They had to be cleaning their latte machine when I come lol...but the guy was super kind and helpful and improvised to help me out.He Created an iced coffee so that it'd be simalar to an iced vanilla latte. Every time I go my order is messed up. I'm given the wrong food with a minimal apology. . Today after giving them another try, my order was wrong and I was charged more for my food then what the cost showed on the screen. I was given a refund for the difference but once again I was given the wrong food and had to request the correct food. I was then given a bag and I pulled off to only find the wrong food again!!!!!! The receipt was correct but the bag was different. . I had to go through the drive thru twice to get my order corrected. I give up on this DD location. After working the night shift and stopping here, the last thing I wanna do is go through the drive through multiple times. read more

I've been twice. Some of the staff seems sub par even for a chain donut place. Usually not all donuts are in stock and both times I've went they screwed up the order. I had my heart set on the white and chocolate cream powdered white donuts so I thought I would try another location. I tried Murrieta and after looking at the case with donuts, again more flies... disappointed I just walked out. Before deleting my app I decided to drive 6-7 miles away for your location in Wildomar. Here we scoped out the case for a good few minutes. No flies, we saw a spec on a donut and stared just in case it moved. It was chocolate thank God. I ordered the 2 donuts I was craving and a 10 pack of Munchkins for my daughter. I let Isaiah know of my experience at Menifee and my disappointment at Murrieta and he genuinely seemed horrified. He apologized for my experience and offered me a free coffee and I said it wasn't necessary but thank you anyway. Just the fact that he said sorry and that he would let his manager know because he believes it is the same manager of all 3 locations made me believe that maybe something would be done. Dunkin Donuts is an east coast operation. I have never been disappointed until trying a Dunkin Donuts staffed by Californians! Being from the east coast, I have found that I need to lower my expectations here, but I never will. Poor attitudes and poor service are the norm here. The worst customer service! Stood at the ice cream.counter why the three workers stood around walking by me and all going over to talk to someone they apparently knew at the drive thru window. Finally after waiting and knowing they couldn't just ignore me a girl came over. Not friendly and seemingly annoyed I asked for a sample. I ordered two ice cream cones and as I went to pay she said I'll meet you on the Dunkin side and walked away while I tried to carry both ice creams and my belongings and children. Now when I try a new place I expect the employees to know what everything tastes like and give me an opinion if they like it or not. Especially since this is my first experience I want to know what's worth is and not. Stopped by last night to grab a coffee and stretch my legs for a minute from a long night on my bike. It was 10:55pm. Went to door and all entrances were locked. Store signs say close at 11. I know it was close, but it wasn't closing time yet. The associates in store acted as if they didn't see me there. There were cars pulling out of drive thru that had been served. Not sure what kind of manager/shift leader they have running this shift but that is NOT the way you do business. I am sure corporate would post closing at 10:55 if they meant for doors to be locked at 10:55. I worked fast food back in the day, it sucks when people like me show up right at close. However, that is the nature of the business. If every store closed five minutes early and lost even 1 sale due to this it would result in hundreds of thousands of dollars lost per year. Keep in mind that store actually closed more than 5 minutes bc door hd been locked when I pulled up. I never saw anyone even near doors to lock them, so clearly it had been locked. This is an epic fail on DD part. Way to have a team misrepresenting a brand we all love. Fyi....went across road to the Starbucks that also closes at 11...it was 11:02 and they still had doors open and let me in. The staff just does NOT understand that the icing goes on the doughnut that they put it on, NOT the one with the frosting (or without) next to it in the bag. Wrap them each in the thin wax papers. Keep them separate. Otherwise, the icing gets all over everything except where it's supposed to be. The only option is to buy them there and pack them myself or eat them before going home. read more

I love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream but there are no locations near me and sometimes I just wish I could have that quality of ice cream at a Drive-thru. BAM! That is exactly what just opened in a new shopping center off of Clinton Keith Rd. in Wildomar. I have been there several times and the employees at this location are so very customer service oriented, which is rare these days. Last night I receive the best service by LaVonne! She was so friendly and patient while my grandchildren and I changed our mind about 3 times and our order required all types of crazy requests. She never stopped smiling. Dunkin Donuts lovers will be very happy but I go there for the drive through Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. My only suggestion would be that the drive-thru signs posted the different flavors of ice cream. This is the worst baskin Robbins ever. I went there last night to get ice cream. There was a lady who had gone through the drive through and was forced to come in and remind the girls working three times that she was still waiting on her shakes. They even got one of her orders wrong. She didn't have them fix it and just left. As soon as she left all the girls working staring talking about her right in front of my boyfriend and me. They literally got in a circle and started gossiping about a customer in front of other customers. Meanwhile they were gossiping we were stuck standing at the cash register waiting to pay. If I could give this place zero stars I would! they are so disorganized---no one knows how to run the donut line, ice cream line and drive-through line all at once. Not enough staff I suppose. I always have to wait to buy just one donut inside the store because they are helping the drive thru lane and never look over to see if there are any other customers in the store. Why does the drive thru line get priority? I recently ordered a birthday pie for a friend's party and the DAY of the party, they called me and told me the cakemaker was off for the day! Therefore, they could not make me a custom pie---why couldn't they have told me the day before when I ordered it??? Also the girl taking the order knew nothing about what was included in the pie price so I gave the birthday boy the ice cream pie the day AFTER his birthday and when he opened the box, I noticed that they did not include the topping I ordered. I love DD and was delighted to learn of a location was down the road from our new home. Sadly, I dont imagine I will return to the Wildomar DD after my experience. The cashier had one glove on and a bare hand, she used BOTH to operate the cash register/screen, count money, etc. and touch donuts!!! After making sure no one was close, to not embarrass her, I pointed this out. No apology, just a smile. She removed the dirty glove (no hand washing) and grabbed a tissue which she proceeded to touch (full hand) both sides. I asked if she would mind just using a fresh glove. I joked about being a nurse and I blamed my germ aversion on my occupation. She was obviously frustrated by my request but put on a glove to pick up the next donut. Unfortunately she provided to touch the glove everywhere with the dirty hand she had counted money with...ugghh!!! No antibacterial hand sanitizer in sight to even be used. I will not be back, nor will I give positive feedback on this location. Clearly there is a huge training deficit in hand/food safety and a large dose of apathy about it. This time my raspberry/vanilla latte was half full when they handed it to me. She took it back but instead of fixing it she added espresso and it ended up tasting like pure espresso. I want to say that I came to this location when they opened and didn't have a great experience because the employee where new and nervous and probably still training . I didn't say anything and then after a while I came again and again it was not a great experience. I decided to call and spoke to Brian the manager and we had a good conversation and he said for me to stop by to make it right. I went in yesterday evening with my kids and everything was more then perfect . I appreciated that he made it right but I appreciated more the conversation we had about customer service.
