this should be your first repair call. read more

I'm SO impressed by the customer service I received from everything Dyson, but specifically this Service Center. I've had my Dyson for just over 2 years and last night accidentally vacuumed up a bathroom mat (yea yea, I know, oops!) and completely broke the roller piece. I was expecting an expensive replacement or a lengthy warranty repair process. I walked into the service center and was greeted by Mark - he took a look at the issue, had me fill out a short piece of paper with my name and address...before I even finished writing my zip code he was back with my vacuum and had replaced the entire cleaning head for free, immediately and without a hassle! I will never buy anything other than a Dyson and will always refer people to Mark at the Centennial Service Center! Thanks so much! read more

These guys are the real deal! My 10 yr old upright Dyson wasn't picking up much and I couldn't locate the clog. I stopped by this place on the way home due to the high ratings, walked in and I was met immediately by a nice man who listened to the issues, took the vacuum in the back and was back in 5 min. to tell me he'd fixed the clog, showed me where it was, mentioned some maintenance items and didn't charge me a thing...What? I love this place and highly recommend them. When I go to buy my next Dyson, I'll come here. read more

If you currently use a different Dyson repair shop, LOSE THEIR NUMBER! This place is fantastic. Our Dyson had lost suction, so I brought it in. Mark took it apart for maintenance, making sure to explain everything as he went, so I could take care of the routine stuff myself. He cleaned it out and had it working in minutes. Super nice, patient, and quick. I forgot to mention, everything he did was FREE. Obviously, some repairs will cost money, but this visit didn't cost me a dime. Thanks, Mark!! read more

This is what customer service should feel like. I had to drive from downtown to Centennial, and I have to say, worth every minute of that horrible commute. I bought my Dyson around 7 years ago and it has worked great. Recently it started making a horrid noise. I was planning on tossing it and decided to see if I could get it serviced. Sure enough, Dyson Service Center in Park Meadows. Scott from Dyson took the vaccum in the back, explaining it would take a few minutes. He brought it back out with a new motor, new hose, cleaned up and ready to go! And all at no charge! Still under warrantee. Wowza! I basically told Scott that he single handedly has guaranteed I will not only buy Dyson vacuum cleaners for the rest of my life, but I will also tell every person who will listen what an awesome experience this was. Now if only we can get Airlines, the cable company and the DMV to follow suit.... Rock on Dyson! read more

First class customer service. Fixed my Dyson is less than 15 minutes. They know Dyson.

Drove down from Boulder skeptical of the reviews but they are true. John repaired the clutch while I was there in 10 mins. They are NOT a franchise they ARE Dyson and as good as the reviews read. They even replaced a small piece I broke off moving years ago for no charge. The clutch was less than I expected as well. Worth the time! They have my business for life! Armando and John are the consummate professionals! Well done guys! Dyson should be happy with you both!!! read more

My Dyson was suddenly not working properly and I brought it into the shop. I was in and out in a couple minutes. I thought for sure that the repair would cost me $100. But they took it apart, replaced a belt. read more

Took my Dyson in to get a new belt for it. The belt I thought needed replaced was actually fine, however, there was another belt, that I wasn't aware of, that had actually broken. They replaced the belt and the unit it was attached to in no time at all. I was ready to pay, and they said it was all taken care of. Very impressed and thankful!!! It's a rare thing to find a business that truly is concerned with customer satisfaction at the expense of the company vs. the client. Thank you!! Definitely will be back if needed! read more
