This is a great store to visit, I had been at a Cars & Coffee meet early in the morning and wanted to get some breakfast after I had left. Went in with moderate business where it wasn't incredibly busy. The Cashier was amazing and very friendly, she had a smile on her face when we came in and while we had our orders taken. Ordering was fast and simple which was nice because this is the first time I'd been to one of the establishments. My food was delivered rather quickly with a manager on shift, it was nice and hot, the bagel bun flaky and soft with a good side of hash browns. Stayed until the business picked up a bit more which was good because the line was wrapping into the lobby. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, people were on task on doing there job. read more

I love the donuts, but the management at this location needs training or they need a new manager. Every time I come here the line is out the door. Why? Today everyone was focused on "Sippy Cup" a guy in a coffee cup costume, employees talking to him instead of waiting on the customers, and the employees too busy chatting with each other. Also, I counted 9 employees (that I could see) and only 1 cashier waiting on the line of customers that stretched to the door. I waited for 8 minutes and only one person was in front of me. I have been going to this Dunkin for over a year and what used to be an occasional mishap has turned into a consistent mess of poorly made drinks and sold out items. Today was the fifth time in six months that they forgot to add coffee to my beverage, today I got a medium sized ICED CREAM AND SUGAR. When you order an iced coffee with cream and sugar and the drink is white in appearance, even the employee handing this off should recognize it doesn't look right; they either don't care enough or hope that it will go unnoticed. There has even been a time where I went inside after getting a frozen milk concoction and asked for it to be remade or have coffee added and the replacement drink (that I watched them make) was ALSO MISSING COFFEE! The employee just shrugged, dumped it out and remade (coffee included this time!) It seems like you have to try hard to be this incompetent or to care so little about your job. Lastly, the epically long line in the drive thru is a stark reminder of how nasty it is inside; we will wait for 15 mins in line rather that walk right in because then we are faced with acknowledging the filth inside in which our drinks are made, a clear example of our "out of sight, out of mind". Even if all of your customers don't give up on you, you will inevitably be shut down for your many health code violations. read more

I had an extremely early morning and needed a pick me up. I don't purchase donuts often and thought this would be a nice treat for the family when everyone woke up to start the day. I ordered a dozen donuts mixed variety. By lunch time everyone in my family had the shits! I'm talking stomach cramping to the max. There's my husband and two boys. You would have thought these guys were experiencing their first period they were in a world of hurt with the cramps and shitting to boot. I will never purchase Donuts ever again from this place! Went through the window and asked the lady to make me a "surprise me drink" and that's what she did, i was surprised. She made me a iced macchiato with almond milk and pumpkin flavor syrup, it was very good. The young lady named Hope was the sweetest and nicest person ever. This location is by far the worst for one they are always out of new products that are being advertised, I once ordered brown sugar oatmeal and was given oatmeal with a bunch of SALT instead of brown sugar when I went back to talk to the manager she could careless and said oh well thanks for letting us know. The staff is very nice, but it seems they run out of a lot of stuff. 8:10 in the morning and they are already out of cold brew (then don't advertise it), and they are out of the hazelnut swirl. Poor management, obviously. We are from Massachusetts so Dunkins is a place we want to go to have that special coffee smell mixed with powdered sugar (back there it has a slight tobacco smoke smell too) We are ok with the direct seeming unfriendly staff(east coast thing) Every time we go to this location it is actually stressful. We order on the app so it is supposed to be you check in at the order spot(drive thru) and drive around and they greet, hand order ,bu bye. .. however they used to review the order at the order window and they clearly need to start doing this again. The order is ALWAYS wrong, we drive up and more often than not they ask for money(Wordered on app so we already paid) a few weeks ago the cashier asked me "did you have an order"? Food is greasey with grease on bag, no napkins, no topping on bacon, burnt hashbrowns, stale munchkins, drinks are wrong temp, not flavored or stirred, I have been handed a cup with coffee dripping down the side. Turn over of staff leads me to believe the manager doesn't train well or is difficult to work with because tha staff seems bright enough most of the time, some are friendly but the worst is when we get to pick up window and they hand us half the order and then say have a good day, we have to hand back receipt (when we get one) and they still get it wrong, why is this complicated. I love Dunkins but this needs to be shut down or under new management, something because you are giving Dunkins a bad name! read more

Every time I go in there, there are donuts that "have ran out for the day." Not only that, if you request a certain donut that's run out for the day, you can't request more? Furthermore, they're pretty standoffish at this location, therefore, they're pretty rude. It's a drag because I'm from the East Coast and Dunkin Donuts just started back up again back here in Colorado. But whatever, I'll stick to the smaller "mom and pop" donut shops in the greater Denver area. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is a horrible unfriendly place to go to, I've been a regular at this location for about 3 months now, and the morning staff are always unfriendly. I've also had many occasions where my food order and drink order have been wrong, and the staff has only corrected the error once without charging me again. This just happened today in fact. It's sad I have to find a new location, since this one is so close to me, and on my way to work. I guess I'll be going back to Starbucks, even though they are more expensive. One of the better Dunkin Donuts I've been to. I went in a few days prior and had a mix up about an iced decaf coffee. They were awesome and provided a refund and the offer of another beverage (silly pregnancy cravings wouldn't allow for anything but iced coffee though). This visit I wasn't charged for my iced decaf because of the previous visit. An extremely awesome and unexpected surprise! I love when management actually cares about customers :) read more
