This is my second time going to this location. I expected that the wait will be long like the first time I was here as it's the only store that's close to San Jose and nearby cities. But despite of my expectations of delays, the lady who's taking the order said that the wait will be between 10-15mins BUT that's all a lie. I waited for 30mins and there's a party before me who waited longer. I got the Picture Perfect the first time and got it again this time and it tastes the same and good. But I would like to try the different drinks that they have. Beware though if you have allergies, to clarify the drink they handing you especially if it's a group order. If it's not the only store that is near me, I'm not going to this location. However, as of now it is so I might try ordering ahead of time using their app. read more

There's only one person taking the orders in the drive-through line. It must be hard for the people working there. There was also lots of people walking up to order as well. Service was okay. Those "few minutes" turned into another 18 minute wait. So I ended up waiting nearly an hour total for something I ordered well ahead of time. That completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. If you cannot handle mobile orders, stop accepting them. If this would have been our first experience at Dutch Bros it would have been our last! We placed a mobile order and given a 5:01 pick up. We arrived just before it to find a huge line just to check in, took me 30 minutes just to get to the window. Meanwhile drive thru is moving along and people who just walk up and order get orders quickly. When I get to the window she tells me it's going to be at least another half hour. I asked how that was possible since walk ups got orders quickly. She told me we are doing mobile orders first which was not the case. She then said I could cancel my order online and do walk up or cancel it all together without a care for the fact at this point almost forty minutes. We finally get our order I take it to the car even knowing based on appearance they were wrong. They weren't just wrong they were bad. I would have taken them back but didn't want to wait any longer and knew it would be another thirty plus minutes to fix as I had witnessed that while watching others return their orders. All previous reviews are valid when it comes to service and preordering drinks on the app and it not being ready once you arrive to the location. I preordered drinks on the app thinking it would be quick and ready once I arrived, but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. There was no one in line at the window once I arrived and the lady said my drinks would be out shortly. But once people started to come and order at the window I noticed that their names were being called out before mines and drinks were ready yet I was there first--so I knew something was up. I went up to the window and my drinks were already done sitting on their rack yet I was never called! Wtf? If I didn't go up to the window again, who knows when they would've called my name. This basically defeats the purpose of preordering on their app if people who order at the window are getting their drinks first before me. I ordered my coffee at 7:44 AM and it is now 8: 11 AM and I had just gotten it. When I arrived it wasn't that busy but nobody greeted me at the counter after I waited a few minutes. One girl finally did and she said I'll be right with you which was fine. So when I got there at 7:50 AM, I told her I had a mobile order and she said that it would be a few minutes. While I was waiting, I noticed that the staff were wearing open toed shoes which I don't think is appropriate and that work type said in case they were to injure themselves, but that's not my business after waiting almost half an hour and seeing other cars and other people after me get their drinks I walked up and notified another staff member that I've been waiting almost half an hour for my coffee. The kid turned around and it was right there waiting for who knows how long. I understand moments like these get busy but when people place orders, there needs to be a sense of urgency with the staff or if there is a delay apologize and make it known that they are running behind. Not sure where the disconnect is. For this particular location. Don't know if it's at the boy level. Don't know if it's at the management level or possibly the ownership level. I will say this that at this location, even though the employees are very courteous. The Service is extremely extremely slow. When ordering two regular drinks, it should not take 30 Minutes. The other observation is that they provide emphasis on the Service in the drive-through. Five customers gets serviced in the drive-through, while one customer in the window. We love Dutch Bros and will continue to come Dutch Bros but we always have a planned to stick around for at least 45 minutes. Just for coffee and drinks. So if you come to the location in Gilroy on 10th St., be prepared to wait for your coffee. read more
