This is a spot that doesn't take appointments, so do get there first thing ! They are honest and I'm so happy they are here.

I want to start out by saying that if you are in need of service on your existing Dyson, don't call the store, message them through Yelp- it will be much faster response time. Our vacuum stopped working after only 2 years and after doing an analysis on the Dyson website, I realized we needed a new battery which was out of stock online. Amazon reviews on non name brand ones weren't good so I really wanted the one from Dyson. We have little kids and use our vacuum literally 3x a day so we needed this fixed quickly and effectively. I called the store all day today and couldn't reach them. I contacted corporate via chat to see if they could see if the local store had my battery in stock and they didn't have another way to reach the store or check inventory. I finally came on Yelp because that's what Elite Yelpers do, and realized I could request a quote. They got back to me in 3 minutes flat and I was able to get my battery replaced today with no wait at the store (they had a 6 hour wait earlier in the day) and I took my vacuum home with me. I would have given them 5 stars had someone answered the phone and the store was cleaner (a LOT of dust on the products and the floor and shelving were filthy) but this was a great experience once I got ahold of someone through Yelp. Tip: don't by an older version of a Dyson stick vacuum. My mom and I got the V7 animal the same year and have both had to get new batteries within 2 years for $100. This should have held out better for the price.

Dyson really does make some junk! Underpowered vacuums & overhyped made in Malaysia by children!

I needed my Jennair glass cooktop replaced after an accidental crack. Not under warranty but barely more than 2 years old stove. I contacted the only Jennair-certified repair service and they gave me a quote with the exact glass cooktop model I had, but which was on factory backorder. The only other glass cooktop model compatible with my stove was available to order (cheaper than the model above that was not available). I contacted them to verify they actually had a part they quoted me for, and they stated that they'd order it. I informed them it was on factory backorder. They stated that we should then order and wait. I requested a new quote with the part that was actually available but they refused to proceed. I then contacted another well-respected repair service via Yelp. They promptly called me and recommended that I do not proceed with repair which was in their opinion costly relative to the price of the stove. Not so in my opinion. I finally had a good fortune to contact Oleksandr. He gave me the best quote, confirmed that we are ordering the correct available part, and replaced it 4 days after I initially contacted him. It took him less to do the job, than it took me to figure out Zelle payment. Absolutely outstanding service!

They provided very fast service, arriving at my house three hours after I called. They didn't have…read morethe part that needed to be replaced, but they fixed it the next day. I can't say if their prices are high or low, since it took a little over an hour and I don't have any comparisons. However, I was very happy with the service and the technician, who offered helpful advice about dishwasher tablets. Thank you very much.

Zero stars. I chose Wilson & Myers because they marketed themselves as an established, locally…read moreowned, family-operated business with experienced founders. When problems arose, manager Mark Afone told me the advertised founders, Rich Wilson and Leo Myers, weren't involved in the operation. Despite repeated requests, I never spoke with ownership. That experience did not match the personal accountability their marketing led me to expect. I hired them to fix a minor door-sealing issue on our Thermador built-in refrigerator. Their technician left us with damaged leveling mechanisms and an unsecured refrigerator in the middle of our kitchen that could tip forward when the door was opened. I was present and watched the technician damage the adjustment mechanisms with a power drill. He said he would get parts and return the following morning. He never returned. After repeated calls and failed callbacks, I hired another company to secure and reinstall the refrigerator. That emergency service cost over $1000+. The second provider corrected the original door issue with a minor adjustment at no additional charge. Wilson & Myers sent another technician to inspect. Their manager subsequently confirmed the damaged leveling rod couplings in writing and offered to replace them. I accepted. They scheduled a corrective visit --another no-show. When I requested reimbursement and parts so another provider could finish the work, they directed me to their insurance carrier. After the carrier denied coverage, Wilson & Myers told me there were "no additional steps" they could take and considered the matter closed. The damaged couplings remain unrepaired. A minor service call became an unsafe situation, a $1000 emergency expense, and a month of chasing a company that ultimately walked away from resolving the damage. In my experience, their promises of professional service and accountability did not match what they delivered. I would not hire them again or recommend them. Fraudsters.
