Really adorable do not disturb or clean my room.

A MUST STAY BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN DUBLIN! I'm so impressed with the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nicely decorated and food is fabulous. Very clean and the room has all the amenities that a 5 stars hotel has to offer. Housekeeping leaves a surprise for you on a daily basis, we got chocolate, water and plate of tiny desserts. This hotel is definitely an A+.

Maybe I visited on an off day, but I wasn't overly impressed with my afternoon tea when I visited. Service seemed inattentive and didn't bother to explain or point out what was offered. Presentation seemed a bit sloppy compared to other tea experiences I've had and while the ambience was nice, I left feeling disappointed.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The interior design is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, as well as their drinks at the bar. I was thoroughly impressed with everything. They even had a place for an American charger. I was also very grateful for the air conditioning, as some of the other hotels we had stayed in Ireland did not have air conditioning. Definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely be back when I return to Ireland!

The cocktail menu here is one of the most extensive in Dublin. It is pricey, my martini was about €12 but it was probably one of the nicest that I have ever had anywhere to date. The service was fantastic. Pure class, they treated you very genuinely and at no stage did I feel like they were angling for a tip. It does not get the full star treatment because we went here for New Year's Eve and the atmosphere was really lacking. They had a live band that sang Spanish tunes but not the like the vibrant Irish music level of energy... I can say that confidently as there was a Spaniard in our group and he lamented that they were not playing some banging tradition Spanish tunes. It was too elevator music like and worst of all they didn't do a count down! Very anticlimactic. Plus I never thought it was possible to sing the "Macarena" in such a style that I considered it meditation inspiring music - seriously. It just was a poor choice of entertainment for the night that was in it. I hasten to add the band was very talented, just the wrong night for them.

Porkbelly at the dylan hotel - not at all bad but a bit dry!

Not a bad spot at all, I have never stayed there but have dined (good if slightly overpriced but great service) and stopped in for drinks (expensive but feels worth it!) They have a courtyard at the back which catches the sun in the afternoons and evenings, on a summers day there's nowhere like it!

    So the Dylan is posh.

So are you posh but on a budget? Here is my 5: 1) the space is free for parties and with time, they can accommodate most sizes 2) the staff is professional and can make any drink. ANY DRINK!! 3) a beautiful open beer garden that is covered if it rains. 4) this is not the place for hen parties. They don't allow for decorating. 5) the staff will bend over backwards to give you 1st class service. Please tip them.

Burnt toast for my Caprese sandwich -nay impressed.

Very disappointing lunch experience. Whilst my friends were delighted with their monstrous pulled pork "sandwiches" (they were burgers, and colossal ones at that), my Caprese sandwich was nothing short of "bleurgh" I asked for it to be served on brown bread instead of sourdough, and what I was presented with was two slices of wholemeal sliced pan. What's more, one of the slices was totally burnt. Go ahead, mock me for my bread-snobbery, but in an establishment as snazzy as this, and at €8.50, I think I was well within my rights to get a bit sassy. Oh, and to add salt to the wound: the food took about 30mins to come out *cue the virtual shaking fist*

The Dylan is, as expected for an upmarket boutique hotel, pretty damn pricey. But, I think, it works. I live in Dublin so I wouldn't be going to stay here or anything, but I've been lots of times for cocktails, lunch and since it's right beside my office, I've booked conference rooms here too. Firstly, let's get to the cocktails - they do the best bellini in Dublin here. I also like their passion fruit cosmo...yummy! But at about €15 a pop you wouldn't want to be having too many. I mean it's fine if you want to have one or two nice drinks, but you won't be going on the lash here! The staff are super accommodating too. The lunch menu has gone down in price considerably in the past few months, so it's actually quite reasonable now. And they also do a bar menu too, so if you want something decent without paying a fortune, then you can definitely come here.

