The employee asked me if I had any questions and I asked about cross contamination. He asked me what allergens I wanted to avoid, I told him, and he immediately directed me to the flavors that would work. He also said he would go in the back to open a brand new tub and use newly sanitized utensils so we could be sure my child could eat without having an allergic reaction. I was so happy I almost cried. Having a child with food allergies can be hard to navigate while eating out and this type of interaction made our day.
