The kitchen was swept and mopped, yet the floors were still grainy and not smooth to walk on. The inside of the cabinets looked like the grime had been pushed around, but ultimately not cleaned out. Some of the counter was wiped, but there were still sticky areas that were not tended to. The light switch was not wiped. the dishes were not cleaned or even dried. I know some services don't do dishes, which is fine, but this is something I specifically asked for, and something I paid an extra $50 for. The bathroom floor around the base of the toilet was not cleaned, swept, or mopped. Faucets were not cleaned. The toilet was cleaned. The tub was definitely wiped and rinsed, not washed and cleaned. The mirror was still spotty and there were clearly areas of the mirror that were not touched. Counter was cleaned. Overall, It was a waste of money. There also seems to be no professionalism to speak of, because when I voiced these concerns to them, I was ignored. In my mind, best case scenario, they could have come back to address the issues I disclosed and cleaned to satisfactory standards. Minimally, I would like to have been acknowledged or told that they will keep my concerns in mind in the future, that they will work on criticism provided, that they're sorry to lose my business or anything else. I'd even appreciate them saying they believed they did the best they could! But to ignore me altogether is rude and unprofessional. Our rapport was friendly and kind and even asked multiple times if I could buy them lunch bc I believe in being kind to those who provide a service for you! There was no disrespect or anything whatsoever from them or from myself! So I truly do not know what I possibly could have done to deserve to have such lackadaisical effort on their part when it came to cleaning my home. I don't know if they were having an off day, or what, but this was not a good experience at all and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. A waste of nearly $250.

I had Paul and Leon do several projects at my house. They were part of a team that renovated my…read moremaster bathroom. The shower needed to be enlarged, and so it was necessary to knock out parts of the ceiling of the bathroom. Since Paul has a degree in engineering, I felt very confident even as I looked at my bathroom being completely torn apart. I also wanted to enclose some cupboards in my extended kitchen. Since my house was built in 1990, there were no standard cupboards that would match. Paul designed cupboard doors that are beautiful! You cannot tell the previous cupboard doors from the new ones that he made. I also wanted a pocket door to blend with the other cupboards, and Paul designed it and the door matches perfectly. His partner Leon, helped with the renovation of the Master bath. I found both Paul and Leon to be personable, accomodating, and most importantly very competent. I could tell the minute I met him that I was in good hands. He asked great questions about budgets, timelines, styles, etc. Unlike other bids I received, he did not try to pitch products or up-sale his services (the other companies were truly annoying at this). The bid process was straight forward. When we first met, I was in the middle of a DIY wood floor project downstairs. So happens that Dexter is a wood floor craftsman as well, and couldn't help but notice I was struggling with a few cuts around doors and corners. Even though he was there for a carpet bid, he spent extra time advising me on how to tackle the cuts and even offered to teach me how. That is nothing short of genuine kindness and sincerity. So much in fact that I decided to let one crew finish out the last part of the project I struggled with (and it looks fantastic). The second crew came in the next day to install the carpet (stairs, 4 bedrooms and a living space upstairs). I feel like I blinked and they were done. Amazing. Beautiful. Like a new home.
