Very easy to work with and quickly responsive to my Yelp request for a quote. They charge a $79. Trip fee and we ended up paying around $300 to have a heater coil fixed. They were able to take payment over the phone which was convenient. They were able to get a technician out the next day, less than 24 hours from when I contacted them. The agent I spoke with gave me the name and phone number of the technician so I was able to verify who was coming to the house. The tech was very professional and very polite, he did a great job. He was able to complete the repair in a day. The company was very communicative and helpful. We knew what was going on every step of the way. read more

Awesome experience with this company. Great communication, super timely and helped me the day of my call. Staff was helpful with estimate and payment. Thanks a ton! We will have you back to install our new microwave soon read more

Dealing with appliance issues sucks. And it is never a good time. Rob has been a true gem in addressing appliance issues in home. He is prompt on his appointment times, efficient on time for the work, explains everything clearly, super friendly, and more importantly does a great job. He also is a straight-shooter on your options and to stay cost effective. I had tried 3 other appliance repair companies before him, and I HATE it that I hadn't found him sooner. read more

This is a company I recommend 100%. They are quick to respond, courteous and effective. They fixed my problem the same day and even took the time to call us a few weeks later to offer us a part to help fix another appliance. He didn't even charge for the needed part. This company should be recognized for outstanding ethics and effective service. read more

Rob was on time, friendly and super knowledgeable! I will definitely be using appliance emporium again!

The dryer on my stackable went out so I called Emporium. I was told the dryer was trashed so Rob, the owner, sold me a "reconditioned" Whirlpool stackable. His reconditioned model was dented and had rust and the only reconditioning he did was to replace some broken part. Nothing was reconditioned. Naturally just a month or two and the dryer stopped working. He came and "fixed" it but disabled it until I paid him $168. Wow that tells you a lot about the guy. I paid $672 plus $100 delivery cost for that junk unit. I could have purchased a brand new one for$1100 delivered You get what you pay for. This company is a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and use anybody else and save yourself a bunch of headaches. read more

OMG I am so happy. Christina is right there online or phone and Robert came on time and PREPARED - Amazing. I now have my appliance heroes. Thanks to both of you. read more

Great company. My dishwasher started leaking on a Saturday night and I of course was schedule to go out of town the next evening. Appliance emporium was out first thing the next morning. They diagnosed the issue and after looking up parts and labor advised me that this one probably was not worth fixing as it would be more than 2/3 the cost of a new one to fix my 7 year old unit. but if I wanted them to they would get the part and fix it as well. Really happy with the honesty and responsiveness. Will call with my next appliance issue read more

Concerning the bosch dishwasher. Most of the info you stated in your reply is not correct. I have a 3rd party witness that was here when we opened the D/W and found the cockroaches. It was only a day or so after we got it a lot of the other info you responded with is incorrect as well. You are correct about us purchasing other items from you. That is why we were surprised that we did not get better customer service from you. We won't have to worry about that anymore read more

Prompt and outstanding service! Rob arrived on time and was able to fix our dryer in a short amount of time. He even made sure that both the washer and dryer were setup correctly and ready to go (we bought them used and had no idea what we were doing when we set them up). Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. read more

Awesome fast response and very quick service the next morning. Highly recommend and would for sure use again in the future for any appliance needs read more

Appliance Emporium responded quickly to my Sunday morning request. Tina had the technician, Rob, call me. After a very helpful conversation between Rob and my knowledgeable friend, I decided to replace the refrigerator. I sincerely appreciated that this company saved me a significant amount of money by spending part of Sunday morning discussing my problem without compensation. Very kind and professional. read more

Rob was great. He was very thorough with his work and pleasant to talk to. Thank you for your work and time

It says open from 10-5 door locked and nobody around terrible for customers.never coming back

