I've been coming to this location for the past several Sundays, and this location has been missing the mark. My drinks have been coming out like I'm drinking straight breve with a small hint of flavor. Even when I'm adding extra shots of espresso. This time I ordered the candycane mocha and the color was so light. I don't think chocolate milk was even used. I got this same drink a few days ago at a different location and it was dark just like the pictures and tasted great. I'm not sure what this location is doing with their drinks. I finally went to Dutch Bros so now I see what all the talk is about, and it's not all talk. This place is great and I'm already planning my next order. I studied the drive-thru menu briefly -- it's not that big -- then drove directly up to the window and ordered. The woman who took my order asked if I had the app and recommended I use it in the future, and that they have a much larger menu through the app. She wasn't lying.. I checked and they seriously do have so many options! Like endless lemonades and smoothies and teas and Dutch sodas and many more coffee options. I went with my initial choice, a Dutch Bro's classic, "The Golden Eagle," a vanilla and caramel breve with a caramel drizzle: "The Golden Eagle® is a creamy breve featuring bold espresso, half and half, vanilla syrup and caramel sauce, then topped with whipped cream and a caramel sauce drizzle. Available hot, iced, or blended, making it a versatile drink for any day!" Doesn't that sound so good? Well it is, it was thoroughly delicious and not too sweet at all, which I was a little worried about. It tasted a bit like Golden Crisp cereal to me, remember that stuff? Those sweetened wheat puffs with the bear on the box? I used to love that cereal and my iced Golden Eagle took me back to it. I was truly impressed with how fast they made my drink, too. How do they do it...?! They have like a hundred different drink options! But that doesn't slow them down, they're so so fast. I'm going back soon and I'm getting The Cocomo (coconut mocha): "a blend of coconut syrup, exclusive chocolate milk and bold espresso topped with whipped cream." Okay. About those 2 stars? Yes, let me explain. Today, I decided to bring my family here before church. I saw the line and figured it would move quickly like ALLL other Dutch Bros locations. In and out, right? WRONG. I sat in this line for 20+ minutes. I found that once I finally got to the window, they were just at THAT moment making them. The lady at the window was friendly, I will make note of that. But I'm guessing that's why it is taking so long, they are not making the drinks until you actually get to the window. Versus making them as they get entered into the kiosk and bringing them out to keep the line moving. I'm so sorry for deducting three stars; however, I can NOT wait in line for 20+ minutes for coffee. There are too many coffee spots around here to waste my time like that ESPECIALLY on a Sunday morning when I've got to get the church on time! Please work on keeping the line moving. I won't be visiting again any time soon. I can bet the new PJs, which is right next to Dutch Bros, will make my drink way faster. OR I could just hit up 151 and be done with it. I LOVE Dutch Bros. I will go out of my way to stop here before a road trip while passing up 3 Starbucks and not think twice about it. I think the coffee is awesome. I've never tried anything I didn't like. The Orange Groove is one of my favorites. It sounds weird, but is actually awesome. The Birthday Cake Breve with soft top is another favorite for me. Their cup sizes compared to price is such a good value. You can tell this location is good because it always has a line wrapped around the building but it moves fast and even if it didn't it's worth the wait. The staff are always so sweet & energetic. It doesn't matter what time of day, there's always someone smiling and asking if you have anything fun planned that day. *Relevant to say, my pup was also a die hard Starbucks puppacino gal, but even she prefers the pup cup at Dutch Bros (as pictured)* read more

Having worked at Starbucks before, I was surprised to find that the workers actually looked happy to be there (I know - what a concept)! I do like their syrupy, excessively sweet drinks but I'm about sick of their service and long lines! Today we went to get a hot cocoa and I entered the outside lane as it says to choose the shortest line. There was no one there to take orders outside so I was never able to get into the lane that goes to window. Maybe the person taking orders had to take a break and that's understandable, but why in the world do they insist on making their employees stand outside in all kinds of weather when they could just put in a speaker?! Also, I really hate the requests for tips! It's awkward and makes me feel obligated or guilty. Sometimes the people at the window yap too much. Just give me my drink. My only plans are to drink this caffeine so I can stay awake and chase after my kids, this is always my plan so stop trying to make idle chit chat by asking me if I have plans to today and gimmie my java! Service is always hyped - maybe a reflection of the strength of the drinks! *Warning* the drinks are HIGHLY caffeinated and FILLED with sugar. You can find their menu with nutrition facts online. Be wary - it's quite eye-opening when you see how much everything contains The Cocomo | 7/10 Fantastic - but *warning* it'll keep you up for a while! As will most of their other drinks. I highly recommend using these drinks with caution and avoid having them after 4 pm! As caffeine has a half life of minimum 6-8 hours depending on the person and can disrupt your overall recovery during sleep. read more

