Great experience, took our Sebo there cause it didn't work, to fix it would cost half of a new one, Clint actually gave us a loaner to try, GF loves it, we are going to buy it...don't hesitate take your broken vac here! read more

I came here with my mini vac because I couldn't open the filter housing. The owner opened and cleaned my filter, and showed me how to do it myself. He charged me nothing and was friendly and helpful the whole time. I will definitely be back! read more

Truly incredible service! This is the real deal! A long time family run business that cares about honesty, integrity, the community and value! If you are in the market for vacuum or floor product, save yourself time and energy and go visit Arapahoe Vacuum! The next time I buy a vacuum or floor product it will be from Clint at Arapahoe Vacuum! I came in to have my 4 month old Bissell product repaired. Clint and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, explain the issue the process. Clint followed up less than a week later, having coordinated with Bissell to get a brand new replacement product. Thank you Clint!! read more

Clint was just the deal when it came to servicing my old Oreck Magnesium. He checked everything and thoroughly cleaned it, noting which parts may need replacing eventually. The cost for this service was very reasonable. I also bought some accessories for my Eureka Mighty Mite there and they were of much higher quality than those I had purchased on-line for a similar cost. Just go to Arapahoe Vacuum; you will not be disappointed. Pat s. read more

I have gone to various amounts of places to look in my backyard. I love you they were so much better than the new ones. However every once in a while they need a little love. Other places I've gone to have quoted me hundreds of dollars.!!! Not only were they polite and courteous and the best value they got it done in record time! read more

My apologies for not asking the repairman / manager / owner's name... On Friday I called the store with Bissell Product Service on the line and Monday I was in the store for 15mins and leaving with a working vacuum!! Obviously, OUTSTANDING service and Reliable! Again, Thank You! read more

Really helpful, informative service. Bought a vacuum for a small condo, and I'm convinced it'll be worth the money. I'll be back for my next vacuum. read more

Have lived in the Denver Metro area for 16 years and this is the only place we shop for vacuums. They sell excellent vacuums at great prices. If you want a vacuum that only lasts for a few years, keep buying yours at the big box stores. I'll continue to get excellent personal service and great vacuums here. Love the service Clint! read more

Clint Glasgow helped me problem-solve and find a part for my Miele in a still supply chain-constrained market. He saved me money and made my day. PS keep you me dogs away from vacuum hoses, well at least my dog.. read more

Came in back in April after my Shark vacuum broke. I have a golden retriever and he sheds A LOT. I knew I needed to invest in a good vacuum instead of continually buying cheap ones that break every 6 months. I decided to check out Arapahoe Vacuum after all of the positive reviews I read here. Clint took care of me right away and I ended up purchasing this Riccar Supralite. I absolutely love this vacuum. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth the investment. The belt broke recently and came back. Clint put a new one on and only charged me the $6 and some change for the belt and it took only a few minutes. I didn't even need to have my receipt with me since he was able to pull it up under my last name. (Which was a relief when I couldn't find my receipt before coming over!) Super nice family-owned operation that genuinely cares about customer happiness and selling quality items that actually do the job. They have a lifelong customer. read more

These people really know what they're doing! I had two vacuums that needed repair. The owner looked at them both and gave me a quote that was reasonable and repairs were done in a timely manner. Highly recommend! read more

Clint was friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave us a little vacuum 101 crash course and we will definitely reconsider our next vacuum but he did a great job in fixing a brush head that had been overworked by some pet hair. Will go back to see Clint to buy our next vacuum or get work done if needed. read more

I called this business and asked for advice on repairing a vacuum. I admire that the person I reached on the phone told me it wouldn't be worth repairing the vacuum, as the repair would be far more expensive than purchasing another vacuum. Integrity. Who knew it still existed? Any time I need service they will be my first call. read more

Super friendly guy. Family owned business. Easy pick up and drop off. He fixed my vacuum and it's been running great for months now! Thanks!

I had come here for a repair on a Hoover and seen the Riccar vacuum before. When our vacuum finally died I knew what a quality replacement was going to cost. The guys here also advised me of the warranty and service life on a Riccar which is about 8-9 years more than I've been averaging on Hoover's, Dyson's, and Shark's. Brought the whole family down and they let them play with vacuums while we were figuring out which one works best for our surfaces. We were in and out before the kids could even complain. Two bags later on the new vacuum and our floors are actually staying clean (carpet and hardwood). Even the dog hair seems to be lighter, and we have some shedders. We will be coming back for all of our service needs. We might even price out one of those whole house units... read more

I made the mistake of vacuuming up pasta and getting my vacuum clogged. They have been absolutely awesome here, had the vacuum completed very quickly and only charged me a diagnostic fee for the work. Appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company, as I read nightmare reviews of other companies pulling a bait and switch one a vacuum was into their shop. I'm going to be in the market for a vacuum next month and I will only do business with them going forward. You guys rock! read more

Clint is the best in the vacuum sales and repair world-I won't go anywhere else!! I own a residential cleaning company in Centennial so my work world revolves around vacuum cleaners, maintenance and repair. The guys at Arapahoe Vacuum are honest and incredibly helpful-a rarity in this business. Before I found Clint I tried a few other local companies but no one else was worth a second visit. They have a customer for life!! read more

We were extremely pleased with Clint's knowledge, advice, and support. We had to replace our central vacuum, and Clint was able to recommend a wonderful new system at a reasonable price. He installed it after hours for us, and was extremely friendly and agreeable. He is a good communicator and very fair and honest. We highly recommend him. read more

I highly recommend this place! I brought my vacuum in with a piece lodged so far in the hose that I couldn't get it out. I also couldn't detach the other side of the hose so I could push it out with anything. I was in and out of this place in under 5 minutes, and he didn't even charge me! Super nice, super quick, and the accent isn't so bad to listen to either :) read more

We have a pretty new Shark vacuum and it stopped working. They were so kind and helpful at Arapahoe vacuum. They under promised and over delivered. I paid $39.99 for the diagnostic testing and it paid for all repairs (if they couldn't fix it the $39.99 would go towards a new vacuum) Highly recommend!! read more

In this day and age it's tough to find a business that will stand by their work and I'm really happy that these guys make it right.

