This was during one of the busiest seasons, so many homes also had roof issues from the rain. I also had a work trip approaching, so I was calling quite often to see if there was any chance I could get scheduled before I left. I was definitely a very persistent caller, but the sales coordinator at the time was so incredibly patient and understanding. He was patient every single time I called and truly did everything he could to make it work. They were able to fit me in within two weeks, and because of that, the leak didn't get worse. The team did a fantastic job and even helped seal a small area near the roof that was causing an unrelated leak in another part of my home. I was genuinely grateful. Fast-forward 2.5 years later to this summer. I noticed a few sliding tiles and called again. Three tiles isn't enough to justify a full project visit on its own, but because Terrazas had another job nearby, Irving kindly arranged for their team to stop by and replace them free of charge since they were already in the area. That level of care speaks volumes. Terrazas Roofing truly takes care of their customers, even years later, and they really make you feel like you're in good hands. Communication is always fantastic. We went over there estimate and made a appointment to have Kennedy come to look at my roof I was happy with the information and how Kennedy went over the project. I was sent the contact and signed it online. Very convenient I made and $1,000 payment and they started applying for the city permit. In a few days I was told the start date and what time they would show up. They tore the one roof off in lest then one day. The workers put down tarps and did a great job in cleaning up. They used Malarkey Ecoasis shingles. They use up cycled tires and plastic bags in making the shingles. My roof need some wood replaced. I received the cost and once again I signed the contract online. The roof was installed in a few days and the crew always left my yard and driveway clean. The roof looks great and I very happy I choosed One stop roofing. I did receive a phone call to ask about my thoughts on the project. Very professional.

Carlos, the owner, was also amazing, prompt, straightforward, knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on my roof. Roof itself 5/5. No complaints. However, I do believe the job and the service itself is 3 stars. Not bad but not amazing. I ended up walking away from this experience just kind of meh but wanted to share my honest thoughts so it'll help others. That being said, there were a couple hiccups that happened along the way. No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.

Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price.
