If Dutch Bros wants a masterclass in how to trash their own brand, their 59th and Bell location is the poster child. I love Dutch Bros so much I named my dog after them, but this store is a humiliating stain on the company. Every flavored drink is a joke. They dump the flavor in first and then never bother to mix it. It just sits at the bottom like a syrup graveyard because the crew is too lazy to do the most basic part of their job. And the incompetence is not limited to the window. I actually called to complain and asked to speak to a district manager. You would think I requested access to Fort Knox. Instead I got bounced around through five different email exchanges with random people who clearly could not grasp the simple instruction that I did not want to speak to anyone except the district manager. It took me finally telling them to stop contacting me before he bothered to call. I told him straight up he had multiple chances to call me back and didn't now it's too late and I hung up on him. I was done with this location and would never go back. And here is the sad part. I still gave them one more chance. One more. And they still managed to screw it up like clockwork. This location is hopeless. It is lazy, clueless, and completely unfixable. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this place. They are an absolute embarrassment to Dutch Bros and the reason loyal customers walk away. read more

I don't get the hype with Dutch Bros. I mean it's good but every time I drive by one there are lines wrapped around like it's the last place with coffee beans lol. The employees are super friendly almost awkwardly friendly at times. I'm not good at the small talk sometimes This go around we got an iced Golden Eagle and a lemon poppyseed muffin top. I was surprised and happy to see they now have breakfast sandwiches at this location. Not sure I have saw it at others but maybe it's just rolling out. The muffin top was actually really good. Perfect amount of lemon and it was super soft and fresh tasting. The drink was good and did the deed. Living in Los Angeles my whole life, I never had the chance to try Dutch Bros since there aren't any in my area. I am glad I finally got to try a couple of their drinks (Snickerdoodle & Islander) during my time in AZ this week. I would say their coffee is pretty good, but what makes Dutch Bros stand out from other coffee shops is their level of customer service and unique coffee drive-thru experience. You order directly from one of their team members while you wait in line and their team members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. In addition, they have an array of blended coffee drinks that also come sugar-free! I felt right at home my first couple of visits this week and I will definitely be coming back, so our dog, Maui can have another Pup Cup and so I can try another one of their unique drinks and of course to experience the Dutch Bros Experience again! I had no idea they'd even opened a Dutch Bros in this area until I was driving by today. After a long morning my son and I stopped for a few tasty drinks. Of course my drink is typically their cold brew , but my kids always change it up. Today he wanted a picture perfect. I obliged all the sugar after he spent the morning getting a cast on. We decided to park and use the walk up window since both lanes of the drive through looked pretty long. We had a few people ahead of us, but the line went pretty quick. The girl helping us at the window was nice but nothing over the top or much interaction as more people had walked up behind us. We had our drinks within a few moments and we're on our way. Several times have I used the order ahead feature and picked up my drink. Several times has it not been ready when I get there. I started to plan ahead, I'd order 10-15 minutes ahead of the estimated wait time which is 5-8 minutes. This worked most of the time but still left with a decent wait. But today I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time, waited at the store, the clerk asked me if I had an online order (never asked my name) disappeared for a good 10 minutes, and brought out another order to me. When I told him my name he said we don't have an order for that name (something that also has happened before) and he'd have to remake it if been waiting at the store for a good 20 minutes at that point and if I had waited any longer likely would have been late for work. I abandoned the drink something not too uncommon when the wait time is this long. The coffee is mediocre and the customer service is fine most of the time otherwise. If you want a good coffee experience find a nice local place not a chain that has lost the plot. read more