Customer service was top notch! I spent some time with Clint explaining to him my needs (for my small studio apartment and vehicle), but also something that was going to last. His salesmanship is not that of a high pressure salesman, and was very knowledgeable of all the different brands, styles and functions to fit the necessity of what i needed in a nice vacuum. I pride myself in shopping locally as often as possible, so if you are in the market to buy, acquire accessories, or just get good advice, this is the place to go! read more

Clint at Arapahoe Vacuum is the definition of what great customer service should be! He agreed to fix my Bissel under warranty even though he isn't officially doing so anymore. When I dropped it off, he told me it would take +\- 3 weeks to fix. I was shocked when he called me 5 days later to let me know it was ready! Who does that!! Thanks Clint great shop and great service! read more

Clint does an exceptional job repairing vacuums. I have had many different kinds of vacuums in the past but I found that the Riccar vacuum is the best by far. I had Clint repair my old ones and gave those to my daughter. read more

Dropped off our Hoover Carpet cleaner and these guys did all the dirty work from dealing with Hoover, parts, repairs, etc. When they sensed the thing was a lemon Clint rang me up and said come get a new model. No charge. He wouldn't take any payment so I dropped off a case of beer for him and the team. Thanks guys - I will send everyone to you. read more

This place is the best. I had a carpet cleaner that was not working and they took a look to figure out it was the tank that had been warped somehow. They had a spare in the shop, gave it to me and processed the broken tank under a warranty that we didn't even know we had. This is a very honest business and I will be sending anyone I know here for work. He would not take any payment and said it was covered. You will not regret your choice to use them! read more

Great vacuums and high quality floor care. The man I called and met when I bought but carpet shampoo was very helpful x

I have had several repairs done by Best Vacuums and purchased a new vacuum cleaner from them. These folks are the real deal. They are honest, very customer focused, and always willing to help. For repairs, they have advised me when my vacuum was not worth repairing, but were glad to do whatever I asked of them. I consider them trust-worthy. AND their products are great! read more

Just wanted to share because I ask for business recommendations frequently (since I'm new to the area. I have had a great experience with Best Vacuums. I've never written a review for a business before, but I felt the need to with this store. Clint fixed my steam cleaner and added new parts and motor free of charge (paid $60 for the repair fee). Honestly, I was shocked he didn't charge for the parts or push me just to buy a new cleaner. He was helpful and upfront with me and really cares about customer service. Unfortunately, we don't see that as often nowadays. So, I wanted to make sure everyone knew about this if they need a new vacuum or steam cleaner or need theirs repaired, this is the place to go. Clint also took the time to educate me about steam cleaners and vacuums so I could make the most educated decision on whether to buy a new machine or keep the existing. He was so helpful and wasn't just a pushy vacuum salesperson like I would expect to find in a vacuum store. What a nice Bloke! He actually cares about doing what's right for the customer instead of just lining his own pockets. So refreshing to find a business owner like this nowadays. read more

I don't do reviews as a general rule, but the folks at Arapahoe Vacuum need to be recognized. I was shopping for a Royal carpet cleaner, went to this website, and saw what the customers thought about Arapahoe Vacuum. Outstanding! This morning I picked up the cleaner, but only after the sales person spent the time necessary to ascertain what i needed, and the best machine for the job. They were patient, and extremely helpful. The approach was low key. I'll be back. Hello Arapahoe Vacuum; goodbye to all the others I've previously used out there. read more

These guys are fantastic! I took my Hoover Platinum steam vacuum to them and they were honest about the issues and had it replaced right away. When the Hoover finally wears out (and is out of warranty), I WILL buy my next steam cleaner from them. There's something to be said for honesty and customer focus these days and they totally deliver. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

Clint is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and really cares about his customers!! I have had him work on a couple of vacuums for us over the last number of years. Most recently, I had a vacuum that I was going to donate to a Safehouse for battered women that didn't have a vacuum. I wanted to get a tune up on the vacuum before donating it because it was going to be used throughout the entire home which includes 11 families plus common space. I checked with a couple companies and they all wanted to charge me $89 just to leave it with them so they could give me a diagnosis. Not only did Clint not charge me the upfront fee, he provided the entire service for free knowing the vacuum was being donated to a good cause. It took him 15 minutes to do the "tune-up." All the other companies were going to scam me by charging me $89 or more for minimal labor. I highly recommend Clint at Arapahoe Vacuum for his work ethic, caring personality and the kindness he shows to his customers. read more

Highly Recommended! Gotta tell you a story of a completely honest business man. While vacuuming my vacuum when "pop", sparked, and stopped running with smoke coming out. I took it to my vacuum shop telling the guy I thought it needed a new motor. He simply replaced the cord at NO cost...could of charged me for a new motor, and I would not have known the difference. read more

Excellent customer service. I have been in for bags, belts and a cord repair for my Kirby. Clint was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. I drive in from Aurora and will gladly make the trip for future repairs or supplies. read more