We have a problem.. this place is addicting! My teen hs been waiting got this place ever since ahe had one in Oregon. She recently got her driver's license and said she would go Dutch as a reward. We have made the drive ti Arlington sevetal times as we waited for the grand opening. Now, we have been here everyday .. even twice today. We already tried several drinks and have found our go to. Actually I like the hot annihalator and iced Golden eagle myself. The staff were plentiful and smiles all around. Glad they have walk up available as well. I have not been here in the early morning but could imagine it being busy. May I suggest an option order advance curbside for the regulars who know what they want. I've been a loyal customer for over a year. And never did I ever imagine that I would run into a worker that was not very demure. I'm usually not a person to complain or judge , but this worker had an attitude because I ordered four drinks and bcs I didn't decided to tip today. I guess she was lazy and did half of my drinks and continued to do everyone else's drinks??? I understand we all have bad days but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on a regular customer. I'm a little torn on Dutch Bros coffee. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Had a few instances of normal human error on our orders but they do very much make it right and relatively quickly. Once you get to the point of having your order taken it generally doesn't take more than 5 minutes, maybe 10 to get your order. Possibly the biggest issue I've had has been there has been 30 minutes waits to even get your order taken, due to the popularity of this place at certain times during the day. It's interesting to drive by at one point and they have 3 cars in line & 20 minutes later the lot is filled with cars in the drive thru. For the actual items, can't beat them in amount of flavors they offer which make for good coco, freezes & frosts. Hot chocolate, frappes & shakes respectively. Having tried a number of the items on the menu those ended up being the only items we cared for. Some items seemed to sugary/syrupy like the tea, smoothie & lemonade for example. The blue rebel energy drink I watched being poured from a can with a squirt of torani's being squirted in for the flavors we asked for. So for my family we will keep them in the loop for the flavored hot chocolates, maybe the shakes, especially when the one closer to my house opens up ... but for most everything else we will stick to our more locally owned stuff. read more

I love Dutch Bros, I will drive by 15 Starbucks and go out of my way just to go to a Dutch Bros! You don't just get great drinks, you get an experience, as everyone is alway so friendly and engaging! I understand the menu can be intimidating but they're always there to help you find something you'll like! I used to get just a simple vanilla latte; that's I'll still go back to every now and then, but you can't go wrong by exploring new drinks on their menu. (I do recommend going online or downloading their app to optimally navigate their options).. This is a place you have to experience, they make you happy before you actually get the coffee! I ordered my drink with almond milk and definitely didn't get almond milk. Instead, it was made with milk, and after a couple of sips, my body took out its anger on me. Disclaimer: I LOVE Dutch Bros, have been coming to this location for the last 8+ months, and have spent at least $200 dollars at this location over the last 60 days. I believe this makes me well qualified as a reviewer, but as always, YMMV. TL;DR review - Great drinks, atrocious wait times. Plan on 30+ minute wait times in drive-thru even during off-peak hours. This location is well located off of 183 and Industrial, between Industrial and Harwood. It's a newer location (opened in last 18+ months, I believe) and has a dual Y-lane drive-thru unlike some older DB locations. The drinks are always fantastic here, both in quality and in order consistency. The employee's are equally fantastic, with great attitudes and helpful suggestions if you desire some help. I truly can't say enough about the drinks and people at this location. Despite it's great location, delicious drinks and cool employees, I cannot recommend this location to anyone, even ardent DB diehards like myself, due to the atrocious wait times that have progressively gotten worse over the last few months. It does not seem to matter what time or day you go, unless there is literally no one in line ahead of you. As an example, I went to this location this morning (11/16/23). I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:12 AM and left with my two drinks at 10:46, or a 34 minute total wait. There were about 7-10 cars ahead of me when I arrived for context. I spent 30+ minutes waiting in line each of my past two visits as well (those two visits being within the last 15 days) which is what finally prompted me to start timing my wait times. I believe this will be my last time at this particular location, but I hope that y'alls experience may be different than mine. I also hope to one day become a regular here again if the wait times can be resolved. For now though, if you're pressed for time, I would think twice about visiting this location for you caffeine needs :( read more

I stopped at Dutch Bros Coffee for the first time this week instead of making my usual Starbucks stop. I wanted to try something new and wanted something cold and pretty sweet to start my day. The drive-thru line wasn't too bad and it took me about 5 minutes to reach the person taking orders. I told her it was my first time and she asked questions to determine my preferences and give drink recommendations. I went with the Annihilator with some type of foam on top. Yeesss!
