No one was in the store but the door was unlocked, I proceeded to lean over the counter and yelling hello multiple times. No one seemed to be there, the store empty. This review is for the drive thru location on churn creek. Me and my wife came here at 8:45, on Friday September 20th. I come here all the time and have never had a problem with the customer service except for tonight. We pulled up to the menu, waiting for someone to take our order and the girl taking our order said "just letting you know we close in 5 minutes" when really they close at 9. She sounded annoyed and had a snarky attitude. I proceeded to ask if they were still taking orders, and to that she responded with "only if it's something short". As a previous employee at this exact Jamba Juice, I can say that I am pretty disappointed with the new staff and quality of performance. My wife is pregnant and has been craving chunky strawberry bowls. Each time we have gone in, they 1. Prepare it in the wrong type of blender so it's not a "chunky" bowl, it is just a smoothie. 2. They have forgotten ingredients multiple times and 3. They have been out of lids, so they have been putting tin foil over the bowls, which makes it hard to transport. Aside from the food, the service is not what it used to be. Nobody greats us as we come in, and the attitudes of multiple different employees have just been poor. I gave this store 3 chances in the last month, and now I'm just going to spend the extra gas to go to placer and hope for better. read more

Immunity!! So i wanted icecream, but my buddy saw jamba juice so we both decided that would be delicious. I dont normally come here so i was looking at the menu like it was a SAT test. I had a terrible experience with a really nasty kid with glass acting like a cashier at this store today. Kid is new and I haven't see. He m so far. I ordered a chili mango smoothie with daily vitamins and no ice. He took my order and then said it will be a less in the cup because I didn't want ice. I asked him how much less and he couldn't say. Then I asked him if he could pour some orange juice in it to make it full. He said it was going to cost me extra. I asked him how much extra and then he said $3 extra. The drink was originally going to cost me $7 buck for medium with no ice but less than a medium in quantity then he wanted me to pay a total of $10 for a medium to add orange juice. We go there every day. We have never had a bad experience like this one. I cancelled. The order and will not return until they fire this kid. read more

Another good location. This franchise seems to consistent hire very friendly and helpful employees. They are always super accommodating of my weird food needs right now. Plus, I can actually enjoy a couple of different selections here (not usually the case at smoothie places because my allowed foods are so limited). So I don't get bored. I love the green food and the berry veggie smoothies. I only wish the franchise would add almond butter (unsweetened) to their list of boosts, but that's just me. I just stop by this store five min ago to order two drinks. It's the worst Jamba store I ever visited with very unpleasant experience. Juice always good but the service was very bad. They asked me three times do I want ice in my drink. My answers was 'I don't want ice'. At the end they still put ice in my order. That's ok. Just changed it and say 'u am sorry'. Instead one Olof the guy , I think his name is brandy(tall height). He shows a very un-professional attitude with angry face to me. Without any patience to help. I can see the way how he throw orange to the machine trying to re-make the orange juice for me. When he put the lid to cover the cup. The orange was out of cup and filled with orange on top(outside) of the lid. He even just hand it to me without any common sense of thought want to clean it for me. I don't expect this guy to say sorry before re-make the juice. At least I expect him to respect the job he is working in Jamba. Because of this kind of service attitude will impact Jamba reputation. Maybe they don't care or worry to loose one customer but more people like brandy working in Jamba will loose more customer in future read more

Did you know that most JJ smoothies are gluten free? I was happily surprised by this fact, verified from many sources. My husband is celiac, so we did tons of research before going. I'm happy to say that he has found a few favorites that he can safely have. A GF favorite of us both is the Peanut Butter moo'd. Yum. :) This location is just fine. I love Jamba Juice, but the last 2 times I've gone to this location they have skimped me on my drinks. This drink is over $7...for a smoothie. So I think I should get my money's worth. Being an inch from the top is not. I'm disappointed and might make the trip across town to see if they are better. I'd ask to see a manager, but I doubt either of the 3, seventeen year old kids on their cell phones at work know what that is. read more

I usually love Jamba Juice but I probably wouldn't be going to this location again. They made my smoothie wrong 2 times in a row when I went in there yesterday. I always order dairy free and make sure to double check once they hand my order out that they made it that way. Usually it always is which is awesome. But when I went into this one I tasted it and it seemed different.. So I asked and they had made it wrong. Instead of being friendly they acted as I it was my fault and I was being a burden, but I asked politely and I can not tolerate lactose at all otherwise I wouldn't have asked for them to remake it. They get 2 stars because the service was rude and it took them about 15 minutes for them to make my drink correctly when there was only one person ahead of me. They ended up making it right and it was delicious! But the time/hassle and the way I felt unwelcome made my overall experience bad. read more
