We like jamba but we do not go that often.We went more when my kid was younger like after soccer or swim classes. Tonight I got myself a smoothie while the kid was at a play. Sssh don't rat me out. I am sick. When I was a kid my mom would give me lime sherbet and it ( or time probably) always made me feel better. My smoothie tonight was a " strawberry surf rider": strawberries, peaches, lemonade, lime sherbet. You can add a bunch of other stuff if you want. I kept it basic. It was tasty. It was my dinner. Nothing else sounded good. It did the trick. They have all the smoothie things. Some solid food items. There are worse things. Also my kid has a couple fruit allergies and they have always been good about washing the blender for her. Sweet. read more

I'm usually greeted when I enter the shop and their customer service is always fairly good. Depending on the time of day you decide to visit, the wait time for your order can vary from a few quick minutes to a short while. Remember, the more people you see inside waiting, the longer it will take to get your order. I've tried many of the smoothies here and they have all been fresh and tasty. My only caveat about this place is the pricing, which is a bit on the high side. There is seating inside as well as outside under giant umbrellas. read more

This location is fantastic and I have been going here for years since I used to work and live very close by. I have since tried their bowls which are freaking huge and delicious! I miss their coupons though. It used to be that if you got their receipt you would get a survey - actually you still get one BUT you used to complete the survey and get a buy one get one free Jamba Juice any size. Now you get entered into some prize pool you will never get. And don't bother signing up for their emails since after months and months I have never received any coupons except the initial one for $2 off. I just went in 6/22/23, and it was so busy but the employees were so friendly and maintained calm even though there were many orders that needed to be made. They made sure everything was accurate and perfect quality, and I really appreciate it. i went in tonight to get a little treat and asked for a recommendation, and it was delicious!! the customer service here is always great, unfortunately a raging karen came in while i was waiting for my smoothie and berated the employees because her smoothie was "too watery." the employees handled it very well and i felt so awful that somebody was being evil for literally no reason. kiana was the main victim of the karen and she handled it so gracefully. love u guys so sorry about that lady hope you guys have a good night read more

It's tough to write a review for chains, because they all generally do exactly what they're supposed to do adequately well, and within each brand, they're all about the same. This Jamba Juice is no different. They have the expected array of fruity-juicy-smoothie drinks, in three sizes, and a number of "boosts" you can add to enhance your bevvy (Soy and Whey Proteins, Fiber, Vitamins, etc.) I've been drinking Jamba for years now, probably at least once a month for the past decade. The drinks are as good as always, albeit their prices have crept upward over the years. I also like their apple-cinnamon pretzels. They're just solid enough to provide a tummy-filling complement to their lighter juice drinks, and they and a smoothie make a perfect combination for those of us "on the go" who must eat while on the road driving from one appointment to the next like a busy honeybee on spring's flowers. read more

At the tender age of 16 I got a job at a Jamba Juice. Shortly thereafter, my evil boss schedule me on the day I had requested off and insisted on insulting my juice skills in front of a establishment filled with customers. It was at that point when I told him to fuck off and walked out on the job, blenders full of frozen fruit and line out the door. They have clearly changed there management style because the employees here are elated to be at work. I can barely pry my eyes open when I roll here in the morning and I am greeted with a good morning and a blinding smile. Jamba surfs the changing tide of new fads. They have juices with coconut water, all fruit, veggies! Lately I have been big on toppers which is juice, granola and banana. They're great for breakfast. They also have oatmeal which kicks the kind you heat up in the microwave square in the ass. Juices are always consistent and just what you'd expect from a smoothie. read more

I came in there with my sister and her boyfriend. We greeted by teenage girls screamed on top their lungs "WELCOME TO JAMBA!" Then they were singing out of tunes and joked around with each other the whole time we were waiting for our juices. We waited about 15 minutes for two juices and no one else was in front of us. Slowest service I've ever received only one girl was working hard and fast and the other guys just moseyed through it. The girls kept having to fix the orders and making more to fit the cup. This is a place that I used to love. I've been coming here for years know, and since it's in my way to the office, it's always great to stop there to have some fresh orange juice. I used to look forward to it. The personnel were always courteous and prompt, and their products had always been fresh and tasty, tough somewhat overpriced. In the last month I've had a few incidents that seriously make me question coming back to this Jamba Juice. The first one, an attendant refusing to serve me a smoothie smaller than 16 ounces. Now, had I been on the other side, I would have just made the regular size one and served it in a smaller cup. Why not. Keep your customer happy. But not this time. I was told, in a very curt manner, that they wouldn't sell it. Period. Any other thing? No? NEXT. I decided I could give them a pass. One rude person doesn't make the store, does he? So I continued to frequent the place, as usual. Today they wouldn't serve me orange juice. The machine won't turn on, they said. Well, we used to have juice even before we turned to machines, did you know? You have the oranges. You have a knife. You sell juice. I have the money. But no dice: no juice for me. Well, let's have a wrap, with hot sauce. The wrap came out cold, with no hot sauce. Oh well. Not the best way to start your day, isn't it? I got my money back. I didn't want my money back, I wanted an orange juice and a wrap. Unfortunately it would take for a competitor to open nearby, so that consumers as me would have an option. Nice location that works fast paced! The parking is pretty bad but if you park by Ross you can just walk over. I've never used the bathroom at this location until this visit and to my surprise it was pretty clean. The store trash was pretty full however they were busy and switching out shits or breaks. They have done a decent job at creating more "healthy" options, whether you get an all fruit, fruit & veggie, or their low cal ones they all taste pretty darn good! Aw they were so cool here. I ordered a white gummi bear.. they gave me and my friend two huge ass ones with no extra charge and it was deeeeelish like always.
