Bogo hot coffee but it's not free If you order their 4$ pumpkin spice coffee. You have to order their basic coffee to get a basic coffee free. 9-29-19 offer. Booo . Parking limited since there is a drive through. Don't get hit by a car as you cross the sidewalk walking area -- there's no mirror for the oN coming cars leaving the drive through. Teenagers running the place, so no hello thank you and have a good days, just, here and a push of the box and coffee cup not included with their special deal of the day. If I could put a zero star I would. Kyla is an awful person to work with does nothing all day and then makes you do all the work and clock out late. Never work here as a first job it's awful I can name all yalls names but I won't no one trained nothing they all just stand around talking on their mics. And if they don't feel like doing something they will make the new person do it even if they only have 2 minutes left on the clock. They ran me around like a slave. read more

I thought I would try dunkin after being a SB's customer for years and the few times I've gone in I've been disappointed. They are always making my drink wrong, either they are adding something I said no to or not putting in what I want. Plus they don't fill the drinks up at all. I think I'll stick to SB and I'm also going to go to Dutch Bros even though it's out of my way because the last two times I went they made my drink correct. Worst customer service I ever experienced. My brother and I were ordering ice cream. When Madison was taking our order and was rushing us and giving us attitude the whole entire time. When we pulled up to the window I asked the guy to tell me the name of the lady that took our order he asked why and I told him, she was being very rude when we were trying to order. I couldn't even finish my order without her saying " okay are you done" when we only got two things.... He was stating that the lady in front of us was giving her a hard time. I told him I worked in customer service and I get how frustrating it can be but that's doesn't mean you get the treat people like that. Just because someone was being rude or whatever doesn't mean you get to treat that next person like crap. This type of people make a good place look bad. read more

This place is just okay in my book. I actually went for ice cream since there's a Baskin-Robbins inside. I basically came here and got what I wanted and it was exactly what a I expected. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup. I ordered one scoop of regular chocolate ice cream on the bottom and one scoop of peanut butter cup on top. I'm not sure if I said the wrong thing, but what I got was one scoop of chocolate on the bottom and one scoop of peanut butter chocolate on top. I'm a fan of peanut butter, so I was okay with it and just went with it without question. The ice cream was delicious! It was nice and thick and super creamy! My only gripe is that they are a bit conservative with the scoops, but maybe it's because I'm used to Cold Stone filling up the cup. I do enjoy this place for their donuts, too. Their donuts are very good! I have had their vanilla glazed donut around Halloween and it was a nice big sized donut. The cake was dense - which I like. And the frosting was perfectly sweet. Service is usually decent here but today wasn't the case. Workers at the window were slow and forgetful, had two different people come up Asking my order. Then due to the wait they asked me to park IN A HANDICAP SPOT, I would never. Then they asked the woman behind us to as well and she did, so wrong. As a person with a handicap father and brother, this is wrong to have people occupy handicap spots for no reason. Handicap spots are reserved for HANDICAP people not long dunkin wait times. Shame on management for allowing or encouraging this. read more

Had a late night craving for Baskin Robbins, so we searched online and found one really close. It is just one store with both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins together. They have all of the flavors and the staff are super nice. They also sell one flavor, quart size ice creams in a freezer next to the ice cream cakes. read more

Every single time I order coffee from this location, no matter WHAT I order, it is disgusting. Like it has a weird aftertaste as if they don't clean their equipment properly or the water they use is gross. I end up pouring it out. Something is definitely OFF about the coffee situation here. I've been to other DD locations with no issue. I've been to other coffee shops with no issue. This literally has to be the WORST place to get any type of coffee. read more

Went through the drive through today and Margaret, on the pale side and wearing glasses, was extremely rude. We were informed three orders was not allowed, so after doing 2 we came back around so that my daughter could have something as well. She immediately gave us a dirty look and whispered something to her co-worker. We told her to scratch the avocado toast if possible because we could not afford it and she glares and rolls her eyes then continues to say "anyone want an avocado toast". Very poor customer service and Margaret should be told a thing or two about manners. I don't appreciate her ruining my morning and being a bitch. read more

