We were in town for a mini vacation and during out trip we stopped by here twice! The employees here are so sweet and it's located in this fun plaza with other eateries as well ( we got MODs right before and let me tell you... jamba juice x mods after a hike really hit the spot) . We exclusive only order from the fruit and veggie menu cause the classic smoothies is basically diabetes in a cup. Peach perfection is sooo good and Apple N Greens is healthy without tasting "heathy" (as in it actually tastes good) read more

I received great customer service from Michael today 3/31 around 11am. The smoothie was delicious and blended perfectly. He had wonderful etiquette so shoutout to Michael! read more

I came into the store around 7:15am not looking at the time, not realizing they were not open. No one was in the store but the door was unlocked, I proceeded to lean over the counter and yelling hello multiple times. No one seemed to be there, the store empty. I felt awkward and just decided to go to roots instead where I was offered perfect service. I don't know what happened. As there was someone else also in the store, we were both confused. Bad. read more

Jamba - Miranda, aka Ms. Shrek - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Redding, California

See all

Do not get the banana and peanut butter protein shake. Very much regret that option. That is all

I love their smoothies but staff is perpetually slow and spends more time chatting amongst themselves than expediting orders.

We always have a good experience here with the staff and product they serve. This place has something for the health nut and sweet tooth. My 2 picky kids love this place. I really appreciate the extra mile these guys went to for a Christmas surprise. Thank you read more

Eddie was great! He was able to make my wife exactly what she wanted, even though it was no longer on the menu. Also, we were able to find wheatgrass juice when nobody else had it. Juice read more

Fruity pebbles all day!! I love me some Jamba Juice!! Just wish the cups were ginormous.

My food is so good. The staff is good service and friendly. Nice area and plenty of space parking.

This review is for the drive thru location on churn creek. Me and my wife came here at 8:45, on Friday September 20th. I come here all the time and have never had a problem with the customer service except for tonight. We pulled up to the menu, waiting for someone to take our order and the girl taking our order said "just letting you know we close in 5 minutes" when really they close at 9. She sounded annoyed and had a snarky attitude. I proceeded to ask if they were still taking orders, and to that she responded with "only if it's something short". The girl who took my order is named Venna. She did not make us feel welcomed, or valued as a customer. read more

I waited 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge my presence in Jamba... not one of the three employees said one word or even looked at me. I needed help with a large order.... Where is the manager and when did Jamba become a self service, rude establishment! read more

The service was fine and the drinks are always great but there is nowhere to sit! The place is completely empty except for a few pub style tables. We had to enjoy our drinks standing. I don't mind paying 8 dollars for a drink but at least let me sit down and enjoy it. read more

Always has my order ready when I use the app. I love the greens and ginger smoothie and the added bonus of feeling healthy.

I love jamba juice! Sadly. there are not many of these on the east coast. My sister had this awesome buy one get on free card (for 10 uses). As always, the drinks are awesome! Unfortunately, when we were there, their system was down and we had to pay cash. Not a huge deal, just hope it doesn't happen often. read more

As a previous employee at this exact Jamba Juice, I can say that I am pretty disappointed with the new staff and quality of performance. My wife is pregnant and has been craving chunky strawberry bowls. Each time we have gone in, they 1. Prepare it in the wrong type of blender so it's not a "chunky" bowl, it is just a smoothie. 2. They have forgotten ingredients multiple times and 3. They have been out of lids, so they have been putting tin foil over the bowls, which makes it hard to transport. Aside from the food, the service is not what it used to be. Nobody greats us as we come in, and the attitudes of multiple different employees have just been poor. I gave this store 3 chances in the last month, and now I'm just going to spend the extra gas to go to placer and hope for better. read more

Came in with my family, the girl up front (Emma I believe her name is) dark reddish hair was very rude. She didn't say hello or have any greeting when we walked in to order. She did not seem to want to help us with our order at all. She barked at my sister when she said she was going to order several drinks for her girls, showing that she was very inconvenienced by guests. read more

Immunity!! So i wanted icecream, but my buddy saw jamba juice so we both decided that would be delicious. I dont normally come here so i was looking at the menu like it was a SAT test. Luckily the dude behind the register new what was up. I told him the ingredients i wanted and then my buddy said to get some type of "add-in". My allergies were acting up and i had a little cold so i picked immunity and some other healthy stuff. Waited about 5 min and BOOM! a tasty little beverage in my hand. read more

Yummy drinks always. Plus, its a bonus when the person taking your order isn't a zombie. Dusty is such a friendly guy and was nice to chat with. I even MADE him taste the orange carrot Jamba with me since we both never had it. Lol Its very carroty...but still good. Thanks Dusty! read more

