I ordered a vanilla coolata w/ a shot of espresso and recieved a frozen coffee that tastes like shit with vanilla mixed in and all the coffee settled at the bottom. I ordered a small coffee and a dozen assorted donuts. Another let down and that's it. Remember when they had fresh good good-tasting donuts and coffee. Well, I left disappointed again. The coffee tasted watered down and the donuts were much smaller. They made the side diameter larger so the donuts are smaller. The price was $20 for cheap donuts and a small coffee. I'm gonna be nice.... I frequent this location often. Today was the worse experience there. Ordered an ice coffee and a hot coffee. Used my Dunkin app to pay for the order. Happen to look at the receipt and found they charged me for 3 hot coffees and the ice coffee. Tried getting the worker (who was working by herself and was busy) to refund the other two coffees and it took her over 10 minutes and still couldn't figure it out. I didn't have anymore time to wait because of another appointment, so I told her to give the next two customers free coffee. Then she charged the next two customers for their coffee. First off the service was slow maybe because there are only two people working on a Sunday morning. Second- it took ten minutes to get our food while the drive thru was getting theirs. Third - our two wake up wraps were cold!!! She made those first before the other food and gave it to us while we waited for the rest of the food instead of keeping it warm and serving it all together. They never fill their iced drinks to the top. I'm sitting here wondering why I bothered to pay for a drink that is only filled up to two inches from the top. When I worked at Starbucks we got yelled at if we left any space at the top of a drink. I'm starting to think this Dunkin encourages that with how often it happens. First off, I think the staff is very friendly. And the coffee's great. But their donuts? TERRIBLE. I used to stop several times a week, but in a one-week period, the donuts were stale EVERY. SINGLE. Was given the wrong order so I went through the drive thru again to return it. I rarely do this but decided to because the drink came out to be 5$ for something I didn't really like. And thought they'd understand since I go to this location all the time. The man working then told me that I was trying to get my money back after I didnt like the drink. I tried to tell him I think he just gave me the wrong order and he told me "I was wasting their businesses money" and I was "lying" to get my money back. This dunkin is not good. Everytime I order any food, the bread is hard and chewy. One time it hurt my jaw. On multiple occasions, there was hair in my food and it's disgusting. They seem to not really care about the quality of their food. I found a mosquito in my coffee one time after I had already drank it. This was the last straw. I called dunkin corporation and they had let the manager at this location know. I didn't get a refund and the manager failed to call me and said she "did" try to contact me but I got nothing. She then said I could just go to Dunkin and just say I could get a free drink if I tell them "Nikki told me I can get a free drink" and that was her solution for finding a bug in my coffee. She said they take matters like this seriously but fails to realize that their employees leave bugs and hair in their food. I now go out of my way to go to the dunkin across town before work. They do a lot better and I haven't had any problems with them. The quality of the food is better. Do not go to this place! Just go to the Baskin Robbins one read more
