You'll find it on that horrendous bottlenecked stretch of Route 4 in Farmington- just look for the bright red umbrellas. You'll find all the high-quality products that HBC is famous for - breads, loaves, rolls, dozens of pastries and sweet treats, plus sandwiches. We went the takeout route and picked up two gorgeous sandwiches -a prosciutto de parma (Thinly sliced Prosciutto Di Parma, provolone cheese, and arugula on a homemade croissant) and a Caprese (loaded with slabs of Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, and fresh basil on ciabatta drizzled with vinegar).
