I absolutely love this location and ALL of the workers!! They are sooooo incredibly sweet and I can always hold a conversation with them. I genuinely consider this location like family, most of the workers know my name and never hesitate to scream "hi Lilly!". My favorite coffee shop in mid-cities. Great staff, cheerful and very speedy in spite of long line in the drive-through. If you don't want to wait, you can get out of your car and go to the walk-up window. They give my pups a pupachinno - whipped cream in a small cup. They love it. Don't miss!!! For those of you who take the time to read my humble reviews, 1. I appreciate it and 2. Know I can take forever to write one. I said that to say I sat on writing this review for some weeks now. I have visited this place twice and was not disappointed with the service or drinks. I will say that to have two lanes merge into one at the window went smoother than I thought it would. I know I can be a lot of aggressive when it comes to things like that, but they did a good job directing the flow. Anyhoo, I am on this no caffeine thing, and as I write this review, I wonder if caffeine is in the Dutch cocoa. Oh well, if so, not mad. My first go round was with the caramel dutuch cocoa with caramel drizzle. I could really taste the caramel flavor which can easily be overpowered by the cocoa. It was my first time ever there and the young gentleman was very nice. My second go round, I ordered the Trifecta dutch cocoa. That baby has caramel, chocolate, and white chocolate swirling around in there. Of course, I add caramel drizzle and whip cream cause what kind of monster is out here drinking naked cocoa? I also ordered a chocolate chip muffin top cause what does my sugar need, more sugar! I had no clue that you could put so many different flavorings into cocoa. I learned something new coming here. There was over 10 different flavor combos for their dutch cocoa. If you like banana, boom they go it. You like coconut, say less. If you are the kind of monster who drinks naked cocoa, they got you too! Once I get off this caffeine kick, again does cocoa have caffeine, I will try out their coffee. I miss coffee. Always happy, Darius (I think was his name) went out of his way right before they closed to make sure I was able to have my coffee for the next morning. Tried Dutch Brothers for the first time and I'm hooked! Great service, friendly staff and amazing coffee!

This place is super hyped everywhere and I was super excited to try. First off, it took me an hour to get through their drive thru. I did go at peak time (10:30am on a Saturday) but it was not a quick thing so don't attempt this place if you're on a time crunch. I'm sure it's not as bad in off peak hours but just an FYI. So I got a caramel pumpkin cold brew and a green tea lemonade. The cold brew was fine. Tasted very much like the one at Starbucks. The green tea lemonade however was both too sour and too sweet to drink? The cup was jam packed with ice so despite getting a large there's probably not that much actual liquid in there. Also my total was $10 for two drinks. Which is roughly Starbucks prices. Not great not terrible. Which pretty much sums up my thoughts on this place. If I just so happen to drive past a Dutch bros in need of coffee and there's not a line, will I go? Sure. Would I drive past Dunkin, Starbucks, or 151 Coffee to come and sit an hour in line at this place? Helllllllllll no. read more

This place has officially replaced Starbucks in my daily routine. The employees are always so sweet. It's cheaper than Starbucks, the drinks are bigger, they have a huge selection, and it's always very fast. Even though it's fast, the employees don't make you feel rushed. They always have time to chat a bit. My only complaint is not with the location itself, but with the fact that Dutch Bros doesn't supply hot cup sleeves. That's not the fault of this location, though. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dutch Bros. The stickers they give out at the first of the month for each passenger in your car is a neat perk, too! read more

I was so excited to see that Dutch Bros moved to Texas, I travel a ton and would always go to the locations in Arizona and Utah, I really wanted to like this location so bad that I would drive all the way from north Fort Worth to get the coffee, I have been here 3 times and the last time I went was just not the greatest experience. I went on the first of the month to receive the cool stickers, I have the app (but at this moment my phone was being replaced and I didn't have the app available) the girl who was taking our order was in a huge rush, there was only one car behind us, and once my payment was taken I asked if there could be anyway I could receive my points still (understanding its my fault for not reminding her) but she told me, "the payment already went through there's nothing that can be done, but next time when I come back." So I took that lose not a problem, when I get to the window the lady repeats our drinks, (mine was wrong, so I gave her the correct order) I am slightly sensitive to regular milk so I always order soy/oat, I watched her (after I corrected my order with her) pour 2% milk into my drink. A majority of coffee places I usually pay extra for soy/oat milk. I was already just so done with the experience at this point that I didn't say anything. I even almost forgot why I came there in the first place. I had to even ask for the sticker. I have been to may Dutch bros and haven't ever received this kind of customer service. I work in customer service myself so I'm very understanding to many circumstances, but I was highly confused with this one. Hopefully it gets better. read more
