Quick and efficient. I recently went in with my cordless vac. After three to four years of great use, it just wasn't working right. The Dyson rep gave me a card to fill out, then took my vacuum to the back. Before I was finished entering my data, he was back with the working vacuum, and at no charge. I apparently had missed that there was a filter to be cleaned, and it had clogged. He explained what I needed to do in the future, and I was on my way. Very happy. read more

Definitely avoid this shady business. This has been the worst experience ever and has definitely turned me off from buying a Dyson again (or maybe just hope it never needs a repair). We brought in our Dyson fan that was only a few months old to get its power cable replaced. The repair was done within a week and we went back to get it. Problem #1: some scuff marks and chips on the frame appeared on the fan after the repair. Luckily, we noticed them when we picked up the fan. So after a little back and forth, they finally decided to refund the repair costs (labor and materials). They told us the refund would be posted to our account within a few days. Fair enough, that should have been the end of it. But nope... Problem #2: we took the fan home and plugged it in... and it made a lot of noise and refused to rotate. What we thought were just minor (though expensive because a new sleeve costs a lot of money) cosmetic damages had now increased to actual damage to the fan. Great! Rather than trust the same place that had broken it, we contacted Dyson directly for a replacement and got that approved. Problem #3: Several days (~10) after the first problem, we check our accounts and find that there still has not been any refund from this Dyson Service Center. After some calls, we find out that they decided to not refund us because we were now getting a replacement... FOR THE FAN THEY BROKE! Wow, the reasoning here is insane. After getting nowhere with this business, we contacted Dyson directly and got them to approve the refund for the labor. We didn't worry about the refund for the materials since the charge for that hadn't posted to our accounts Problem #4: And now, 13 days after this terrible experience, we got an invoice for the materials and a charge posted to our credit card. So now we have to go through the whole process again of contact Dyson directly to get this refunded because somehow this business's poor ability to service Dyson products without breaking them is something that we have to pay for. read more

Typically this is not the type of place I leave reviews for; however, my experience today is worth paying on. I was sceptical about how a Dyson Service Center could have so many positive reviews, but now I understand why. My vacuum was an 8+ year old Dyson that just didn't seem to be sucking as hard as it used to. I'm adamant about maintaining the maintenance routine, but something want quite right. I only waited maybe 5 minutes - with two customers in front of me, and after a few diagnosing questions they took my vacuum away. Five minutes later they had it solved - the aftermarket filters I had bought were not allowing enough suction to pass through. No charge. On top of that, they were kind enough to walk me through what they had done, and educate me on how to keep everything working properly. Great service, great experience. read more

I brought my "no longer, sucking" Dyson to this service center. Mark was the person that greeted me. He was very friendly and showed outstanding customer service. He took my Dyson said he would take a look at it to see if he could get it fixed while I waited for a few minutes. About 8 minutes later, he came out with my vacuum and done! It was fixed! He didn't charge me for the quick fix. If you have a Dyson that needs service look no further, this place is for you!!! I have gone to other vacuum service centers and they're always trying to sell me a different vacuum because they complain about Dyson being a horrible vacuum. I just want the vacuum fixed, I don't want, rather need a $800-$1200 vacuum for a single person living in an apartment! I had to say that 5 times before the guy got it! I visited the store and found the demo area to be well organized. I asked if they could repair a lever on the collection piece of the vacuum. I was met with a positive and friendly person who within 5 minutes fixed my animal vac collection piece and I was on my way--no charge just perfect CUSTOMER SERVICE. I met a lady who just bought the same vac as we were passing the doorway. She was concerned that I was having problems with my vac. I assured her I loved and assured her if something was to go wrong--THIS STORE WILL FIX IT!!! So happy--wondering what I should buy next and replace with a new DYSON!!!!!! read more

This place is amazing, and is not just a service center! I purchased a vacuum here about a year ago, and stopped by today to look at the Dyson humidifier. Much to my surprise, Mark informed me that most of the Dyson products sold at the store are sold at a price significantly lower than you'll find anywhere else! (And no, they are not refurbished models). I wound up purchasing the humidifier and a small heater that I'd been eyeing as well - both for slightly more than I expected to pay for the humidifier alone!! Mark also noticed that I had purchased the vacuum there, and told me to bring it in for a free inspection and part replacement before the warranty expires - they also have a great trade in program as well. Mark was super friendly and helpful - I'm a huge Dyson fan (no pun intended) and this place makes the product even better!! read more

So, I go to the store today with our year-old vacuum that had lost two little tracking wheels on the brush head. The guy doesn't even look at my warranty paperwork but takes the vacuum into the back and asks me to fill out a tag... I'm figuring "OK, I'll probably have to leave it here 2 weeks and then get told the part isn't covered under warranty." Instead, I HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED FILLING OUT THE TAG YET and he's back with the vacuum - with an entirely new brush head assembly on it, free of charge and no questions asked. That is a $100 part online! I was figuring they'd just give me 3 little wheels and charge me for them - "usual wear and tear," etc. - and I'd have to quibble with them about that and in any event be back again in a couple months when they failed. I have never, ever been to a place where warranty service takes LESS THAN 60 SECONDS. This experience alone - not to mention that the vacuum does a fantastic job - has more than justified the higher price of this piece of equipment. There are two things you need to know about this business (and the Dyson company overall) 1) They sincerely care abut their customers and are passionate about the products they sell. 2) They will go to extremes to make sure that you are happy with your Dyson. I purchased my Dyson DC7 in 2003 and since then it has run with no problems for 12 years... until my darling dog decided to chew the cord. getting the repair didn't go quite as I expected and in the end they replaced my vacuum with a new one. Which is much more then they needed to do. I went to the store to test out a Dyson, and I was greeted by a salesman. In about 10 seconds he got a phone call and left which was fine. After his phone call, he then talked to his colleague in the back for about 20 minutes, and still did not come out and help me. Well, fair is fair. The former one-star review is upgraded to five. Why one, then five? In short, they owned their mistake and made it right quickly. Details: when contacting the repair center about a thorough cleaning, which they have done in the past (and as it turns out can still do), I was told no way, thanks for calling. The reality was that they were too busy to accommodate the request, but rather than explaining that they were slammed, they simply claimed that they no longer offered the service. After learning about the situation the owner of the facility contacted me and generously offered an immediate and outstanding solution. In summary, mistakes happen, but when they are rapidly acknowledged and fixed decisively then kudos are in order. Thanks for keeping the customer focus in customer service! read more

Very impressed with these guys. My Dyson died and the online service gave me a horrible solution (they're out of stock so create an alert on Dyson's site and the will email me when they're back in stock and then I could email Dyson to get the replacement part. Seriously). Thankfully I pushed back to online support and they then told me there was this service center pretty close. I brought my machine with me expecting to drop it off and pick it up in a week or more, but they fixed it right there! There was a decent line of people and I wasn't the only person that they fixed their machine in realtime. It only took them about 5 minutes to get me running again. And not some hokey fix, they swapped out the main unit with a new one - so it's as good as day 1. Hopefully better - don't want this one shorting out too! I have been in there 3 times now, I complained to the corporate office after the last one due to the unprofessional attitude of the two men in there. They SHOW NO respect towards any customer. Superb! I have brought my vacuum in twice. They fix/replace parts within literal minutes and send you out with your functioning vacuum. Both times they have looked up the serial number and let me know that it is still under warranty, therefor billing me nothing. This is the best customer service experience ever! They are also upbeat and engaging. Brian was in the showroom when I pulled up with my four small children. He saw me taking my vacuum out of the trunk and came out to help me.
