I'm going to head to Madeline and Bailey these two kids sister coffee crushers nailed it when I needed a blended drink and something called "the kicker "this place offer is very quick drive-through service. They even have a walk up area with seating where no smoking is of course the requirement I have to say the flavor of the kicker it was incredible but they told me if you really needed to wake up... Then I must try what's called "the 911 "... Since I am middle aged the idea of drinking, a heart attack wasn't quite appealing, but I will be coming back to try that out during my visit to Boise the city of my birth. The flavor was incredible again I just have to hand it to those girlsThey know what they were doing and they had everything done in less than two minutes what a nice shot or a double shot! read more

I love Dutch Bros. But this location is terrible at making drinks and are not ever informed of what's in the drinks. When ordering a classic summer drink I was asked how to make it and what was in it. Today I ordered a cocomo with cinnamon sprinkles and what I got was warm milk with a hint of cinnamon. No coffee was in it. I also ordered a golden eagle which had so much vanilla it took away from the Carmel and coffee flavor. I will still continue to buy Dutch but maybe won't go to this location anytime soon. There service on the other hand is outstanding as usual but I go there for the drinks not the cool workers read more

I know Dutch Bros is the new thing everyone is doing, but I typically go with local coffee shops, so today was my first experience with the brand. I just needed some coffee this morning and it was the closest place to where we were staying in town ~ I'm glad I gave it a try because I was super impressed. To begin with, the barista has to be the friendliest guy I've ever interacted with at 6:00 am. He was patient in walking me through the choices and explaining that they don't do drip coffee; Americano is what you get if you just want a cup of joe. My wife likes flavored coffee, and this Dutch Bros has a TON of options for sugar-free syrup. The coffee we got was fantastic, the service was great, and I would up seeing why Dutch Bros is so popular. read more

Reviewer no. 40 I am a Dutch fan! I visit a stand at least once a day. I just drink the black office with half and half (Americano), which you can get nearly anywhere-- but you don't get the convenience, friendly conversation, and see people having fun at work. PLus it's only $2.25! Starbucks is over $3.50 and, to me, doesn't taste as good. I've driven by this one several times but have never stopped-- until now. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some for us that need good employees!! My kiddo asked for a dog treat at this one and was given a cup with whipped cream and dog treats-- they called it a dog-a-chino (if I remember correctly). It was cute and my dog slopped it all up! My brother in law gets a sugar free blended soda, which is very similar to a coffee without the calories. He also makes lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie. Here's the thing: I don't personally dig their coffee. It's a little weakish and neither the espresso nor the chocolate they use in their mochas taste of high quality. That said, when I first started drinking coffee, I would have loved this place. They have an impressive variety of specialty coffees, their service is phenomenal, and they have one of the cheapest mochas in town. So, though, at this point in my coffee drinking experience, I will not be returning to Dutch Bros for a cuppa--I can see their value to the more green coffee drinker. Plus--their baristas are so completely enthusiastic and friendly AND they have a drive-thru (in fact, they are mainly a drive-thru)...so, gotta give props for fast, friendly service. read more

Dutch Bros, which is SUPER popular right now and you can always expect a big line, is great because they truly try their hardest to move the line through in a quick and orderly fashion. You can know that if you see more than a couple cars in line, they'll have someone coming out to your car to take your order so that it's ready as soon as you hit the window. I appreciate their fast service and love the white coffee! Food: n/a Drinks: The quad shot white coffee americano is a kick in the pants! Very strong without the strong coffee flavor. They'd get 5-stars from me if they served drip coffee. Atmosphere: This Dutch Bros is a fun one because, while they may have more staff members on hand during the busy shifts, it seems like they keep the music more low-key with the volume down. I REALLY appreciate that! The drive-thru line, if it gets long, is a bit hard to drive around as the lot set-up is a little weird, but it's not anything to detract me from going back. I do like the coffee BUT i wasn't happy with this experience. For one, there's no menu and Im not a regular so i just ordered my go to, a shot of espresso in almond milk, hot size small. I got a cup with about 3 ounces in it. I asked the worker why and she said we just add 2 ounces of almond milk, if you want it filled up you have to tell us. So I asked her to fill it up, she took my cup snd poured cold almond milk into. Now I have a new fresh cold coffee. Why would anyone do that? Also, there's no menu and the person I ordered from didn't ask me so how is the customer supposed to know? Not very customer focused. read more

