Both were decent, but neither really stood out to me. The latte had a nice cinnamon flavor, while the refresher was light and refreshing with a bit of a kick. There are plenty of tables, so finding somewhere to sit wasn't an issue. Most of the outlets were already occupied, though, so I'd keep that in mind if you're specifically coming here to work or study. Despite the size of the space and number of people, it was surprisingly quiet during my visit, which made it a comfortable place to get some work done. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and amount of space, but the drinks were more average for me. I'd come back to try something else, especially if the smoke issue isn't typical.

black woman gave me 3/4 empty coffee and all foam as a large hot latte several times consecutively. I shake the drink and it's empty all foam. I ask for it to be remade she says no. I leave and talk to a manager. The manger invites me back to have the drink remade in next two days. She said I can take care of you come on it I worked here 2 days I'm the manager (she lied) I come in 1 day after the phone call. The black woman told me that she made up that phone call! and I'm not making your drink. She lied about being the manager she also said I just got to this location 2 days ago so I have no idea. lies. She has worked there 10! years. I was discriminated against by an African American woman here, tall about 6' tall , heavyset, maybe 250 lbs, short black hair, age 40. She needs not retraining but immediately termination for her poor behavior and giving out empty drinks. She does not care about quality. The drinks she makes are 1" full all foam, and not hot. I feel the middle aged African American woman is under the influence of MARIJUANA . her eyes red and glassy at work....very high. Go home. Gives out empty drinks, and refuses To remake it and had audacity. needs to be fired. Just found out Rosa is not in today and the black woman said her name was Rosa in person and over the phone. That woman needs a psych evaluation and to be sent home. Stop lying about your name. That black woman is not the manager and she gave me someone's name that's Hispanic . The black lady is not named Rosa. Rosa has tattoos and is Latino . It's a different woman. Did I mention THE BLACK WOMAN ASKED ME WHERE I LIVE OVER THE PHONE, LIED ABOUT HER NAME, LIED ABOUT BEING A MANAGER WHEN SHE IS NOT. One of the creepiest women I've ever met. black lady needs to be let go. Tell the truth. Stop using drugs. Give out full coffees. It's not that hard. Did I mention this African American woman gives me a dirty look every time I come here, does not greet me just stands there and gives nasty looks. She has done this to me in 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, and now 2025. I've never said anything I just dont come here anymore. There is almost never a time that I go there when this black lady is not working. She is obsessed with giving out empty drinks then telling people that she won't remake it because they drank it. She is gaslighting and lying to customers. She has fun doing so. I don't think she's a Christian woman. She's very rude. In total she gave me 1-2" of coffee and all foam In a large latte glass about 14 times total. Each time I had spent $6-7 on a specialty latte. its less than half of a small drink. After leaving dunkin I have to gp to another coffee shop and spend another $7 on coffee. So 14 times instead of spending $7 for coffee, I had to pay $14/day for 2 coffees a day because the first one was always empty from dunkin. This woman has wasted my time about about $70 of mine or more. read more