Amazingly quick response and very honest. Washer ended up not needing a major repair at all. Just needed a maintenance adjustment which fixed the issue. I could see where if someone was dishonest that person could have made a mint off me. But not Rob !! He was as honest, genuine, courteous and competent as they come and was 1st class business all the way !!! Christina L who responded in "lightening quick" fashion when I originally requested someone else, won my business not only because of a quick response BUT her relational genuine kind small town family approach to taking care of my need. These guys ARE TOPS !!! HIRE THEM NOW !!! read more

I received an immediate response from Cristina. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. All work was professionally done. I couldn't be more pleased. Happy to recommend and will use again. read more

wonderful family business. honest! fast! We bought a used washer and dryer for an amazing price. a couple years later we needed a repair and they came same day. We will be long term customers for sure. read more

Polite and professional! Everything in my house is vintage, including the appliances. Rob had exactly what I needed, a 70's era dryer to match my vintage washer. He had it installed swiftly and was kind enough to ignore the dust bunnies. I've had the dryer for over a month and it runs incredibly well. I'll certainly be back when I get around to upgrading everything. read more

I requested a quote on yelp and Rob was out at our place looking at our washing machine within an hour. He quickly identified the problem, offered to get the part and come back for a fee and advised us on how to easily get the part ourselves for cheaper if we wanted. We opted to get the part ourselves and appreciated his guidance and candor! Super nice guy, small family business. Would recommend. read more

Knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting a new washer as my 6 year old Maytag was done. The LG replacement seems so much better.

Great job fixing my dryer. Forgot to put lint trap back in dryer and undergarments were sucked in to dryer motor. Rob took dryer apart and retrieved 2 garment out. Dryer working perfectly. I love Rob's positive attitude. He never acted like it was a big deal. Really eased my worries. . read more

Will definitely be coming back to appliance emporium. Response time was excellent on my yelp request - contacted late Friday and they were here first thing Monday. They would have come Saturday but we couldn't make it work on our end. They even offered to help us remotely with our dishwasher - which is what sealed the deal for me. They were willing to help us even though I hadn't committed to using them. That is people I want to do business with. Work was excellent and price was exactly what their estimate was read more

***CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!*** I found this business on Craigslist and called regarding a Kenmore Elite Dryer that was not heating. The wife answered and I was told her husband (the repair person) could be out today - he was on his 3rd call. She claimed they are doing what they can to help people given the current Coronavirus situation. It sounded like a compassionate response. NOT! I was told her husband works on Kenmore Dryers all the time and can actually "fix them in his sleep." I asked if she had an idea what it may cost for a dryer that is not heating. She said "somewhere around $150 or maybe $175." My wife scheduled the appointment and met Rob at our house. I had reservations because my wife would be by herself and some repair people have a tendency to take advantage of such situation. At any rate, Rob told my wife the high limit fuse was out and the cost to repair was $226. My wife contacted me and I shared what the Rob's wife quoted. They called his wife and she confirmed she provided an estimate of $150-$175. Rob's wife mentioned the lowest they would go is $215. My wife went ahead and paid that amount. This rating merits zero stars. People across Denver metro deserve to know who they are working with. I also think it's important to call out a dishonest business. Rob's wife used the Coronavirus situation to earn more business and take advantage of people versus truly helping them. **DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME** read more

This company responded immediately when I sought help from Yelp. They came when scheduled, worked quickly and professionally. Even though he couldn't save my 20 year old fridge, he ga e me some great advice for replacing it. read more

Highly recommend this unicorn company. Rob and Christine are great. Rob came to repair my washer and the error code said the pump was bad. Then he turned the washer on and the awful noise indicated a bearing was going and at that point there was no sense in putting any money into the old washer. Rob gave me a great price on a refurbished one that included delivery, installation and removing the old one. The first time I used the replacement it looked like there was a leak and Rob practically flew up here to fix it. On a Sunday! Turns out the washer was absolutely fine, there was a clog in the drain. Rob's smart, funny and Christine is really nice on the phone. They also have all kinds of appliances at their store, check it out! read more

