The best coffee I have ever had it was impeccable The flavor of the punkin Swiss and ya. The donuts nuts were so good my favorite one is da donut aka the bears them donut it had blue white and orange stripes all over the dunut and I will start going there everyday every morning anytime of the week so thank you and your service was amazing the bathrooms were good and the workers were so nice and kind and they were so amazing talking with eye contact and it was awesome read more

I love this location. It is always super packed, both drive-through and lobby. For the amount of business they have, they are ALWAYS on top of their game. I've never gotten an order that was made incorrectly, which is rare for a Dunkin Donuts chain. I give this one 4 stars because I was there a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday morning. I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 bagels and 2 coffees. After getting the coffees, I was asked to pull up and wait for them to finish the bagels. Typically I never agree to pull forward to wait when asked (this goes for anywhere I go) because I'm almost always forgotten about and then end up having to run inside and track my stuff down. But, because they are always on their A game here, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and pull forward. Once again, I regret doing that. I was waiting at least 5 minutes until I got out of my car, went inside and asked about the status of my order. Nothing is more frustrating than watching cars pass you by in the drive through while you still don't have your order. When I got inside, there was a bag sitting at the drive through register. When I approached someone to ask where my bagels were, the girl went to check and I heard a woman at the bagel station say "yep, we're working on it." A young male working with her said "wait- I already made those. For drive through? Check there." The girl went to the drive-through window and picked up the bag that I saw sitting there when I went inside a few minutes prior. I understand that we're all human and make mistakes but with the amount of workers I saw behind that counter when I walked inside-a mistake like that should not have been made. This won't deter me from coming here in the future, but just a little constructive feedback. I like this location so much, I'd hate for them to start slipping up and turn into the other unpredictable Dunkin chains that can't be trusted & are a hit/miss. read more

This location doesn't enforce COVID-19 sanitation and prevention measures outlined by the state and CDC guidelines. Employees either not wearing masks or wearing them only over their mouths with their noses exposed (defeating the purpose of masks) and not making customers wear masks as well. This business does not care about the health and safety of its customers or employees. read more

So nice here and quick. There's was some times that I had gotten my coffee not the way I wanted, but that's my fault. It's great service here not like the Dunkin' by subway over there by like the nail salon. This place is on point with what you want knowing what it is you want. I get a croissant and it's so yummy and warm. I get a iced French vanilla cappuccino. The employees here make me feel happy...so early in the morning and they have a nice attitude. This dunkin dougnuts needs to add better. Went to get a bagel with a 1.99 coupon and a med. Coffee that was about 2.19 and they wanted to charge me 6.67. I told them that can't be right and they said you only save a penny do you want the coupon back. Left so frustrated and upset.! I ordered a birthday cake online last week for my mother in law's birthday. The cake itself was delicious and you can pick your flavor and filling if you order online. I was disappointed with the service when I picked it up however. The drive thru line was insane so I went in. They had very few people covering both the Dunkin Donuts and the BR. There were 3 people ahead of me and it took forever. I finally got to order some coffee and then requested the cake. It was done right which was awesome, but I don't plan on it taking me over 25 minutes to pick up something that's already been ordered and paid for. This location definitely needs more employees and they need to be better trained. read more

Every time I go through the drive through at night, the employee can't understand a word I say. He has made so many mistakes on my orders that I just pull up to the window and order. The selection of ice cream is terrible, all they carry is the flavor of the month and the basics. There's not many options either. They often run out of ice cream as well. I can't understand how a huge ice cream chain runs out of ice cream. I have to ask for my own creamers too. If I let them put the cream in my coffee it ends up being a chai coffee, all cream. They can't understand the amount of one creamer. When there's no where else to go and I end up here, I dread it, because it's always a challenge to get what I want. read more

I wish i could give this 0 stars. The lady that took our drive thru order was not informative about the sugar free options and simply just said they offer it. Then proceeded several times to let me know Carmel wasn't a option. Then i proceeded to order a Sugar free Vanilla iced coffee with half and half. When i got my drink later realizing it was not sugar free and it was almond milk. Thank goodness I didn't have a allergy. Shame on that. My friend also ordered her iced tea to be sweetened and was given a completely separate drink. We will not be returning. Two poorly made drinks that we were looking forward to having. read more

I honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Dunkin location. The manager and staff are so friendly! I am a frequent visitor, and they always know my coffee order and whip it up quick before my work day. I am always pleased with whatever item I choose from the menu.
