I saw this bakery pop up on FB in a local page I follow. I was so surprised that I had not seen the bakery before since I drove past it almost daily. Reading all the reviews on their page made me curious. One of my coworkers had already been and said that everything she had tried was good and they were so friendly. Well I decided to buy goodies for my coworkers. I stopped by on a Thursday morning around 6 am. I walked in to a little slice of heaven, lots of pastries to choose from. As i walked in a man was coming up with a tray full of bread. From what my coworker had said and from the reviews I read, I expected someone to smile and say good morning. I got neither. Kind of disappointed. I bought conchas, a croissant and a sugar cookie looking pastry. I can honestly say that I forgive the rude man with the mustache, those were the best conchas ever!!! This brand new business has arrived to impress! My husband found them via Facebook and wanted to swing by. It's been way too long since I've been to a panaderia, so I was excited. First of all, you can smell the goodness from outside the building before you even open the door: a very good sign! The staff were very welcoming and eager to answer questions. Like I expected, you walk in, grab a tray & tongs, and help yourself. It didn't take us long to fill our tray--everything looked really tasty and there are so many options! Also as expected, it's very affordable, less than $2 an item, so there is no reason to be stingy here. For a little over $20, we came home with a box and a bag full of treats we really couldn't wait to get into. Everything is obviously very fresh. They set out new trays throughout the day, so a few things we selected were still warm from the oven. I made a turkey & Swiss sandwich with the croissant for my husband, who said it was 'fire.' The pan dulce was perfect: sweet and flaky, with enough fruit to taste of it without overwhelming the buttery pastry. I could eat a dozen, but I only got two to try so I guess I'll just have to go back again. My favorite so far, though, is the barquillo--hands down, the best custard I've ever tasted. I could eat a bowl of it, gladly. They also have gorgeous cakes--we didn't get one this time but from the way my husband was looking, one of those is very likely coming home with us in the near future. I'm so excited to go back and I haven't even finished what we have, yet. Definitely glad we know about this place! read more

This place rocks. We've been a few times now and everything has been very good. Highlights include the donuts, the jalapeño cream cheese bread which, listen I don't know if they are making these from scratch but imagine a loaf of Jimmy John's bread stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños. Its one of the best bakery treats I've ever had. They are constantly pulling stuff out of the back and rotating trays and so it's fresh and great. read more

So many delicious options! Depending on the time you stop in you will have different warm options available for purchase. You don't want to pass up the churros, donuts, cookies, and jalapeño cream cheese bread! They are so light and fresh!! The staff is friendly and helpful. read more
