A local favorite was disappointing today. My blended drink wasn't full, considering the price is annoying. But when it was mostly froth and I asked to add more liquid I was told it's the way sugar free drinks turn out. So I confirmed she couldn't add anything and she said no. The service is out of characteristic for the Dutch brand. On a positive note the lines did go faster than normal for a Saturday. A waste of $7 and my time. read more

We love this location! We always stop when we are in town. The staff here is super friendly and patient with our orders. We have seen them battle bad weather, as well as the pesty bees, and yet they always serve us with such great attitudes (& they have great recommendations every visit). I contacted Shay, through their company website and was informed they "allow" DISABLED AND SENIOR customers to STAND IN LINE NEXT TO CARS (full of people on cell phones).  i tried to recommend signs and colorful ways to alert drivers  to watch out for pedestrians . Some of their locations have walk up windows and asked why Forest Grove, bdoes not have a walk up window..... they ignored my emails!!!!   I think painting lanes for cars to keep cars seperate from people in wheelchairs, or using walkers (like me)and slow moving pedestrians (like senior citizens) would be great especially since they are only one block from a large senior citizen housing community....  what a shame! LIP SERVICE ONLY: "We allow walk ups".  Good grief!!!!!!   As if lip service ever saved a pedestrian from a distracted driver..... read more

Gave me an iced latte instead on a hot one. Then they did attempt to fix but gave me a latte with a lot of coffee grounds. I kept tasting burnt coffee and this is why. Latte with a side of coffee grounds. They did give me the iced latte which tasted as bad as the hot coffee so I'm guessing that coffee also had a lot of coffee grounds in it. read more

Friendly staff and you can either pay card or cash. The girl walking around will come take your order and you can pay card with her, or pay cash at the window when you pick up your order. The girl at the window was funny too. Very small in the middle of the parking lot, so the first time around, we missed it and had to turn around. Surprisingly there were a lot of cars waiting in line. A longer wait then I originally thought. The coffee was pretty watered down but it still kinda did it's job to keep us awake. We love Dutch Bros but I'm super confused at their process here and thought behind it. Super long line, we were in line for 20 minutes and people who were in line after us are getting their drinks delivered yet our order was just taken by someone. Multiple people in line behind others and us all got their orders first. Super baffled how that worked. Wouldn't come to this location by choice, sadly it was the closest to where we were. But however they are deciding to take orders is not in a first come first service basis. What a mess this line was and it was out into the road. read more

Super friendly and drinks were perfect on ourfirst day. I appreciate the free birthday coffee. This was during the time of Oregon forest fires and smoke was thick in the air. Still stayed open to serve, but closed up shop the next day. I have no problem with closure. I didn't appreciate how they handled us, at the time. The next day, we were in line waiting and without warning, they stopped serving. We had already waited 5 mins. No apologies. Just no service. read more

Always friendly service. They come out to your car when the line is long. Baristas seem to be knowledgeable. I've been to about 4 locations and they're always lovely. For 3 dollars, I get a 16 oz iced Americano and an espresso con panna. It's like they're not even charging me for a shot! I want to own one of these establishments. read more

This location is the closest to Pacific University. Double ordering drive-up windows and FAST service. The guys here are really good and very friendly. As they're filling the current customer's order, someone will come to take the next car's order. This makes the lines go really fast. Everyone's chatty and happy and very accommodating. Kudos for great customer service. The kids love the rich, yummy hot chocolate here. They bring them to the perfect drinking temperature. I love that! The classic drinks are also amazing. You can get them hot, iced or blended. I like the annihilator and the cocomo. Very yummy! I wish we had more of these drive-up coffee huts at home in Hawaii. I love this location. We're always sure to make a stop here (or 2... or 5) whenever we're in town. read more

