It was a busy afternoon but the restaurant was clean and the energy was busy. Dairy and frozen items are also available for purchase from their coolers in store. I'm glad we made the stop to check it out. Overall though, it was your average ice cream experience but may be worth stopping in for some of their retail items.

Running out of one item is understandable, but being out of bananas, napkins, and paper towels all at the same time shows a lack of basic preparation. When I asked about the missing items, an employee's explanation was, "We got skipped last week." If that's true, they had an entire week to purchase essential supplies instead of leaving customers without basic necessities. To make matters worse, the staff was significantly behind on fulfilling orders for customers inside the store, yet the drive-thru remained open, which only seemed to make the delays worse. This location appears to be poorly managed. Cleanliness, stocking basic supplies, and serving customers efficiently should be the minimum standard. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this experience was extremely disappointing.