Went through the drive thru at 9pm last night and ordered a Oreo Milkshake, Triple Scoop Sundae, and a Creature Creation for my daughter. There was one other person in line behind me and I counted 3 total workers as I peeped through the window. I was waiting for like 8 minutes at the window for my order. They apologized for the wait and I was on my way. As soon as I get home, I notice my daughters kids scoop is a scoop of vanilla, when I ordered rainbow sherbet, and to top it off it was not even a full scoop. The 3 scoop sundae had ZERO toppings on it and all 3 scoops were the same flavor when I had originally asked for each scoop to be a different flavor. Finally my husband and I tried his milkshake and it tasted like watered down milk. It was gross. They need to seriously get it together here. The service has honestly been bad lately. This isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong and it's always the night shift. Don't know if I'll be coming here again or I'll have to actually go inside to order to ensure I get exactly what I order. read more

The employees incompetence here baffles me. Everytime I ask for no syrup in the pumpkin cold brew.. what do I get? Syrup.. The cold foam is sweet enough.. but the amount of sugar in their syrups.. I'd drink a soda if I wanted a comparison/dupe. Throwing away my LG coffee.. it's so sweet and nasty. Very sad. :( read more

I'm not usually one to write reviews. I also like to believe that I give a place a fair chance before making any decision if I will return. However, this location has twice been a disappointment. Both times have been a Saturday morning. The first time I was not helped for approximately 10 minutes. I wasn't even acknowledged as standing there. Finally my order was taken and after 20 minutes I was able to walk out with that simple order. Went back a second time and again no acknowledgement that I was there. I was seen but not a comment to let me know they would be helping me as soon as they could. I'm not expecting the royal treatment but at least acknowledge my presence and have the courtesy to let me know it might be a bit before I could put my order in. If you can't operate the drive through and walk ins at the same time, then lock the door and concentrate on the drive through only. read more

I gave this DD one more chance and again... a waste of time and money. I placed an order on the DD app, but again (like always) when my husband pulled up to the drive thru... they didn't have any of the donuts that I ordered and paid for on the app. Not only that but the lady at the window was rude. Thankfully Luke took over, he was very nice and was really trying to go out of his way to find something we would like to replace our order with. Other than Luke being an awesome employee... I don't recommend anyone to use the DD app at this location, you will be disappointed. read more

Contrary to the last couple of reviewers, I've had an excellent experience the last two weeks. I don't make it to this location often because it's further away from me, but the staff have been super friendly and accommodating whenever I do end up here, especially my most recent visits. I can really only attest to the quality of drinks, but they've been accurate and tasty. Additionally, my orders are made in a timely fashion. In my opinion, this location excels over the Murrieta store which takes forever for mobile orders and whose staff can often be overheard making disrespectful comments about customers. Keep up the good work Wildomar DD! read more

When I come in the shakes are like drinking straight milk. Very watery nothing like a normal shake. It is more like a milk with a slight creamer. Very rude employees . Offer to make a "normal" thicker shakes for extra. I had pay extra for a normal ice cream shake? Went through drive thru. read more

Hands down would rather eat dig sh*t than come here again. Better more attentive service at the weed store in the same complex, which is probably keeping the twenty something dimbulbs that work here, high in trade for the week old stale donuts that they sell. One good thing, it gave me a perfect example to show my kids why higher education is important, or you might end up working in a Dunkin' Donuts in wildomar... the manager of this location should be embarrassed first and then fired. Don't go! I order one scoop of ice cream and one cappuccino which cost me around $8 and gave the cashier $20 dollars but she only gave me $7 dollars back (one $5 and two $1). Because she gave me the drink and ice cream before I paid. That's why I didn't have an extra hand to check the money and I really trusted them. But this was really disappointing, it is not just about the money, it also means some staffs are lack of professionalism!!!! Please check your cash before you leave and learn from my mistake. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! It took over 15 minutes to get 4 drinks in store, yet I kept seeing them pump out orders for the drive-thru customers like crazy. When I went up to complain all I got was an "I'm sorry your order will be coming out shortly" meanwhile I'm seeing drinks come out for another in store customer. When I finally got my drinks my small Americano was just plain brewed coffee and the iced cappuccino was mostly milk filled an not even filled all the way to the top. Crap service...crap drinks and no attempt to fix the situation. Never coming back to this establishment. read more

Stop here almost daily around 5am. Always friendly. Don't cheat you on cream cheese. Good coffee. You'd think this can be said for all DD locations but it can't. Best one in So Cal that I've been too. I've given rough reviews for other locations but this one is great. UPDATE: my last few trips here have been rough. Cream cheese is barely on half the bagel and the coffee has been tasting burnt. read more

