I come to this location almost everyday because I work in this area. Most of the time I have a very pleasant experience but as of lately, they have no customer service! Cat a girl that works there, with dark brown/black hair, is extremely rude! She will not talk to you at all except taking your order and sounds very annoyed if you ask for anything complicated. She always rushes you through the drive thru and before you even get to say the rest of your order, she's like " is that it?" In a rude tone. I usually just order a cold brew with no dairy because I can't have dairy products, she is always very annoyed when I ask for non dairy. I also ask for a venti iced water and usually they only give me a grande. I don't think it is much to ask for customer service. I work in the service industry but the difference is I treat people with respect! It's not hard and it does not take much effort to be kind. I hope the managers can really work on making this Starbucks a pleasant experience! read more

This is for 8/13 around 11:30 am. Our hotel was across the street from this Starbucks so we decided to stop by. I love Starbucks and one of the key things about Starbucks is their customer service and this location was NOT IT. First off, the guy at the register that took our order was new, (2nd day) so ordering was difficult which is totally understandable and not the problem. I've been there, I've been a barista before. The POS can be overwhelming. The problem was, I was the only one ordering in line and there were a handful of other partners / baristas around not willing to help him out. It was clear that he was stressed / struggling and unsure. No one wanted to step up and help him out. I kept having to repeat my order & finally another girl helped him out but she only punched in one item from my order then walked away?? So we struggled together for the rest of my order. So finally, ordered my items. They were out of all sandwiches... which is weird since it wasn't even noon yet. But whatever, so we just got 3 drinks. Then when I got the drinks, one was missing so I told them. & instead of just making it, they went through the extra steps of checking the system to find out the guy rang me up for "one" of the 2 drinks. (Since 2 of the 3 drinks were the same) UMMM.. where was this extra energy when he was struggling to ring up my order?? Where was this extra energy when he asked someone to help him? But anyways, I just rescan my card because apparently he didn't ring me up for that last drink. Terrible experience, the attitude PLUS the quality. My iced coffee tasted bland. Too much creamer, it was so light and not my normal color of iced coffee. As for my other two drinks, they were doppio expresso with 2 pumps of white mocha and the shots were DEAD. I've been a barista before so I know quality shots vs dead shots. The shots we got were not pulled within 18-23 seconds. read more

I use to come through this drive thru daily until they changed their water policy. Now I don't come every day bc I don't want to spend over $5 a day just to get water since you now have to buy something. Today I went through the drive through and I asked for something I didn't see on their menu and said it wrong. I asked for a dark chocolate covered strawberry frappe. Ok my bad for saying it wrong, but the girl that came over the drive thru was so condescending and rude like " we don't have that, we don't carry dark chocolate". Ok that's fine but could've been much nicer about it. I called and spoke to who I think is the manager, but I didn't get a name and she said she will talk to them. Hopefully she does. Your drinks aren't that great so your service should be much better. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks 4-7 times/week since they opened over 20 years ago. I got an oatmeal once without water added and maybe a drink or two made wrong during that entire time. The staff has always been very friendly and they've remade drinks for me that other Starbucks had messed up with no questions asked. I highly recommend. read more

Great location with and effecient staff. Drive through line gets long at times, but the team is friendly and gets the order correct almost every time. The food and the coffee are always hot and taste great. There is plenty of parking, and its easy off the highway. The drive through is a little confusing and laid out poorly which makes it tricky when there are longer lines. People seem to try and enter from two sides. Come in from the east and you'll be less stressed. read more

I've been to every Starbucks within a 30 min drive of Westminster and I couldn't even really tell you why but this is my favorite to order from - the bacon Gouda's always completely cooked but not over cooked and the cold foam cold brew is always perfect - even the time my drink was accidentally ordered the wrong way they fixed it. This is my preferred Starbucks in Westminster. The staff is always very friendly and they always get my alternative milk lattes with customizations perfect! They have a drive thru as well as a regular storefront where you can walk up to order inside or hang a bit. I always tip a little bit when I come because the service is so dang great! read more

Complete with a drive-thru window, you know Starbucks is part of the standard set up strip mall businesses. My sister and I came to this location yesterday around 4:30 pm and ordered two chai lattes, a sandwich and a croissant. We had received our food in a timely manner but couldn't say the same for our drinks. We had waited nearly 20 minutes to receive our drinks. It was very clear that only the drive thru customers mattered. Not pleased with this visit at all. Probably won't return to this location. read more

If I could not give any stars I would. They consistently get my order wrong. Today was no different. I always order the same drink and when I left the drive thru I tasted the drink and it was way wrong. I could understand if they were busy but it was slow. My drink had NO coffee and hazelnut and I do not like hazelnut when I went back thru the drive thru and told them it was wrong first thing instead of saying no problem we'll remake it come around. It was well what's wrong with it are you sure you ordered it right. I pulled around and said you know what I just want my money back and they kept saying we'll remake it I just said no I'd rather my money back and the girl at the window I can't remember her name said well and I quote it's a good thing I didn't start making it now isn't it. When I asked for a manager she was mad. The manger questioned why it was wrong and I told her. She didn't believe it. Then said the tag said a a hazelnut something and I said I always order the same a cinnamon dolce white mocha. She argued saying that's not what the tag said. Then proceeded to say well she's new and learning but I get missing something but getting the drink completely wrong. I told her you guys always get this wrong either you tell me you can't make it it doesn't exist or ask me how to make it. Well I don't work for Starbucks so I don't know. And the manger said it's 2 different drinks so it's my fault they get confused and told me this is how I should tell them to make it. I was was supper mad by now. I just felt like customer service wasn't there. And it's all my fault. Then I get a $4 gift card won't even pay for my drink. I won't ever be returning to this loca Update The gift card I was given had no money ever loaded on. Found this out when I went to another location thankfully it was one I went to a lot and they gave me my drink! That store truly understand. I contacted corporate and was sent a $15 gift card. You have to understand that three stars, when it comes to a huge corporate chain, is a pretty good rating coming from me. I do have to throw a kudo or two their way for being consistent in quality of service and product. Every employee at this location has always been happy to greet me whether I walk-in rubbing my eyes and covering a yawn or speak to them through a speaker because getting out of my car would just be too much. A cool story that involves this location: It was the the end of fall when I pulled up to order a Grande Soy Latte. A teary eyed, smiling face let me know that the person in front of me paid for my drink... just because. This random act of kindness combined with the overwhelming look of happiness on the window-barista's face had me feeling warm and fuzzy all over. So warm and fuzzy that I paid for the Venti Latte behind me. I am happy to wonder how long this went on. I have visited this location many times as it was close to work, and when I couldn't decide on what to eat for lunch or breakfast... or dinner, the egg white and spinach wrap was the perfect solution. If Westminster needs me again, I am happy to know this bright little location is available to me. read more
