Allie was awesome. She went above and beyond. I had two babies in my car asleep. Out here to see my daughter and her kids. Had to stop and get my DutchBros especially on sticker day. It was busy to say the least. So we all know when it's busy sometimes mistakes are made. That's normal we are all human. But the greatest thing about DutchBros is they always want to make it right for you. Huge line going down the street. I pulled up and parked and Allie was there to save the day. Hope I got her name right. She had my drink remade so fast. Well. Let's just say this shop was just amazing and the staff above and beyond. Thank you all so much. If you ever get the chance to swing by here and grab a drink make sure to tell Allie she is amazing. This was my first visit to this location and I will be back hopefully on my next trip.

We make a point to stop by this Dutch Bros Coffee when we're in the area. The customer service at this location is absolutely FANTASTIC! Jen went beyond to make every customer interaction personable, and unexpectedly memorable. I will definitely return, and recommend!

I really love coming to this specific location. I feel they''ve always provided th ebest of service here. I love the cold brew, and I like how they always make my drink exactly how I want it. The service is great and I really love the drink. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!

    The main building

Very sweet coffee, very tasty. I have been here a few times, and the service has been great and very fast. I usually get a medium iced golden eagle, and love it! The building as seen in the picture is pretty small, mostly due to the lack of an interior. Overall 10/10, would recommend.

This is what my Dutch Soda looked like as soon as I got it. For what they charge, I hoped they'd at least fill it to the top.

Really disappointed in this visit. I probably should have said something when they handed my drink and it wasn't even full. The staff here are really nice, so I've never had any issues there. This is the only location around and it's quite a drive, so the fact that I didn't get a full drink was a letdown.

Staff here is above and being friendly and not the fake chick-fil-a friendly, they're genuinely friendly here. I believe in the future and the future Dutch bros, better customer service, better coffee. Golden eagle is my favorite, light milky caramel and sweet. But also the staff here is awesome. Wish Dutch bros was in Canada. Maybe I can start one.

This place is the best!! I've been here a few times now and I always get the same order - breakfast…read moreburrito with avocado and London fog tea or their seasonal coffee beverages. I've been wanting to try their chocolate chip cookie but it's never ready when I've gone. Their burrito is delicious though, it's packed and super filling, not to mention the sauces are the best part! I wish they gave a little more as I end up finishing the sauces before the burrito is done because they're sooo tasty with the burrito. I also wish they had other meat options other than bacon. They don't have chicken add ins but other than that it's a great place! I've also had their biscuit and jam, but that's just ok. I wouldn't get it again. It's not that tasty or memorable. There's lots of seating, food is ready fairly quickly, service is great and employees are friendly, and parking right outside. So convenient!

However, and I'd like to share my feedback on my experiences. - The food is decent, though it's often prepared for presentation rather than taste. It frequently arrives cold. - The coffee and tea are overpriced and tastes mediocre. - for instance, I paid $8 for a 4-ounce mix of espresso and orange juice that made my stomach hurt. - I also paid nearly $7 for the "peach blossom tea" and ended up getting 3/4 cup of ice, packet tea, and sweetener in a cup. - I've tried nearly everything on the drink menu and nothing is 'great' - The wait time for an order is incredibly long, and the employees are often distracted and preoccupied with other tasks, making it difficult to get my order taken. Overall, go to narrative for the ambiance and food, NOT the drinks.

Wow. Velton's has changed my coffee life. I recently discovered Grain Artisan Bakery in Snohomish…read more(highly recommend), & since it was afternoon, I got a decaf latte to go with my rhubarb custard tart. With decaf, I've come to expect that I will need the sweet treat to enhance the drink, but this coffee was absolutely as good as the amazing pastry, which is super, super rare!! It was Velton's Three Ravens Blend, the best decaf - by far - that I have had in more than a decade of searching. Three Ravens is completely delicious standing alone - which is what I've been searching for - and it harmonizes beautifully for the half-caf I like to drink in the mornings. I first emailed the business about which of their caffeinated offerings they would recommend for this, and Velton Ross got back to me right away with the friendliest, kindest reply and several very thoughtful suggestions. So far I've enjoyed the Bonsai Blend - an excellent and delicious accompaniment, just a slightly warmer, brighter profile when full-caf than is my preference - and I am going to order the Twilight Blend next. Although you cannot buy in person from their roastery, you can easily order from their site. They have lovely detailed descriptions of everything they offer, and shipping is very quick and very reasonable. They roast on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays, and I have always received my order (in Shoreline) by Friday, or Saturday at latest. There are also quite a few retail locations from Everett to the eastside - and even one each in Vegas and Montana! - where you can buy their beans and/or drink their coffee. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to list these on their site with detailed information about each establishment. So helpful for learning about local businesses I might have otherwise never come across. Online, you can purchase both whole bean and pre-ground for espresso and drip coffee. The drip coffee grind was a little too fine for my coffee cone method. So I experimented with whole beans and found that, for me, the flavor is perfect when I grind them one setting coarser than I used to use for other coffees. The best part of all of this, is that this is the first decaf I've ever been able to drink without a feeling of compromise, extra doctoring, or gaslighting myself into believing that it's good. Zero disappointment!! I can make a straight decaf cup any time of day and know that I'm going to love every sip. Thank you, Velton's!!

There were a couple of people ahead of me in line but service was quick. Lots of savory and sweet pastries to choose from - the massive cinnamon roll caught my eye, and I couldn't resist not getting it, also got the twice baked almond croissant and a kouign amann. I ate the kouign amann soon as I got into my car - it was the perfect amount of sweetness and flakiness, albeit a bit small in size despite being around the same price point as the croissant and cinnamon roll. Unfortunately was not a big fan of the cinnamon roll. Though the roll itself was pillowy soft upon reheating it in the microwave a bit, it lacked the amount of cinnamon that you would expect, and the frosting on top tasted like cake frosting with it almond extract in it and was far too sweet. I had to scrape most of it off. Almond croissant was also just okay - filling was on the sweeter side and croissant itself just didn't taste very fresh.
