I would like to preface by saying I live less than a mile from this location, and I've been ordering through this drive through going on 2 years, and up until recently it was great. I'm a single mom and we go for hot chocolate and banana bread, that's it, as a treat for my 3 year old son. That being said, I went yesterday around 2:45pm, and there was no one in the drive through and I only saw one person ordering inside. As soon as I paid, the man at the window walked away and did NOT come back. After about 6-7 minutes of waiting in the rain and watching the barista make about 5 cold drinks, she turned around, saw me, and immediately walked over, picked up my hot chocolate and banana bread (that had apparently been sitting next to the window the entire time) and handed them to me. This morning I realized I didn't add a TIP, so the man at the window walked away, NEVER came back into view, and made me sit and wait for something that seemed to have been sitting there all along. It made me realize the same thing happened 2 weeks ago on a Saturday morning where I spent about 14 minutes in the drive through (that time there were about 3 cars in front of me). I'm wondering if this one employee (as it was the same man) is punishing people who don't tip (on an $8 purchase). The other option is that some policy changed (in the last 2 weeks) and they fill many other orders now first, before filling drive through orders. Either way, I will be going to a different Starbucks location in the future as I have never had this happen anywhere else and have never had to wait that long for such a simple order. read more

When you order for delivery, apparently, no one is responsible for reading the notes. Not the driver or the store. Store told me I could come get the missing item, which is curious since I had it delivered. Because I'm homebound. Store Manager on duty said they don't read the notes. What was to be a fun birthday breakfast was thrown away in anger and frustration. Called Corporate Customer Service to address the situation. They just made it worse after over 30 minutes on the phone. It was beyond absurd. Food might have been good. We don't know. Wouldn't it be nice if they took responsibility? read more

They have some dedicated handicap spots as well as a drive through. Outdoor seating but nothing more than a few seats. Parking is usually fine depending on the time of day. A dozen spots just for Starbucks and then more shared parking with the carpet store. Inside you'll find several seating options. Low tables for two or two higher tables for two or four people. Not bad for studying but if you have a large group this isn't the best branch to choose. Service is quick. The staff are friendly and efficient. Usual Starbucks menu and setup. Nothing that would throw you for a loop at this location compared to the others. Sometimes the mobile orders are done right away. Other times you'll wait five or so minutes. Not a major deal really but worth mentioning. Order when you are five to ten minutes away from the store. Easy. read more

Excellent customer service! We came by today with our dogs and the lobby was closed due to short staffing. We called and the barista, I think her name is Tana, was able to bring our drinks out to us AND even brought pup cups for our dogs. Everyone that says they're rating this location low because of the drive thru wait... when I see a long line in the drive thru I go inside and am out very quickly even at busy times. Bring a book if you use the drive though. The employees are incredibly friendly and nice, so I hate to leave a review like this, but WOW. I've waited in the drive through for at least 10-20 minutes every single time I've been at this location and I wish I was exaggerating. Are they always wildly understaffed? Not entirely sure why this place gets so many bad reviews? I have yet to have a bad experience. Ashlynn is usually the one that is there when I go working the drive thru and she's great! Even if I have to wait, which is rare that I have to wait long, she'll talk with me about my day if they're not busy. And if they are busy she lets me know why, about how long it's gonna take, etc. Her customer service is on point, so thank you Ashlynn! Super awesome people! read more

This location is a joke. Not only do I spend 15+ minutes in their drive thru every single time I'm here but today, they decided to "close down" the store with 3 cars still behind me in line and didn't serve a single one of us. How is it my fault that their sign wasn't blocking the drive thru right at 4 pm? Mind you I was in line to order at 4:02 pm. The girl served all the cars in front of me while I spent 12 minutes behind them only to not be served. Such a laughing stock! End with the customers you have THEN close. I would really like to be objective with this review, so I'm going to do my very best. That said, this location is NOT my favorite in the area. It's not really conveniently located, unless you're coming back to Westminster from Boulder and don't have the patience to stay on 36 until Church Ranch. Most of the business is transient, drive-through customers on the way to somewhere else so there's not as much regular customer awesomeness that I've found in other stores. The design is not as comfortable and homey as I've found in other locations either, and there's quite a few tiny tables crammed pretty close to each other. There's only one table large enough to really spread out with notebooks and laptop and that's got the little handicapped sticker on it that always makes me feel guilty when I claim that table for myself. Don't go through the drive-through in the summer if you're scared of bees or wasps because the speaker is SURROUNDED by Russian Sage bushes that are a wasp magnet. Those things smell fear and they'll stalk you, believe me. Most of the employees here are awesome, although turnover is horrendous. They will try their very best to provide you with a quality experience which is worth at least one star. Starbucks is partly my home. It's an addiction these days and I always appreciate the consistency. This Starbucks fell a little flat in my opinion. Let's count the ways: 1. The barista's seemed unhappy and no one was smiling (not welcoming) 2. Service was uber slow. No one seemed to know how to work a line or multi task 3. Been coming here 2-3 times a da becuz i have a starbucks card. To use..It's basicaly free stuff for me since it was a gift. Usually I'd go maybe 2 times week if it's out of my pocket, but I'm living it up now and building up my rewards. This place is always super fast and friendly, I love their salted caramel. I like their pumpkin latte too, but they seem to have changed the taste, either that or my tastebuds have changed. I hae ordered this over 6 times so far and always get both of these flavors. The pumpkin spice just stii doesn't taste like I remember. I add a little more sweetness to it, and it's much better. I do wish they still had the salted caramel brownies.. Waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes for a doppio espresso in a venti cup with half and half to the top and one sweet'n'low. Was told at the speaker it would be $3.09. Get to the window after almost 10 minutes and was told 'sorry about that wait! It'll actually be $5.74 because you want extra half and half!' No comp for the long ass wait or anything. Just an up charge of over $2 because I wanted half and half to the top of my cup. That's more than half the price of an actual gallon of milk at Walmart but I'm supposed to just accept that from some coffee company with perpetual burnt coffee, has employees who can barely get my order right half the time, and who screw around and make me wait for almost 20 minutes? Definitely not going back to this Starbucks and if it weren't for the fact that there are no good coffee shops around I wouldn't go to Starbucks at all. read more

I love these guys. I go through the drive thru almost daily, and always being packed, the baristas get the job done quickly and correctly. I have NEVER had an incorrect order or unpleasant experience, and that's saying something for 80ish visits. When I don't know what I want, I usually just tell them, "hey, tell me what I want", and I always get a cheerful and sometimes funny response. Several times I have had drinks comped for having to wait over like 3 minutes, which to me, is not too long with a huge line of cars in front of me. read more

I'm not a Starbucks fan but this location is convenient for something simple like ice coffee if I'm headed north. This location is an absolute zoo on Saturday and Sunday mornings though. That's the sole inspiration for this review. I've never been able to get out in under 15 minutes on the weekend. It's not that the staff is slow. This is right by my house. My first stop every weekday morning on the way to work. I always get the same drinks. The staff is freindly and a cool bunch of people. Its always busy from 7:50 am to 930am. Even though the drive thru line may seem long, it always moves really fast. Parking lot can be a cluster so stay in your car and use it as a drive thru. read more
