I am so sick of this Dutch. I was sitting in line, behind a red Nissan. The girl obviously knew the girl with dark hair that was working, the girls sat there and chatted the entire time. When the drinks that took a long time (two teas) were given, they proceeded to discuss whatever outfits they were going to wear for some event. I just drove past the window when it was my turn. I almost went to Starbucks and would have except another Dutch was out in Palo Cedro, where I was going. The boys at the Palo Cedro Dutch were immediately responsive and quick to make all four drinks. Literally within two minutes of me finishing my order. Those boys need a raise and to train whatever other employees that think work is a place to chat and finish their obnoxious conversations. This has happened numerous times at the Airport Dutch. Came here to get some coffee but saw that they had a new drink called mangonada rebel and I had to try it. Well, I shouldn't have! It tasted like mango syrup slushee with tajin on top and some preserved strawberries. It's not good. Don't order this drink! Service was fast and there were 2 lines so it didn't take too long to order and get drink. read more

You can't go wrong with a good ole Dutch Bro's coffee. This location in particular is located on the outskirts of town, conveniently located for people who work off of Airport. Really the greatest thing about this location is well... the location. Since it isn't in the heart of town, the service is so fast! Instead of sitting in a 10+ vehicle line like most locations, we rolled up at 11AM on a Saturday with one car in front of us and were out of there with drinks in our hands within 5-7 minutes. This location has a check in offer for discounted muffins too, so make sure you check in to take advantage of that! read more

Drinks are always great. Service is great as well. My only complaint is lately, they've only been having one of their drive-thru's open which slows things down a lot. At times there are even cars out to the street which is a bit of a safety concern. read more

WAIT HOW IS THIS DUTCH BROS NOT A 5 STAR?!?! This is by far my favorite coffee spot of all time! I haven't had a single drink here that wasn't amazing! The staff is always friendly. It's hard to be in a bad mood when you come here. It seems like every time my wife goes here, she makes a comment about how nice everyone is. This definitely isn't the case for any other coffee place we go to. *** This location seems to be the least busy, which is why it's my go to location. It also has the most personable/friendliest staff, in my opinion. I have nothing against the other locations, I just have a soft spot for this location. Living in San Diego, it crushes me there isn't a Dutch Bros down here. Whenever i come back to Redding, my wife and i go here at least once a day. I usually always get the Cocomo and my wife gets the Annihilator Word to the wise: they don't have a full menu at the coffee shop. Most of their menu is online, kind of like a secret menu. Love the atmosphere here! Though it's drive through only, the staff are all very friendly and personable. It's like we are best friends every single time I come. And they are actually genuine! I had an issue with my coffee on my second trip there, I was able to go back and get it rectified. They informed me that just days prior corporate changed the way they make it so that's why it was different. They were more than happy to remake it so that it was tasty again. This is my favorite DB location! They seem the most knowledgable with their drinks (even more knowledge than Churn Creek). Their staff is SUPER friendly and great with recommending new drink ideas. Kaila always has the warmest smile and friendliest personality! Frannie is so knowledgable and patient with my decision making process, haha! I live across the street from the North Market Street location. They play tasteless, loud music on their parking lot speakers that we can hear inside our house from quite some distance. I'm not some grumpy old mean dude, and I'm cool with music. Why so loud though! We can't even enjoy a nice evening with our windows open. Complained to the location and corporate website, but they don't give a crap. read more

My family and I love Dutch. I have always enjoyed the employees and environment. Yet today I was very disappointed with the service my children received. They were excited to use the Dutch cards they got for Christmas. Unfortunately the two young women working today were very rude.
