Me and my husband went to the East main location on Christmas day more than an hour before they were closed and were turned away because allegedly they stop taking orders at noon? i've gone here for who knows how long. When i started driving dutch bros was the way to go. so you know i was always there, and it was just convenient to go to this one. I always feel so judge by the girls, never have smiles, and just always RBF. for me i've done a lot of research on dutch bros, with wanting to apply but never did. You always need to have good costumer service, no matter how you feel that day. we didn't cause that for you, so don't take it out on us. There is this one girl (not name dropping i have already reached out to the headquarters) she is honestly the more disrespectful dutch bros worker i have ever met there. from all the things i have seen and gone through there she is just horrible. I hate to say that about anyone, but im not tolerating that. don't make us young adults feel so unplaced when yourself is not far ahead of us. read more

I'd give it 5 stars if I didn't have to wait for the worker to finish her conversation with her friend. Love how the juicy conversation is more important than a customer trying to get a cup of coffee on the way to work. Hopefully the Starbucks next door will notice. Late night I had to drive for next 4-5 hrs .. all the Starbucks has closed. And Oregon was new to us. Quickly we searched for caffeine . Came across this chain. Their mocha was amazing and kept me on for a long time. They are definitely amazing. I haven't tried a lot variety but their coffees are nice and pack a punch. For a coffee person like me .. Maybe just a stroke of bad luck but they got my drinks wrong several times (not a confusing drink what so ever) and then only getting 1 stamp after ordering 3 drinks on 2 different occasions. The 50% of the time when my coffee is made right its absolutely delicious. What I dont understand is the other 50%+...where it tastes like scorched espresso, not sweet enough, has no coffee in it, etc. You would think with the system that they have your coffee's would be consistent and taste the same every time. As far as the employees go I give Dutch a 10+++. LOVE the people, just PLEASE make my coffee right. I'm a daily (loyal) customer who spends way too much $ here & tips every time. read more

Staff kept trying to charge me for a 24oz coffee when my Togo cup that I was using and had already given them only holds 20oz. They seemed confused both when taking my order and at the window that I'd like only a 16oz coffee and not a 24oz because I'd be paying for more coffee than I'd be getting. Other than this isolated event, I usually have fast and friendly service. I'd say it's one of the slower locations in Springfield but friendly as can be. read more

The most impressive operation of any drive up coffee shop! Employees friendly, gracious, efficient. As I approached there was a long line, but we had ordered, paid, and were leaving with our drinks in 5 minutes! They have it down to a science, workers with tablets walk down the line of cars, taking your order and payment which are instantly relayed wirelessly to the inside staff. Hands down, this is the best Dutch Bros in town. I know a lot of people enjoy the location in downtown Eugene but this Dutch Bros has the best people with the most talent in my opinion. Sweet on sweet and I love every minute of it! I find this franchise as an indulgence that will leave you smiling after interacting staff. Located in a small strip mall parking lot, I drove alongside as the customer in front of me was about to get their order. A friendly gal walked up to my window and gave me plenty of recommendations as what to purchase. I ended up with a carmelizer with the works (and no regrets). They have a tip jar where patrons can drop or hand over change, they take credit card too! I'll definitely return, secret menu items and frozen apple juice slush here I come! read more

Love this Dutch bros. stand! I get my caramel macchiato over ice here every day and I couldn't live without it. They always put the right amount of caramel in it (as in a butt load of it) and they're happy to do so. They're good conversationalist, not over doing the chatter but not giving you the cold shoulder either. Just an all-around fantastic place to get coffee! read more

This is the only Dutch bros location where I get exactly what I ask for and my order is often remembered when I order my usual. All of the employees are very personable. I love the way they always try to make conversation with the customer and not with each other like the other Dutch bros in the Eugene/Springfield area does. Always love Dutch bros and this one used to be my favorite.it was the kind of place where they knew what I wanted when I pulled up to the window and had it ready to go.in the last 6 months this db has added so many new employees I rarely get a drink that tastes the same as the last.it's not that the coffee is ever bad it's just that I order the same drink everytime and I like it to taste the same.
