I've been eating Dunkin donuts my entire life. I randomly stopped in during my pregnancy because I was hankering for a donut. Little did I know, I was about to find out their breakfast slaps! I ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich and the bacon one, as well as a half dozen donuts. Both the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Flavor was yummy! Donuts were also so good! I SWEAR they have shrunk in size over the years but the texture and flavor are still quite good. My favorite is the lemon filled powdered sugar donut. (I came back for this specific donut another time and they didn't have it, I was so sad.) Anyhow, I will be back through for more breakfast sandwiches and that lemon donut! read more

I have written several negative reviews of this business in the past, but I think it's only fair to rate it again, given my new ongoing experiences. They actually have donuts now, what do you know lol. The donut now are fresh and don't taste day old. They actually have variety. The staff, for the most part, is nice. The drinks are good. Wow, what a complete 180, it has improved A LOT. My only complaint, how ever, is they still get my order wrong or give me the wrong donuts way too often. How ever, the times I brought the incorrect donuts back, the staff was nice and din't take the wrong order from my hands like they use to, which always made me question if they were reselling them. They allowed me to keep the incorrect order, and did not make a big deal about it. The people that work here when the store opens around 4:30-5 am are very sweet, I like them a lot. Also please make sure the bagel bites are cooked fully, its nasty if they are still frozen inside. Again, whatever, I like the staff, service has improved so much it deserved a better review. read more

I would give ZERO stars if possible. My husband and I walked into this Dunkin Donuts this morning looking forward to a couple of sweet treats. The young man working behind the counter was twirling a dirty broom in big circles between the counter and the open cabinet of donuts. Dirt was flying in all directions. We both commented on what he was doing and then walked out. Sadly, I don't believe he had a clue why we left....he just thought it was funny. I hope a manager teaches some of these young employees how to behave at work, but for all I know he was a manager. read more

Consistently bad. Everytime it's a horrible experience. They are always out of something. Entire staff is unfriendly. They have no people skills. Manager is rude and unprofessional and hates interacting with customers. Entire staff has a bad attitude and is bothered that you are there. When you pull up to drive through window you are not greeted you are met with what do you want. Advice to the current staff, get a new job that doesn't involve interacting with customers. Avoid this place. Starbucks and Dutch are nearby and I will gladly give my money to them. read more

Donuts were good as expected. Quick ordering and didn't wait long for drinks to be made. The ordering girl was factual and answered my questions, but was not friendly. Seemed annoyed, short and not happy to be there. It was not early either. It was 10am. We stayed inside the dining area and it was freezing! Worst coffee and donut meal of my life. I came on a Sunday morning at about 9am. I could not believe it, but the chocolate cake glazed was at least a day old, the glaze was turning to liquid under my fingers as I picked it up out of the bag. It was super dry and tough. This is one of the newest Dunkin locations and I love it!! I have used the mobile app and also ordered in the store. Each time, I have had my orders fulfilled exactly to my specifications/requests, which is great because I like consistency. The location is conveniently located at the corner of 136th & Huron. There's plenty of parking and because it's a newer shopping area, it's not crowded. The staff has been nothing less than impeccable and have always been warm and friendly. read more

This a place I got to often as it is a central location for meeting people and my husband loves donuts. I was really excited to have Dunkin back in Colorado, but have been disappointed to learn that not all of them are setup to bake. This is one of those stores that does not bake and are at the mercy of another location. The location itself is staffed with friendly people and they always appear to cleaning when not handling customers. I will say they lack selection in the afternoon on the busier days - see above as to why. I love the hash browns and find that the assortment of breakfast items is really good. I do wish they would offer one or two lunch options, but I can always have breakfast for lunch. read more

I'm never one to hop on yelp and criticize somebody's hard work, but the experience I had at the Dunkin off of Huron was utterly deplorable. The attitude that some of the female staff there have is ridiculous as I felt judged my whole 15 minutes in the lobby, the teenage girls were whispering and laughing while looking at me. I asked to speak to a manager and I heard the teenagers that were serving me ask for someone named Brandy, and then proceeded to wait 5 minutes before telling me their manager was too busy and wasn't able to speak with me. The only positive of my visit was the two young men who where extremely helpful and caring to ask me if they could do anything to help. Overall I had an awful experience at this Dunkin and strongly urge corporate to do something about their staff that only has attitude towards their patrons. read more

Have tried this location two separate times now. First visit took 48 minutes to get a dozen mixed donuts and a carafe of coffee. I love the vanilla chai and it's always perfect there. They're always friendly. Like the fast service.

they had us pull up front from the window because our order was 50$ worth of food ($50.28 to be exact) and they gave us everything in shambles. our sandwiches were loose in the bag. our hash browns were gummy, plastic tasting, and overall just not edible. our drinks are 3/4th ice. our sandwiches tasted straight out of the dish pit here, assuming they cook and put the dirty dishes on top of one another. we didn't finish any of our food we ate EXCEPT the bagel bites. i'd LOVE to speak to the manager here. read more

Everyone knows Dunkin' Donuts is solid but this location does a great job with customer service. Great staff and always good service.

This is the closest Dunks to me now that they closed the other one in Broomfield and while the coffee is always good the food is hit or miss. Always seems to be out of something I want or they mess up the order. However what I find that bothers me the most is how dirty this restaurant is. The whole place needs a deep clean. The sitting area always has messy tables, floors the top of the counters and area with the straws/napkins etc is dusty and dirty. The kitchen area was also a mess. Dirty coffee grind all over the floor. Spilled coffee beans near the coffee makers and that's just what I could see. Unless they clean it up I think I'll be driving a few extra minutes to another location from now on read more

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and over the past month it has completely gone down hill. Almost every day my order has been wrong and un drinkable, multiple times when handing me my coffee it was overfilled and spilled over my car. This was a great place to stop for a quick breakfast. They even had outdoor seating when the weather cooperates to sit outside and enjoy. Extremely disappointed today with my visit to this Dunkin' that I'm often at. Every time these same two employees are working I get horrible service and drinks. I pulled up to the window and she asked me what I ordered so she could ring me up because she "wasn't paying attention and he was remembered what I got" which wasn't the case because my drinks were wrong.
