Marlena and her team did a fantastic job doing a deep clean on my condo. I did extensive renovations around the condo which made the place a complete disaster. Marlena and her team were able to make my condo look like new. After having worked with other cleaning services I never really knew what a deep clean should be and they go above and beyond. I work as a realtor and have referred numerous clients her way. She does a terrific job and doesn't leave until the job is done. Like another yelp reviewer, we were promised a deep clean and also felt pressured to get it. Let me just say I had a housekeeper who charged half of what she charged and the job was done beautifully. When I came home I found every single surface uncleaned. In addition, certain items were moved from their original place and relocated to a place of their choosing and hidden. I did not appreciate also that our tray we use for dirty shoes and boots was placed on the kitchen counter. Seriously? When I complained I was impressed that the lady returned to clean the surfaces that were missed, but once she left I examined them and found stains and streaks. Why even bother?? Do not hire this service. it's overpriced and they did a terrible job. read more

Over promised and took my swiffers. I wasn't going to leave a review initially even though I wasn't totally satisfied with the service, but after discovering huge areas uncleaned that were discussed, as well as $30 worth of my cleaning supplies missing, I had to leave a review. While they did a great job in my kitchen (where they started), my biggest concern was the dust in my house, especially the front room. They charged $300 for the whole house and had promised to pull out the couch to clean under everything, dust my ceiling pipes/fans/windows, but I discovered they were untouched. I was going to let that go, and hire another service next time, but when I went to clean the areas they failed to do, I discovered they had taken both my swiffer mop and my swiffer extendable duster. It cost almost $30 to replace these items. The fact they left me unable to clean up what they missed just really led me to 2 stars. read more

My fiancé spent a lot of time looking on Yelp for a cleaning service. We've never utilized a cleaning service and had some apprehensions. We decided to go with Dustbunny Solutions because of the great reviews. Albeit, there were 6 reviews, we figured quality was better than quantity. We were right and we hit the jackpot! Marlena and Yuri are the biggest sweethearts ever! They are very personable and affectionate with our two dogs. That was one of the things we worried about. Our dogs being in the way or there being too much hair which could possibly send any cleaning service running. They have never made us feel bad about the hair or anything for that matter. It's always such a nice treat getting to see Marlena and Yuri and they do a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. Their pricing is affordable and they are ever so efficient. After receiving the keys to my new place, I walked in to discover that the previous tenant had left behind a significant amount of their things. I called Marlena immediately and explained my situation. She was incredibly helpful and made the drive to assess my situation within the hour. She did a quick assessment and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote for the amount of work that needed to be done. The cleaning took a few hours but it was definitely worth the wait. I entered by new home looking stunning. Everything was spotless and I felt much more comfortable moving my things in. The cleaners paid attention to detail and made sure everything was spotless. With other cleaning services I had to inspect the areas to see if it was safe for my cats, but with Dustbunny Solutions this was not something I had to worry about. I felt comfortable enough with them that I allowed them to clean my new condo without being present. They cleaned the place as if it were for their own family which made moving in a much more pleasant experience for me. I can't recommend Marlena and her daughter, Corrin, more highly. I needed their help fast--before my realtor showed by townhome. They were able to fit me in and did a spectacular job. They cleaned baseboards, light switches, and things that I didn't even know needed cleaning. I have already decided they will be my regular cleaning team when I move to my move to my new place in June. Finally have a chance and worked up the nerve to write this review postpartum. Fully anticipating backlash fr the business owner Marlena as in other reviews here. Long story short, I never felt more insulted and harassed by an overpromised under deliver service. The quickly discounted $300 price for a deep cleaning service before moving in for a 1400-1500 square foot condo was completed sub par despite the ladies spending two times at my condo. I was 7 month pregnant and moving in my with a tight timeline. Because of the below average job completed, I was on my knees cleaning over the areas that were poorly done or missed the night before moving into the unit. First time, there was supposed to be 2 crew members but only one showed up, exhausted from multiple jobs before and without sufficient cleaning products. I heard from her the other lady had an emergency and couldn't come yet according to the business owner " I was not ready for a full crew." After returning the second day, There was still missed spots. Marlena did offer to come back for the third time the morning of my moving in but timing would not work for me. Unfortunately, there was a lot of back and forth like that with Marlena. I really wanted to like the service after the initial consultation/estimate. It didn't work for me. Be careful with the deep cleaning package. I prefer the traditional hourly rate instead and of course will go back to my normal cleaning service. read more

Yuri and Marlene are great. My place was a verifiable disaster area the first time they came to clean, and they tackled the cleaning that had overwhelmed me so, and not only cleaned everything well and relatively quickly, but Marlene also organized my extremely chaotic kitchen. They have helped me by carrying bags of trash from my third floor unit to my building's dumpster, which is huge for me because I sometimes have trouble going up and down the stairs. They have worked with me and my schedule, not complaining when I've had to cancel the night before a scheduled cleaning. They have seen me and my place at our worst, and cheerfully have the philosophy that they are there to help me with the tasks I find difficult, and they don't express any judgements about the state of things when they arrive. I'm trying to keep to routine cleanings every two weeks, but my schedule gets in the way at times. Yuri and Marlene are great. read more

My husband and I recently decided that we just couldn't keep up with the housekeeping as much as we want to, so I reached out on our local Facebook group for recommendations and Corrin responded quickly. I contacted Marlena to come for a quote and her prices were reasonable for our area and the size of our home. Corrin and Salena came yesterday and did a deep cleaning and OMG! I had no idea my house was so gross until someone else came to clean it. Apparently I don't see baseboards and cobwebs! The ladies changed into slippers as soon as they got to my house and got right to work. They were at my house for over 4 hours and got everything incredibly clean and organized. I have no idea how they did it, but they the subtle changes in where things were put away just make sense and make the house flow and work better. My kids were so excited at how clean their rooms were and how they got everything put away so quickly (maybe they'll learn now?). Very good experience with Dustbunny solutions. Physically unable to do some cleaning at present, I needed someone to come in on fairly short notice. Marlena was quickly responsive & able to set up an appt to both come for an estimate & begin after that. The price was higher than I'd anticipated & more than I've paid for other cleaning services that I've had come from time to time. But, it was an easy discussion to assess what I really needed cleaned & we re-negotiated price based on the present need. Understanding that prices would be lower still, if on ongoing, rotational arrangement was made. Both Marlena & her daughter did a nice job cleaning and were quite personable & very pleasant.
