tried many t4 locations and this is a better one! drinks were good and accurate! food was fresh and nicely seasoned. boba was very good, and perfect texture. service was very kind. there's seating inside and is cutely decorated, and there's lot parking.

Love the Thai milk tea w/boba and taro w/boba! (YUM) I used to come to this cute little location a LOT when I went to Paul Mitchell around the corner. I've never seen it empty. It's not surprising considering how yummy the snacks and drinks are! :)

Okinawa milk tea w/ Oreo crumble

My favorite milk tea spot so many good options. I usually get the earl grey milk tea but Decided to try the Okinawa milk tea it's much sweeter but very good I'd recommend getting it with 50 percent sweetness.

"Lobster balls" are imitation crab not lobster disappointed

Thai tea is decent better then most in the area I get mine 120% service is good usually comes out pretty quick "lobster balls" are not actual lobster but imitation crab so I was disappointed with that and they don't come with any dipping sauce a garlic butter would have been nice

This is by far my favorite boba place in Citrus Heights/Sac area. What I appreciate most about this place is their frequent customer stamp card which imo is necessary to have regular customers come back. Some places skip on this and over-charge for their boba when I think most boba places are quite similar especially in flavor. But this place has good quality drinks, soft boba pearls, semi-clean atmosphere and friendly customer service especially when they are not busy! The ambiance can be a hit or miss bc at times they play some really loud rap/hip hop music. I've asked them to turn down the music before when I used to hang out there a lot. Overall, I'd say that this is the best T4 I've been too in awhile. I also like their pricing, it's reasonable compared to places that charge an arm and a leg for a regular-sized drink. Lastly, their decor is always looking cute with the flowers, leaves and stuff hanging off the walls.

The nearest T4 to me, it's clean and cute in there. The staff is efficient and can be friendly. My drinks are always consistent but the egg puffs this time, had a lemongrass taste to it, very strange.

I dont usually write a bad review but man. I ordered a roasted oolong tea w/ grass jelly and a hot almond milk tea. I should have suspected something was off when I looked at the color of my drinks, they were milky white and as such there was not a hint of tea flavor in either of our drinks. We basically just got sugary milk. I am writing this in hopes that they change their tea to milk ratios so that we can actually taste the tea not just the sugar. The guy at counter said no one orders the almond milk tea and it's a water base, shouldnt it be a tea base? I hope you make these changes.

I love T4! I've had several of their drinks and all of them were great! For this visit I got the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and salted foam on-top. Pro tip: you can adjust the percentage of ice and sweetness on your drinks. I made mine 50% sweet with 30% ice, which for me was perfect. My friend got the Matcha boba tea with lychee and it was delicious! She also ordered the potstickers which are a perfect warm and crispy snack to compliment any boba tea. Lastly, I wanted to say that I like the style and feel of T4 as well. The blue and white theme is pleasing to the eye and they even have a cute photo wall to take fun pictures!

    Close up on panda

Came in for a boba milk tea and decided to give the panda a try. I would say it's good, but my favorites are still thai and taro. Can't go wrong with milk boba teas! The interior decor is absolutely stunning. Well done. I love all the lights and plants sucha relaxing vibe.

WHY WE WENT HERE: - boba and snacks with the SO THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - in the plaza off of Madison Ave and Auburn Blvd - located in between Kiki's Chicken Place and Valley Battery - clear store front window THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - pretty spacious - clean - bright THE MENU: - like a lot of boba spots, it's becoming more prevalent to choose the tea base, sweetness level, and ice level vs just the tea/drink type and size WHAT WE ORDERED: - roasted oolong milk tea with boba - Okinawa milk tea with boba - mango smoothie - fried cheese sticks - fried chicken wings - honey wings THE TASTE: - drinks have been refreshing and sweet but not too sweet - snacks have been great, especially the crunch and sweetness of the wings (most especially the honey wings) CUSTOMER SERVICE: - friendly - prompt

Really good T4 location. Their bathroom is open, which is a big plus. Inside is clean and well decorated. Can get crowded with customers very quickly. Serve staff are nice. When my wife said the drink had more sugar than we specified, they made us a new drink for free. The wait time is minimal. They make the drinks pretty quickly. The drinks tends to be more sugar than we thought. Maybe that's what most people like. In any case, not a big deal. The price is reasonable. Portions are reasonable. Same as any other T4 location. Overall, a great T4 location!

I came during a busy hour which wasn't idea but didn't affect anything in regard to the taste of what I got! Typically I like to find a spot that's quietly busy so if you're wanting to do the same I would try to come when it's less busy as I found myself slightly overstimulated by the business and seeing all the seats filled up which otherwise is a good sign! The Banana Dream Match caught my eye so I ordered it immediately along with an Avocado toast + egg ( extra cost). They give you a buzzer for the food and you have to find a corner to wait in that's out of the way and pick your food up by the kitchen. The vibe was very open and I liked the different seating options as well as the abundance of outlets. I ended up eating outside to get away from the busyness and the I was in the middle of talking when the taste of the Banana hit me. The best. Banana matcha I've ever had. Which I didn't expect because I've tried so many but what I loved most is that the banana flavor was sweet but tasted like real banana and the matcha flavor was still present. The banana flavor wasn't just at the top either it was top to bottom so every sip tasted the same making it soooo good!! The Avocado toast was good as well a little on the tangy side but I loved the egg. Great spot when it's less busy which would make parking easier as well but glad I stopped in to find my new favorite matcha spot.

There was lots of parking right in front of the restaurant that made getting inside super convenient. There was plenty of room for us to sit at a large table with our babies in high chairs & strollers nearby. Inside the cafe is decorated very nicely. The staff were so kind and welcoming too. I ordered a mocha and the sweet cheese crepes. My mocha was the perfect balance of sweetness and chocolatey! I savored every sip. The real star of the show though, were the crepes. They were perfectly soft but with a slight crisp on the outside just like I like them. The filling was sweet but not overly and was well balanced with the slight bitterness from the berry topping on the crepes. Overall the ambiance, food, and accessibility make this a great spot for brunch! Will definitely be coming back.

There is also a side area to eat, however there were a number of flies buzzing around, which made it unappetizing (this was kept my review from being a full five stars). The indoor area is a mix of dark woods and faux plants, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. As for the food, there was only one plant-based (vegan friendly) option for me: the cilantro lime avocado toast. This came topped with micro greens and pickled onions, and with a side of potatoes. The portions were very generous for the price and the food was delicious. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the staff were kind. I also ordered an Americano that was good. This spot is like a little hidden green jewel in Citrus Heights. I hope more businesses fill out this complex so they can continue to do well.