I've been coming to this location for years now and in the past they have been great, however as of recently the service and quality of product has gotten so much worse. Just this past week I ordered ahead about 3-4 times and each time my drink was made incorrectly. I ask for whipped cream on my coffee and never get it. It's usually not a big deal to me but just yesterday I ordered two sandwiches specifically asking for no egg (because they taste like freezer burn) and to add extra cheese and sausage. When I received my order I had no whipped cream and both sandwiches had egg and I didn't receive any of the extras I paid for...it's just really frustrating spending extra money on items just for the employees to completely ignore the ticket. read more

The food and coffee here is usually decent. However when I order from them on the DoorDash app it is hit or miss whether or not the store confirms the order. Today after 30min of waiting or my order, I checked the app and saw that the store still hadn't accepted it. If you aren't going to accept orders, consider to stop partnering with the app. It is really frustrating for your customers. read more

There is spacious seating for anyone who wants to hangout or study. Beware to those coming here to work or study; it's so loud in here, I can't hear the person next to me. They are blasting country and soul music. It caused the groups hanging out to speak very loudly, and I just couldn't do work at all. On a positive note, they have free, strong WiFi. I don't think I'll be back. The coffee wasn't memorable and the space isn't suited for studying. I'd rather go to a quieter space with good brews.

However today once again we ordered the 20 oz and received the 12oz...when we brought this to the manager on duty I was told that I was charged for 12 oz...and would have to pay the difference for them to be remade. I recieved NO APOLOGY from manager and when I asked What I needed to do to recieve the correct order I was told I should double check the order to make sure they didn't make a mistake... apparently I work here...? the manager rolled her eyes when I asked why I NEEDED double check the order. She eventually resolved the issue after I suggested she give me a coffee token as I no longer had time to be rung up for the additional charge or to wait for then to remake my drinks btw...all this in front of other customers... It should be noted that the young lady who took our order independently offered to remake our order and apologized for her mistake. An example her manager on duty should emulate.

I order a choc donut and a carrot cake to go...a little treat and calorie splurge for Mother's Day! As for drinks...they offer the standard menu. One was irresistible to me today: Vegan Tiramisu "Almond milk" Latte, what a treat. Nice presentation, good balanced flavors, served at perfect ready to drink won't burn your tongue temperature, served in a thick amber glass with soft creamy foam topped with a land finger dusted with cocoa. Delicious, all I hoped it would be for a tiramisu lover's palate to be satisfied. Fast friendly people, including the locals who were welcoming. Comfortable soft black leather chairs to sink into next to tiny round cafe tables with Mable tops on black base...so cafe chic. I like the black and white contemporary decor, B&W large framed photography on the walls, good up tempo music. They have bar stool seating if you like watching barista's in action. There is two sides on seating in the cafe, the non-bar side has brick covered walls and a big brown leather couch to lounge in. A nice place to stop on a Saturday in spring, consistently busy but not crowded.

This place used to be the greatest in the area. However, lately the boba has been consistently…read morebland and mushy. Also, it seems they got rid a majority of their staff that used to work here and they have one poor girl literally running around by herself trying to keep up with the high volume of orders they are receiving. This leads to unnecessarily long wait times and them running out of boba. They ran out today and I waited an hour to come back and received bland boba and a 20-30 minute wait for my drink. I likely won't come back and I used to be a frequent customer.

I am so accustomed to the heat sealed cups but this is such a wonderful thought so l don't go through all my boba and still have all this milk tea left to drink without any accompanying boba. I loved my drink and the girl helping me said it was similar to a sea salt series. Which l love a good jasmine sea salt tea! Not many places around have rose flavored anything. We ordered lattes around 2:30 PM, and it was not busy at all, so the nearly 20-minute wait made no sense for drinks that were clearly listed on the menu board. The first issue was that our order was handed out to the wrong customer because of a common name mix-up. A simple solution would be using last initials, nicknames, or order numbers for customers with common names. Unfortunately, it didn't get better from there. After remaking the drinks, the order was still wrong two more times. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of urgency to correct it. While we waited, staff continued pushing out other customers' orders while ours kept getting delayed and moved to the back. Mistakes happen, but three failed attempts for basic latte drinks and a 20-minute wait during a slow afternoon is unacceptable. The lack of organization, attention to detail, and customer service left a poor impression. Unfortunately, despite the nice environment, we will not be returning. I highly recommended that if you have a common name to add your last name initial.