We first noticed the two ladies at the window weren't really friendly. We had ordered 4 drinks in the drive thru, of which only 1 was made correctly. One of our orders was a large aqua berry lemonade, and we were given a medium aqua berry rebel, and two of our drinks were ordered as blended and we were given iced. We got one free drink, because at first, they made the aquaberry blended, and remade it iced, but still as a medium rebel. So even the remade drink was pretty wrong. We paid and drove away, but then thought about it more and realized how bad that was. So we went back, parked, and went to the walk up window instead of the drive thru. We waited a while to get helped, and it still wasn't very busy. The new drinks they made us were made really poorly too. There was so much syrup it tasted like cough medicine and other's flavors were totally off. So we came home with 8 drinks, and didn't want to drink any except 1. Indigo and I love dutch bros for a lot of reasons. Mostly, when I was pregnant with her, my diet consisted mostly of Dutch bros mango smoothies, with whip. Even now, Indigo and I still enjoy our mango smoothies. Their best quality, however, is in their personality and fun atmosphere they create. They're happy, positive, hilarious, uplifting and always greet you with a smile. Some baristas even remember you after a long absence. If you're a coffee connoisseur, I don't think you'll necessarily be impressed. It's just not upscale fancy coffee. It's a I've got to get through a case of the Mondays let's do this get stuff done grab and go coffee that never lets you down. It's a comfortable everyday coffee that doesn't mind your messy bun, sweatpants, or lack of make up. You don't go here for special coffee, you go here to feel special. Even just for a moment. Note: I love the fact that they have almond milk as an option. They are also very conveniently located everywhere with drive thru's at all locations except for one downtown. As a coffee lover, more coffee addict naturally my first question to the motel front desk was " where is the nearest Starbucks?" And they said, "Here you don't do Starbucks, you do Dutch Bros!" Then later on in the day the place came up 2 more times and I said that's it, we are doing. The nearest one was a drive through. So me and my bf go there and let the friendly gentleman know that this was our first time. And the he said the magic words, " since you are first timers your drinks are on the house". Needless to say I got their punching card and plan to visit them in every state to have shops. The place was established by two Dutch Brothers *Duh* They started from a cart and expanded their business, and I respect that. Will definitely visit again and recommend it to coffee lovers. No drip, just americano which I found to be odd. I gave them my coffee mug to fill and expected it to be filled fully within reason. In reality I paid over $4 for literally half a mug of bitter trash. To add insult to injury the cashier could not screw on the coffee lid properly and kept twisting it as hard as she could while it was cross threaded. Luckily the mug was ok. she eventually got frustrated, gave up, and handed it back cross threaded but also tight as she could get it(thank goodness it wasn't a fine threaded lid where it would have likely been damaged as I like my mug) I fixed the lid in 5 seconds in front of them. Its amazing how well things work when you dont rush and pay attention to what you are doing. At the end of the day it all worked out, the dutch bros concoction went down the drain and I went to Denny's where they filled the mug fully for $2.50. read more

I tried Dutch bros after my coffee shop couldn't get raspberry anymore. I ordered the same thing I always order: raspberry white chocolate mocha. I paid the gal, left a tip, took my drink and left. I got to work and took a drink and noted immediately that it was not white chocolate, which is a real bummer because I don't care for the chalky regular chocolate. This morning I tried it again and I asked both the gentlemen taking my order AND the kid at the window if it was white chocolate and to please make it so because it hadn't been last time. He assured me that it was, not by asking the person who made the drink but by looking at his computer. Again, I drove to work, poured my coffee into my cup and of course, regular chocolate. The most dilute coffee I've had (I wish I hadn't thrown away my hotel coffee before taking a taste test), not even within the range of "some people don't like it so viscous". Put more grounds in or something. Addendum 1: Pretty sure my wife's coffee doesn't have any sugar that she requested. Addendum 2: Not sure if I'm trying to get hydrated or caffeinated. read more

Probably the best customer service you'll find at a coffee shop. The help is always outgoing, friendly, and they are fantastic at remembering your name and favorite order. Impressed with the rewards program as well. Seems like every two weeks I'm getting a free drink. They're not sticklers about it, either, they let you combine cards, etc. If you're with someone that's never been, they will usually give that person their first drink free. Pretty cool place, to be honest. I haven't touched on the coffee yet. The coffee is good. My favorite is still just a boring Americano with cream. I'm sure there are plenty of other reviews that will talk about all the creative drinks. It's more about the experience/convenience for me--and that's not to say you shouldn't seek one out if they are out of your way. Find a Dutch Bros and make it yours. read more

Just moved to the area and this was one of the first places I tried while unpacking. Now I'm a hard review because I don't drink coffee (yah yah I know) but my husband does and he said the coffee is good. Not strong but good fun flavors and I'm a hot cocoa and chai tea person. The hot cocoa is some of the best I've had. The chai tea disappoints. However the staff is amazing. I feel more energized just by their friendliness before I even take the first sip! I checked out his place 3 times during my visit to town. Pretty good until my 3rd trip. I asked for a drink to be made hot. The gentleman took my order and told the young lady making it I wanted it on ice. I yelled through the window that I wanted it hot about 4 times. Over the music they had playing in the booth she finally acknowledged my yelling Hot Hot Hot. Of course I get my drink on ice when he returns. When I say I wanted this hot he tells me to have a nice day. Frustrated I pull away with all intentions of pulling off to the side and going nuts on someone, but he's genuinely been a nice guy and I've had great service the previous visits.