Wow, I'm shocked to see so many poor reviews. I'm not sure what's different now but every time that I've went in the past couple months it's been nothing but a pleasurable experience. The employees are ALWAYS nice no matter how busy they get. I think the problem most people are having is the lack of space for the drive-through lines but what do you expect when they're so busy in the am! Everytime I come here they are extremely slow. I order the greentea with rebel which is extremely expensive because they charge you for both green tea and rebel and half of the time they forget the rebel and just hive me green tea. Such a rip off. I normally just let these things go until today the woman with the ipad just completely skiped over us and let someone cut us in line. Always a big fan of the rebels and I never liked coffee. They can make a coffee to the point there I can drink it. Pretty good if you ask me. The only thing I would have to say about this place is that it's really pricy. It's over $5 for a medium rebel. They're good but not so good that I need to spend that much money. If I really need the energy I can easily grab a rockstar or another energy drink from the store. Once again, I love the drinks a lot but the price isn't completely ideal. read more

I'm sad to say the coffee just is too weak or the ladies aren't putting the correct amount of espresso shots per cup. You get a cup of creamer or milk with a dash of coffee and a few grounds at the bottom. Love all the people here, but maybe retrain on how to make drinks. I know it's not just a one time thing. I've watched drinks go out and my drinks almost daily that are always just slightly darker than milk. read more

I have been a Dutch bros customer in forest grove for years and years but seriously, enough is enough. Waiting in line while you talk to one of your friends and then tell me you have to make your customers happy? What about me sitting back there waiting?? I have seen it all at this dutch bros, setting drinks out of sight so they can keep talking making those in line think you are still making their drinks. When they have long lines, they go out to the shortest line and take pre orders and I am think what are they doing? No common sense! Apparently the owner or manager does not care because it has been happening for at least the past 5 years and no changes. Building a new layout and building will not fix your problems, the problems are from the owner to the barista. The only Dutch Bros location that treats their customers with genuine respect. They always ask about my day and treat me like a regular, even though I'm not. This crew goes above and beyond for customer service and always gets my drink right (and delicious). The only Dutch Bros I will ever go to. The only thing I wish they could fix is their small parking lot, but I guess it can't be helped when everyone is coming to the best DB in Oregon! read more

Drive thru coffee is suppose to be fast, I have been waiting in the same line for almost 15mins. This location needs to learn how to talk and work at the same time, I'm a barista at a walk in coffee house and can whip out drinks faster then this with great customer service and a amazing drink. The best Dutch Bro's stand you'll find, Its not even close, Employees are genuine, not the typical fake Dutch "Bro's" you find at every stand. I really wish Dutch Bro's would stop training their employees to be fake, because it teaches them to be that way instead of ACTUALLY being nice. Forest Grove doesnt have that issue however. Drinks can take a little while, just because of the 15 cars infront of you, staff is great, just busy. Worth the wait, just dont be in a rush! Went there this morning and waited longer than usual and it wasn't even busy. When I drove up to the window nobody acknowledged us with even a hi or we are getting your coffee ready. Few minutes after a lady drives up to the window and all the staff makes sure to go over there and say hi. The guy that gave me my order just asked if I wanted straws. I grabbed my order and I wasn't even given a have a nice day. I paid before I drove up to window and gave them a tip, I won't be paying before getting my order ever again. I live in forest grove so the Dutch bros in forest grove is always my go to BUT after tonight's experience and how rude the two young lady's were I do not plan on going there anymore. We had order 3 drinks and not even a minute later nor even made it out the parking lot we went back to the window because we forgot to order a hot chocolate and asked if we could please order it they gave us attitude and claimed they had shut off their machines when they had just made our drinks and it wasn't even 10pm yet to say they were closed. read more

I started going to Dutch Bros when they first opened in Forest Grove. I was a regular for the first 4 years but recently moved to Spokane, WA so I only stop in when I am in town on vacations visiting family. The Owners, LaGrand and Jamie Davis are some of the best people I've ever met and I am very fortunate to know them. Both of them along with their staff are some of the happiest, friendly people you can ever meet. They are always smiling, coffee made right every single time and if there is ever a problem they will correct it. Customer Service is paramount to me and this stand has those skills. If you are not getting your coffee here you are sadly missing out. They can cheer anyone up no matter how bad of a day you are having. I live in FG and after this experience, I will now be going to the one in Cornelius because of the terrible service I have been experiencing. The water here is nasty and the rebels taste watered down every time I get one. Sometimes they mess up my drink too.
