Garbage. This place is trash. I saw a post on instagram by the freebie guy saying that Dubkin' Donuts was giving away free pumpkin spice lattes on a certain day. I showed up on that day and asked about the freebie. They didn't know what I was talking about and had to ask a manager. The manager said that the promotion was probably over already and that's why they didn't know about it. Uhhhh it started that morning. The promotion started that morning at it was 7:30am that I was hitting Dunkin. Something isn't adding up here. Was this a fake promotion to get people to go to dunkin donuts? Maybe... I ended up ordering a coffee and sandwich. The sandwich sucked. The coffee was not as good as Starbucks. So there ya go. Trash. lol read more

Overall good experience. This store is located in Wildomar and has a drive thru option. They even have 31 Baskin Robbin's inside in case you also want an ice cold treat. We got a box of the munchkins which included 10 delicious mini treats. The chocolate one is my favorite and next line is a blueberry munchkin. They also have jelly filled ones as well. Overall, good service and friendly staff. One less star because they need to do more frequent cleaning of their restrooms. read more

Ewe. Their sausage and cheese croissant? Barely edible. Soggy because it was sooo greasy! Not good. Not good at all. In fact I threw half out. How are the donuts? Well, it's a donut shop, right? If you order delivery, your donut choices are slim. No fritters, no sweet rolls. Not too many choices. So at 9:30am they should still taste kinda fresh. Right? Well... only kinda. Customer service is lacking. They always seemed bothered to do their job. Orders from drive thru constantly have errors.

So, I come here often and order the avocado toast with bacon. Today I ordered just that and a half a dozen doughnuts. Service was cool but when I got home to eat my avocado toast I noticed the bacon was burnt. Burnt to the point of why would you even give this to a customer. I take some blame as I should have checked it before I pulled off. Please do better as this was a very OBVIOUS hiccup that could have been rectified by just redoing the bacon. Smh read more

Ok so the staff here are complete scumbags. I was standing by the order station for ten minutes. All three staff members ignored me. Like I was a ghost. The lead idiot. Extremely rude individual, told me to stop yelling at her and continued to take customers in the drive thru. Then they didn't apologize for anything, fine, then they still refused to take my order. The people who work at this place are so incompetent. Their registers seem to break down every night. Whomever is doing the hiring, also needs to be fired. Total scumbags. I really hate leaving bad reviews but last night our order from Baskin Robin's was a comedy of errors. We ordered 2 sundae and 3 of the 4 scoop samplers. The sundae were OK the Samplers on the other hand couldn't have gone more wrong. I placed the our order in the app, when I arrived I was told they didn't had several of the flavors that were ordered. I provided the person behind the counter with the substitutions that would work, Cookie monster for the Oreo Monkey Business.... we got Pistachio, not sure how that happens. Then they were out of Rocky Road and they got that substitution wrong. Out of the 8 different flavors between the 3 four scoop Samplers (16 total scoops) we managed to get 7 scoops that we actually wanted). I know it can be hard when flavors run out but how do you screw up the substitutions when the customer is standing right there in front of you giving you the flavors. read more

Umm the only positive thing to say was service was okay. Otherwise, the coffee and cream cheese filled bagel bites tasted fake dirty water. The bagel for my breakfast sandwich was rubbery too. I've been coming to this location for years, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The other day, my friend and I stopped by to try the Sabrina drink collab. While it was pretty good, I was expecting it to have a special touch since it's a drink collab. Instead, it just tasted like a regular brown sugar shaken espresso, which left me a little disappointed. This location happens to be a combo DD and Baskin Robbins. I can't speak for the DD side of things though the donuts look delicious and the coffee smells amazing. Baskin Robbins is always good and this location is no different. Fresh, frozen, creamy, and delicious! Plenty of staff on site, generally 4-5 employees behind the counter. Never have to wait for more than one or two customers. Facility appears clean and they are still enforcing masking inside. Customer service was rude it took 18 minutes for me to get my breakfast sandwich and hash brown when no one was in the store. I work at in n out and customer service is key when I tried my coffee it didn't taste good and they did not offer any kind of remorse so I ordered a whole new coffee. This is the worst ice cream experience I've ever had. Rude employees. Do not even acknowledge when you walk in. Won't look up or reply to a simple question asking whether they still have a certain flavor or not. Then, attitude when someone finally responds. This place is super hit or miss. Some days the customer service and the drinks are good. Then somedays neither of them are good. But every single time i go they NEVER put the whip cream on my drinks i ask them at the drive thru then every time i get to the window it's never on it. Then i have to ask again to get my whipped cream. Never say sorry about it and are always unhappy when i ask for the things i paid for. I ordered a dozen donuts, plus some other things. The young lady who took my order sounded miserable on the intercom. I got to the window and was handed a box that had glaze all over it! On the top and bottom. I asked for a new box and they seemed confused. I overheard them talking and one young lady said "it will be the same if we do it again...." I was then asked to pull forward. I asked what appeared to be the leader on duty if she was upset because it was clear she was annoyed. This was a horrible experience!!! Amazing Nutty Coconut in Waffle come ice cream and black coffee flavor and service. I had to do a long drive and needed some black coffee. Decided to get some coffee and leave. This location was so clean and BR ice cream section looked so delicious that iPad to order an ice cream along with the coffee. So glad I did it. Ice cream was fresh and amazing. Service was top notch with a smile not asking for tips. Next day, I was still sharing my outstanding experience with my wife and friends. Thank you for bringing joy back to ice cream and hospitality.
