I can't believe how slow they were, Saturday evening (around 10pm). I think they switched from speed to weed. We were only the third car in line and waited for twenty minutes! It was unbelievable! Worst experience fist off the music was so loud it was difficult to communicate with the person at the counter he did nothing to rectify the situation. Several other people came in while waiting also agreed the music was way to loud ( this is coming from a metal head) they complied and lowered it. In the meantime our oder came up no whip wasn't even asked. This to say I will not be returning to that location ever. I love Dutch brothers they make amazing coffee and are really friendly. My personal favorite hasn't been on the main menu for years it was the coffee of the month years ago. But they still make it it's an Irish mocha. But I also like the cocomo and their Paris black tea 2 scopes of hunny and vanilla. Definitely worth your time. read more

I normally love this location. Good service, great drinks. But tonite service was terrible. It was obvious the girl in the drive through window was friends with the car ahead of us....they were talking and laughing and totally holding all the cars up. The car behind us started honking! Slowest drive-thru EVER. They take your order and make you pay first, then take forever (I waited 32 minutes) to get your drinks to you, which by that time aren't hot anymore. The coffee is decent, but no better than Starbucks IMO. I won't be going back... read more

Dutch Chocolate Milk, the freshest, super creamy, high in butter fat chocolate milk available. Dutch Brothers knows milk, they used to be in the dairy business. This is the main component to all of their coffee drinks. Ask to try the chocolate milk plain to see what I am talking about. It's the best you have ever tasted. I think the coffee itself is decent but not the best I have had. When you mix it with the milk and flavoring syrups you get deliciousness. My problem is that I drink them too fast where it almost seems like I should buy 2. Problem is that would be 10 bucks. I have tried some of their blended drinks which were good on a hot summer day but I believe you go to Dutch to get the coffee. read more

Coffee is exactly what I expect. Cheep and good. BUT MY GOD, hands down the absolute slowest ever. Watching employees massage eachother, some basic chick dancing and singing about putting her hands up because they are playing her song, and only one guy working was really frustrating. With 4 people back there you'd think things would go quicker, not take 20 minutes for one simple order. I understand that Dutch bros is a very casual and laid back place, but this was a little too far back. The kids working here are sweet, and the coffee is decent, but I waited in the drive-through for 32 minutes with fewer than 10 cars ahead of me. Nobody has time for that. I probably won't ever try again, but if I did, if there were more than two cars in line, I would go inside the store rather than drive-through. read more

Just went to this Dutch Bros for the first time, won't be returning to this location. I decided to go inside to order. I didn't get a hello, smile, bye, have a good day, nothing (but i did walk in to an F bomb being dropped lol) ordered, I'd say it took almost 10 minutes, (give or take). I was the only one ordering inside, and there were maybe 5 cars in drive thru. Not an environment that people are used to from Dutch. Iced carmelizer, half sweetness is the only way to do it. I just love how quick and efficient this business is. It's sweltering hot in Carmichael area but you don't mind as much with this quick drink. I also like that there's plenty of ice and plenty of drink (unlike another green logo coffee business). read more

However went there last Sunday with my kids and had to listen to them blasting some hip hop music with the F word and other inappropriate things. I work nearby at an elementary school and am always greeted and treated so kindly by this locations staff. Although I know I'm terrible with names but, this staff checks on me and remembers my previous struggles of the day just to make sure I'm doing better. Despite their fast pace job and the people they must deal with, I am always greeted with a smile and great rapport. I love the drinks i get. I just think the customer service is poor compared to other Dutch Bro locations. The guy workers are amazing but the girl workers on the other hand always have an attitude with me. Every time I'm helped by a girl it's always seems to be a problem. There's two girls that work in this location that are hella rude and always cop an attitude with me. Also, I asked one of the girls to give me a new stamp card and once again, it was such a problem she gave me attitude and she didn't even stamp the new card AND i bought 3 drinks. So wtf, yall better get ya girls cause I never have these problems at any other Dutch Bros. read more

My first ever stop at Dutch Bros will be my last!! I hadn't realized they didn't have restrooms for their customers but did explain that I had a colostomy bag that was on the verge of exploding. I even showed it to the girl but she still refused!!! I ended up emptying it next door behind a bush and I've never had to do that before!! Starbucks delivers a quality product AND does it with a smile and excellent customer service. I will be calling the local news to tell my story as I feel horribly humiliated and angry. I am stoked on Dutch bros coffee as my previous reviews of other locations would prove. However this location (maybe because it's still relatively new) it's struggling. Their line sucks. My friend and I got in line on one side and the car in front of us didn't know how to merge and so 5 cars from the other line went ahead of us and then when we asked the girl working she was like "o well they were here first" and we were like ummm no but ok. The problem was the people working in the line of cars taking orders went to the cars out of order so we ended up being there for a solid 20 minutes while people who came after us were in and out in half the time. The coffee is what it is. Also my friend asked for her blended drink sugar free but with whipped cream and didn't get the whip. read more

I LOVE my Dutch Bros coffee! And I'm a two a day regular. Had a few bumps with the newer people getting my drink right, but now that they're flowing along, it's perfect. And the employees are awesome. My only issue with this place is that people can't seem to get there are TWO LINES! But that's not DB's fault, so 5 stars for them! The past three times I have gone here they have messed up my drink. I asked for light ice in one and they milked it down. There was practically no coffee in it. The past 2 times my espresso has tasted burnt. The drinks are almost undrinkable. I'm not sure what has changed but I will not be going back to this location for awhile and don't recommend it to anyone else who drinks coffee. read more