Christine and Rob were great to work with. They responded to my request right away and got out there within 2 hours. Rob knew prior to coming what the issue likely was and came prepared with the parts. He had be up and running within an hour and the pricing was very reasonable. I found my go to people! Stop looking, just call them; they're excellent! read more

I was in need for a dryer and thankfully found them, they were so professional, fast and so kind! I not only got my dryer in a timely matter just before Christmas but I got a non stressful delivery and now have a small business I trust and support completely. Call around and use anyone other then Appliance Emporium. My washing machine started to leak so I called them to see if they can come and LOOK. While I was feeding my kids 15 mins later he came back and said done that will be $195. I asked why so much and he replied very rudely bc the part is expensive. I was home alone with 2 kids and didn't want to fight. read more

Rob has serviced my appliances (home and rentals) for over 4 years. He's one of very few contractors I've ever worked with that responds immediately and has literally saved us in many difficult situations. His pricing is fair and the trust he's earned with myself and my business partner is 2nd to none. read more

Great experience!! We had a newer LG dishwasher that had a strange Error Message. I Googled several companies and decided on Appliance Emporium. The owner, Rob is honest and hard working. He is the main man and fixed my Apliance himself. We needed a new motor and he showed me exactly what was wrong and exactly what needed to be fixed. I did tons of research and everything he said was completely correct. His price is very fair and everything promised was delivered. Great company and reliable service. I'd recommend to all my family and friends. Brad Weber Highlands Ranch, CO read more

I had a washer that had a tear in the drum and other problems and needed to be replaced. However, the stackable dryer on top was still good. I was told by other companies that I would have to get the same brand to keep the dryer, or get a new set. Rob found me a used, but great condition, washing machine at a very reasonable price, delivered it, squeezed into the tiny space, took out the old machine, stacked the dryer on top of the new one, and bolted it in place (wasn't the same brand, but he made it work). He knows his appliances too - he showed me around his shop, where he disassembles broken ones for parts - he's very personable and can answer any appliance question frankly. read more

Got an awesome set of Samsung front loaders from this outfit for a great price. They both work perfectly and they delivered the same day. I love this place and I'm one that will write a good or bad review every time when warranted. Honest, family run business and they have my absolute highest recommendation! read more

Purchased a washing machine from them a few months ago. The repair man I called to fix my old machine recommended them. I was able to purchase over the phone, after they sent me a few pictures/details of the machines they had available at the time. That was a great time saver. The installation guy was late and didn't call, but it was finally installed. read more

Wonderful customer service. I needed a dryer for my rental unit, spoke with Tina, she helped me right away. They delivered a dryer within 48 hours. Very impressive, I would recommend this company over and over again. read more

Owner showed up to fix three items: fridge door not closing squarely, a dishwasher leaving gunk on dishes, and washing machine not spinning fast enough leaving clothes fully wet. He spent PLENTY OF TIME messing around with the items, but also far too much time on bragging about his sweet hot-rod parked outside (as opposed to a work van, one maybe with tools and competence inside...). After he split none of the appliances worked any better - in fact both the fridge and the dishwasher had parts left out that he neglected to reinstall. He seemed very hurried and more than manic in his style - very annoying that he talked more than worked, and still was left in as bad of shape than before he arrived. Wow, never again. read more

Rob is a con artist. The ad on Craigslist said he was selling his fiances washer and copied a photo of a washer in someones house and said it was his. Said it was like new and ran great. It looks like it is 10 years old and doesn't run. The photo of the one on CL was not the one he sold me. Would not return calls for me to get my money back. read more

Had a fridge we bought here start making a weird noise. From description over the phone, he was sure it was the fan. When he came out to repair, the noise had stopped, but he replaced the fan anyway under the warranty. Two weeks later, the noise started again, so we scheduled another service call. Turns out, ice was getting stuck in the icemaker and that was causing the noise. No charge for either service call. Highly recommend. read more
