Went this morning around 8:30. Asked for a Quad Venti peppermint mocha hot and didn't get correct drink, instead got a hot chocolate with peppermint. Mistakes happen, go back later on break from work when I can and ask for refund through intercom and get told no. Try and speak to the person through window but they don't open instead they send another coworker to talk to me. Rude and very unprofessional, but it doesn't end there... I tell the coworker coming to talk to me because the original one can't anymore my order and asked if they could throw out my drink because it was wrong, she asks that coworker permission and says no. Haven't had many bad experiences at this location drinks are usually good, but might not be coming back after this. read more

Today I went in store to order some drinks for me and my coworkers and it was a little busy due to a line at drive through but I'm more of a patient person so no worries. Anyways while waiting another customer without a mask walks in angry due to a small fixable detail wrong with her drink. Due to my bad anxiety I started getting well... anxious because this lady wouldn't relax and the workers were trying hard to fix her drink. So she leaves with a refund and I leave with my three drinks that were made just right. While driving back to work I was in a little bit of a rush and very anxious about what happened so I made a sharp turn and the drinks flipped over and fully spill all over my car which then sent my anxiety through the roof. After crying to my coworkers and cleaning my car as much as I could my coworkers convinced me to go back and explain what happened so I could get new drinks or at least compensation (because i spent 16 dollars in total). So I went back mid panic attack and explained what happened. The workers were so sweet and understanding of the situation they gave me new drinks, a cake pop, and then gave me a four dollar gift card! So if they read this review I just want to say thank you again and again and again for being so kind to me and handling the situation so well!! read more

This location sucks. Their window times run 20-30 minutes when busy and 15-20 with only 2-3 cars. They haven't gotten my order right for the last 3 visits. The icing on the cake was ordering a blonde roast and getting a watered down pike roast and didn't heat my kids cookie(super first world annoying problems.....I know.... But annoying none the less when you are paying for a service and a product and not getting what you asked for). Get your shit together Kirk Starbucks! Let's also take a moment to talk about the bees.... YES, the bees... from early spring to mid fall there was an indoor bee infestation at this location. Apparently it happens every year... can you imagine working in those conditions. One of the employees told me she was terrified because she has an allergy! Get a beekeeper to take the queen so they can be re-homed and clear out whatever is attracting them for the love of god! I Give this place 4 stars because 3 out of the 5x a week I order from here THEY don't put Cinnamon on the top even though it's in the mobile order . Cinnamon it's just a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sweet, ordered a frappuccino with 7 shots for my gf and I to split on a roadtrip and Tyler made sure I got all 7 shots and even put my caffeinated whip cream on the side so I wouldn't loose out on my liquid energy. A couple of Starbuck's gift cards were given to me so I've been putting them to good use here. I've learned to buy a small cup of black coffee, given Starbucks is on the stronger side, caffeine-wise. Any more than a small..and I'd be climbing walls like Spiderman. The flavor of their regular black roast is much better than DD and Mickey D's. I visited this Starbucks today on my lunch break. I drive 18 wheelers but I only had the truck, and not the trailer. I parked in the Walmart parking lot behind this Starbucks and walked over to purchase my coffee inside since the truck is too big to fit through the drive thru. Upon entry, I was asked by Emily, in a very LOUD tone, if I had a mobile order because they weren't accepting in-person orders. I said "no." Very loudly, she told me I'd have to download the app and order from there or go through the drive thru. (throughout our entire encounter, Emily was VERY loud, obnoxiously loud, and had a very unprofessional tone. A tone of someone talking AT you, and not TO you.) I told her that I was in a semi, a big truck, and I can't fit in the drive thru so I came in for this reason. She told me to download the app and order from there. Because I had never ordered from the app, and don't know how to, I asked her "if I were to walk through the drive thru, would you take my order because my truck literally can't fit in the drive thru?" Emily said "no. You'll have to download the app and order from there." (I was never asked if I had the app, which I've had for the longest time.) I told her, "I have the app but I've never ordered on there before. I don't even know how to do it." I stood there, trying to order on the app (something I've NEVER done before), and a map of the USA kept appearing. I told them (the people behind the counter) that I'm trying to order but a map is showing up and that I was just trying to place an order. Once again, Emily said "well, I think the best thing for you to do is download the app and order from there." I said, "ma'am! I drive a semi, an 18 wheeler and I literally can't fit in the drive thru." At this point, another young lady helped me once I told them that I didn't know what I was doing, and that I'm trying to order but a map keeps appearing. The drink I wanted (the white chocolate mocha) didn't appear on the screen. She told me they were out of it. She offered a drink that was similar, which I'd never tried. She said that if I didn't like it, they could make me something else. (This young lady was actually pleasant to deal with and should run the location.) I said no to the drink. Instead, I asked about the Impossible sandwich, which they were out of as well. I decided to leave at this point. Because Emily had been the only one speaking and directing orders, I asked her if she was the manager. She said no and that the manager was "over there," pointing to the tables near the window. He was LITERALLY sitting feet away from me the ENTIRE time and did nothing, said nothing to help the situation whatsoever. As a manager, this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. He waved his hand, while still sitting, and asked if I needed something. I said no. I didn't address my issue with her tone and lack of professionalism because he'd been sitting there the entire time and did nothing to remedy or diffuse the situation; I knew he wouldn't do anything if I spoke with him about the issue with her unprofessional tone and unprofessionalism in general. For Emily to be so unprofessional, repetitive, redundant in repeating, LITERALLY the same thing over and over, and not being helpful is very disappointing. This left a very bad impression on me. I've never been to this Starbucks and I'll never return. I visit Starbucks nearly every day and spend over $10, 90% of the time. I'm very disappointed with Emily's LACK of professional service and skills. read more