We arrived from an overnight flight at roughly 9:30 a.m. and they were still prepping rooms but they stored our luggage and recommended a location to grab something to eat which was very good. Upon returning about 45 minutes later our room was ready and we found the room to be meticulous with a very comfy king bed, mini fridge, tv, and ample size bathroom. I saw a few other reviews that stated the bathroom doors would not stay open but I learned that is by design and we just asked for an extra towel that we used to prop the door open when needed. It serves to point out that the entire hotel is under a complete remodel so many of the rooms and features of the hotel are shinny new. They do offer breakfast in the morning and for the evening they do have a restaurant and bar. Just walk out the front door if you want a livelier crowd and more restaurant options The location of the hotel is prime as it offers proximity the River Liffey, plenty of shops, pubs, and attractions. We walked to the Jameson (25 min walk) and Guinness (30 min walk) factories as it also gave us the ability to take in things along the walk. You are close to Trinity College and both St Patrick's and Christ Church Cathedrals. lastly, I cannot say enough about the staff, Anne at the front desk was a warm and inviting pleasure and very professional, Marvin the concierge and bellman was super helpful and pleasantly informative, the house staff was attentive and always looking to make sure we were comfortable. The Brooks comes with my highest recommendation.

If you come prepared, they have a concierge and a genealogist on site to help you find your ancestors from Ireland. Many famous people and politicians have stayed in these walls as well. It was delightful to come home to each evening. Experience: 1. They will tidy your room everyday 2. Turn down service begins around 6 pm (they will get your slipper, robe, bed, water and chocolate ready for nighttime) 3. Their small guest room includes a king size bed that is superbly fluffy. 4. The deluxe guest room has a deep tub for soaking Staff: The entire front desk staff is very helpful, welcoming and efficient. Marta was especially helpful and kind throughout my stay! As for the porters were just right with their assistance. I did always feel bad that I had not gotten any Euro on my trip, but I will mention Karl was fantastic! Always helpful and nice to talk with. Michele in the health center was informative and helped me find all of the rooms for their current gym as it's under renovation. Facilities: They have a 5 star spa on site that includes one of the best relaxation rooms I have experienced in the world. It's the view and seating that make it amazing. They give you a blanket, fruit, spa water -- all while looking over st. Stephen's park... bliss! (I went on a rainy day which added to the ambiance) The facial with Elemis product was my favorite. PRO TIP! if you're from the states and liked Elemis, there is now an Elemis outlet store at Kildare Village, which is a short train ride away. I made it there in 35 minutes. DINING: Again, 5 star experience and the restaurant is always packed. Chef makes superb food and I thoroughly enjoyed the room service of fish and chips. TONS of fish, perfectly battered and fried. It is in a convenient location nearby many tourist attractions, such as Temple Bar, Dublin's castle, St Patrick's Cathedral, etc. it was also a short walking distance to our car rental pick up at St Stephen's Green shopping centre. We booked this hotel for the first day of our trip. We arrived in the morning so our room wasn't ready for check in yet, but we were able to drop off our luggage in the lobby. This made it easy for us as we could continue exploring according to our plan (we took a 30 minute train ride over to Howth right after dropping our bags). Coming back to the hotel around 5pm, our room was ready and we were able to nap a bit before dinner. The superior room we booked was located in a renovated section of the hotel and had access to a shared outdoor patio right across from our hotel room. We didn't have time to use the patio but it was spacious and it seemed no one was using it whenever we passed by. Our hotel room was very clean, large (great for us as we had plenty of luggage) and we had two complementary water bottles in the room. We had breakfast the next morning and it was buffet style. There is a section if you want fresh made omelettes. Lots of variety I think but I stuck with the classic Irish breakfast items. So delicious and fresh! Check out process - we had a bit of a hiccup as I had given my credit card for authorization for breakfast charges when I checked in. The staff was asking for my credit card again which confused me as I had already paid. Despite the confusion, the service at Radisson was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel for fellow tourists!