Friendly staff. At the time I went, it wasn't busy. I ordered a mega mango, and it was actually pretty good. I feel the price was right for what I ordered. I also did not wait long for my drink, I would say under 6 mins. I do recommend this place. read more

I had a terrible experience with a really nasty kid with glass acting like a cashier at this store today. Kid is new and I haven't see. He m so far. I ordered a chili mango smoothie with daily vitamins and no ice. He took my order and then said it will be a less in the cup because I didn't want ice. I asked him how much less and he couldn't say. Then I asked him if he could pour some orange juice in it to make it full. He said it was going to cost me extra. I asked him how much extra and then he said $3 extra. The drink was originally going to cost me $7 buck for medium with no ice but less than a medium in quantity then he wanted me to pay a total of $10 for a medium to add orange juice. We go there every day. We have never had a bad experience like this one. I cancelled. The order and will not return until they fire this kid. read more

I come in about 2 times a week. The customer service is outstanding. There's a girl that works named Nina and she is always working hard and she always knows my drink. I'll always come back. read more

Another good location. This franchise seems to consistent hire very friendly and helpful employees. They are always super accommodating of my weird food needs right now. Plus, I can actually enjoy a couple of different selections here (not usually the case at smoothie places because my allowed foods are so limited). So I don't get bored. I love the green food and the berry veggie smoothies. I only wish the franchise would add almond butter (unsweetened) to their list of boosts, but that's just me. Whenever I travel, I like to find the localJJ and check it out. read more

I LOVE this Jamba Jucie! The staff is super friendly.

I just stop by this store five min ago to order two drinks. It's the worst Jamba store I ever visited with very unpleasant experience. Juice always good but the service was very bad. They asked me three times do I want ice in my drink. My answers was 'I don't want ice'. At the end they still put ice in my order. That's ok. Just changed it and say 'u am sorry'. Instead one Olof the guy , I think his name is brandy(tall height). He shows a very un-professional attitude with angry face to me. Without any patience to help. I can see the way how he throw orange to the machine trying to re-make the orange juice for me. When he put the lid to cover the cup. The orange was out of cup and filled with orange on top(outside) of the lid. He even just hand it to me without any common sense of thought want to clean it for me. I don't expect this guy to say sorry before re-make the juice. At least I expect him to respect the job he is working in Jamba. Because of this kind of service attitude will impact Jamba reputation. Maybe they don't care or worry to loose one customer but more people like brandy working in Jamba will loose more customer in future read more

This is great for a nice relaxing sip of goodness. I am a big fan (not of the expense) but of sipping an ice cold smoothie and eating a bag of chips on a hot summer day. It also boots my energy up by a hundred percent! read more

Did you know that most JJ smoothies are gluten free? I was happily surprised by this fact, verified from many sources. My husband is celiac, so we did tons of research before going. I'm happy to say that he has found a few favorites that he can safely have. A GF favorite of us both is the Peanut Butter moo'd. Yum. :) This location is just fine. I enjoy the outside dining and the nice staff. read more

I love this location! It's so easy to place large orders for delivery and hey, delivery is free!

I love Jamba Juice, but the last 2 times I've gone to this location they have skimped me on my drinks. This drink is over $7...for a smoothie. So I think I should get my money's worth. Being an inch from the top is not. I'm disappointed and might make the trip across town to see if they are better. I'd ask to see a manager, but I doubt either of the 3, seventeen year old kids on their cell phones at work know what that is. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Redding, California

Best Jamba. Have tried many locations and this one rocks! Always makes every order correct. Staff always engaged and friendly.

Quality Jamba location. The berry upbeat was great!! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Love coming here.

I love Jamba Juice!!! Their smoothies are so yummy and the price is really good. I've also had the pizza and soft pretzels as well and have never been disappointed. Noise level is a bit ridiculous but I guess it can't be helped with all the blenders. read more

I usually love Jamba Juice but I probably wouldn't be going to this location again. They made my smoothie wrong 2 times in a row when I went in there yesterday. I always order dairy free and make sure to double check once they hand my order out that they made it that way. Usually it always is which is awesome. But when I went into this one I tasted it and it seemed different.. So I asked and they had made it wrong. Instead of being friendly they acted as I it was my fault and I was being a burden, but I asked politely and I can not tolerate lactose at all otherwise I wouldn't have asked for them to remake it. They get 2 stars because the service was rude and it took them about 15 minutes for them to make my drink correctly when there was only one person ahead of me. They ended up making it right and it was delicious! But the time/hassle and the way I felt unwelcome made my overall experience bad. read more

I just love JAMBA Juice. I spend about $20 a week there and the drinks are always wonderful however, if you don't want to deal with teenage employees and their attitudes then perhaps take the longer drive and hit up the JAMBA juice on the other side of town. read more