Really odd Starbucks. Went here after a business trip out in the middle of nowhere, and this was the first spot of civilization half through a three hour drive home. Was hoping to get some snacks and coffee because there was nowhere else to eat nearby. 10 minutes into sitting there started realizing that ghetto rap with really explicit lyrics was playing. This is the closest Starbucks to my place and I have been a few times. Decent coffee each time. Today I did a mobile order for an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, a hot vanilla latte with oat milk and a vanilla iced coffee with half and half. I got there 15 min later and they did not have my order...which is fine because Starbucks is usually always busy. They asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me my order wasn't in their system maybe it was at a different store so I pulled up my receipt and they saw that it was in fact their store. Ok that's fine I know technology issues happen sometimes so they began to make it. A girl made Stephanie made mine and she seemed mad about it! I kept hearing her say "I'm so confused." She then gave me the latte and I said "it's vanilla right?" And I got a "yep" in return...it was not vanilla. My other two beverages tasted like actual straight up milk. My iced coffee was almost as white as paper. I ended up just throwing it all out not wanting to argue about her not making my order right. Very disappointing. read more

I ordered two beverages, they got one right and one completely wrong, even though the label on the cup was correct. Service is just plain bad...thinking of my two recent trips....One time I bought few gift cards through the drive thru window, and the employee forgot to give me my credit card back, I pulled away and spent 10 minutes looking for it because I assumed I misplaced it, finally decided to check with the barista who took my order and she was like oh yeah here it is....no apology - nothing...Now Starbucks has a promotion where if you order a large ice tea or coffee you get a sticker and 5 stickers you get a free drink. I always get either an ice latte or ice caramel macchiato which wasn't an issue when they handed me the card with the first sticker...then second time around when I ordered my drink the barista proceeded to tell me that it is for ice coffee only - which is confusing - why did you give me the card in the first place when I ordered an ice latte...stumped. read more

Listen, the coffee is fine, but the customer service, mainly from the female employees is rough. I mainly go through the drive through, and have a few friendly male employees, so I'm not saying everyone is bad, but every other Starbucks I go to, the Baristas are cheerful, outgoing, and very customer service focused. This location is an exception, when I pull up, it seems like the girls have to force a meek hello, and most times they hand me my drink while they're arguing with each other, it's rude, and makes me resent paying $5+ per drink more than I already do. I am not a coffee fan and don't stop at Starbucks for anything except gift cards. As I was waiting for the card to be processed I was looking at the pastry display case thinking that maybe I would get a treat. That is until I noticed there were fruit flies flying all around and landing on the food that was in the case. Where there are flies, there are eggs and larva that are on the food. I hate that I go here but generally, Starbucks is damn good! This location is on my way to work, and on days when I'm too lazy to make my own coffee (pathetic, I know), I sometimes stop here for a drink. I don't have a specific drink that I get here, but I will say they've only messed up a drink one time. It was supposed to be a vanilla latte and it tasted like...1 part extremely bitter and burnt coffee and 3 parts steamed milk. Not appealing. I'm not usually the person that will call a business and complain unless they really f up, or I intend on returning immediately to have my purchase replaced/fixed. This time, I did call because it's annoying to spend over $5 on A coffee drink and then be SOL. The manager (Jason) apologized and said that the next time I came in to mention his name and he would rectify the bad experience. Since this occurred within a time period where I was attempting to be frugal, I decided to say f it and just not return, not let them fix it and save myself TONS of money by avoiding the only Sbux on my way to work... Long story short, I cracked but felt I had let so much time elapse that I was not going to go there with Jason. I am back to frequenting this Starbucks although I do so probably once or twice a month instead of once or twice a week. There is also a very nice older gentlemen that regularly works the drive thru window during the morning rush. Very friendly, fast and personable.
