Dutch Brothers is pretty good and I go to this location quite a bit. When Dutch Brother first came to town I would have given them 5 stars, but they haven't been as consistent as they used to be. This time I had the snickerdoodle. It was pretty good but it needed a speck less cinnamon. I do really like the golden eagle and Irish Cream. I will still keep coming back because its significantly better than Starbucks, but I wish they would tighten up their recipes. read more

The service is terrible! I was stuck in line to order for over 30 minutes and had to leave because I was going to miss my meeting. Don't know why they couldn't send someone outside to take orders or something but absolutely mind blowing every other Dutch bro I've ever gone to has never taken this long. read more

Literally woke up early to get in line for the shoe charms and it says one per drink and max 5 per person. We got here at 5:10 am and were in like for 30+ minutes which we let go of since we figured it would probably be a wait even though there were only 4 cars ahead of us. Well we order 5 drinks and they don't tell us until after we've paid and got to the window that in store they changed it to 4 max per person and I pointed out there's two of us in the car so we should still get 5 since it's per person, they refused, and when I asked for one of the drinks to be cancelled they refused. It's unfair to have people believe they would get 5 AS PROMISED BY THEIR OWN AD and then go back on that and not even let us cancel a drink that we bought for a charm. On top of it all I got 3 repeats out of 4. I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm never coming out for these events again if they're just going to screw me over like that. read more

Charging extra for a drink with light ice is disgusting. I used to get Dutch Bros before a shift and I'd get it with light ice, so it wouldn't be watered down and disgusting by the end of the shift. Now it ups the cost of my drink from ~$7 to $10? Absolutely not. For a place with subpar coffee there is no reason you should be trying to squeeze every penny out of your customer base. A $10 basic drink is absurd and screams greedy corporation. Truly lost me as a customer today. read more

Fast and friendly service. Came in for the first time in need of a pick me up and decided to try this place for the first time. Similar to Cali coffee this is a grab and go coffee shop with different hot and cold coffee drinks and their version of energy drinks. I had crème brûlée latter and it was pretty good. A bit weak for my taste maybe ask for double shot of espresso. Our barista was super friendly and talkative, really made a effort to getting to know us while we waited for our order. read more

This Dutch bros is fantastic at quick service and accuracy. We tried the newest items for fall which are the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée and sweater weather chai with white coffee. Both were incredible! The pumpkin drizzle sauce on top of the caramel pumpkin brûlée was the perfect bonus to start off my morning! Huge props to the team. They are super efficient and this location specializes in keeping the line moving so quickly which is beyond appreciated! read more

The staff is always amazing here! And the drinks are always on point. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 5 minutes for a drink.

This is the second time I've been to this Dutch bros - when I ordered a Chai Latte and I'm given a Chai with espresso instead. First time it happened it was an accident in my eyes but the second time this has happened. I can't drink coffee that's why I ordered a chai. This is unacceptable. I recommend going to any location other than this one. They're nice but that doesn't matter if they can't get your order right as well. I came at a busy time and a slow time for these issues - I'm not sure if the person making these drinks are new or if they just don't know that coffee doesn't go in Chai Lattes. No other location of Dutch bros does this. At this point - I'm will to buy the cookie butter sauce just to make it at home. This is so frustrating to deal with. read more

My partner and I have been somewhat of regulars here for about two years, and while it's usually great, this mornings experience was just unacceptable. I got a Dutch Bros gift card for Christmas that I was very excited to use. We usually get our coffee between 5 and 6am but for some reason ordering on the app wasn't working. We know they open at 5 so we waited until 5:30 to make sure they had time to open and get things in full swing. Our car also isn't working so we ordered an uber to go get our coffee, only to get there and find a lazily written sign that says "closed due to weather." I'm sorry, what? What weather?? Yesterday it did snow for the first half of the day, but it wasn't that bad and life continued as normal. Schools weren't cancelled, the roads were just fine. It stopped snowing at like noon yesterday. There is literally no reason for them to be closed "due to weather" today, and if I ever did this at my job I would be fired on the spot. This is the second time I have experienced this at this location, and last time there wasn't even a sign or any weather to blame. This place is run by lazy teenagers and Dutch Bros needs to get an actual adult running this store. Also, Mr. Manager (Nick) needs to learn how to talk to people without saying "bro" every other word. He is extremely unprofessional and I'm getting really tired of this location that I go to simply because of vicinity. I'm extremely upset that I wasted money ubering over there, and even more upset that Dutch Bros allows this to happen time and time again when it should be a zero tolerance policy. If you can't be there to open the store then get a different job. Again, I currently work a job like this and have for years - if I did this ONCE I would lose my job. As much as I don't want to, I'm tempted to just go back to Starbucks. At least they actually open when they're supposed to. read more

If I can I would go somewhere else but this one cause exist to stay in line for 30 minutes or more. I was 3rd car in at 5am thinking I'll on my way around 505ish. Ended up being there at 517 no one came out to get my order. They were still talking to the car when I left without ordering. Now I'll be rushed to get to work on time. This is probably the 2n or 3rd time this has happened. So if I were you and wanted dutch go to didifferent one nor this one! read more

Coffee is okay. Nothing that special. Everyone is really friendly and stuff, but the coffee isn't as great as everyone says it is. I'll be back, as long as the line doesn't go all the way into the parking lot of the neighboring store. read more

One of my favorite coffee spots. The staff is always so so so nice, not to mention, cheerful-- a quality I find to be so contagious. It really make a world of a difference each day having this service be part of my day (morning or afternoon). This happy vibe must be a quality/characteristics that is required to work here-- something that should be recognized. You're missing out on a cup of happiness if you don't give it an (espresso) shot. read more

The 3 stars is for service well they really could get a 4/5 they were awesome super nice and personable But I wAs sooooo excited about coming here because I'm California I don't have one close too me so while visiting here I couldn't wait I got my usual go to which was the golden eagle .. yikes it was SO bitter and I was really dissatisfied. My boyfriend usually likes stronger drinks but he thought the same thing . It was gross . His refresher was good though! He was happy with his but we were only there because of me! So I was sad my drink was so bad read more

Their customer service is unique in that they attempt to have a conversation with each of their customers as they wait for their coffee to be created. I had to try each of their flavors to find my favorite, but I did! I highly recommend doing the same! I am a new fan to Dutch Brothers since we moved to the area recently. The drive thru can take a while to get through when they're busy, but it's worth the wait if I have the time. I really like their cotton candy latte and my kids are working their way through the smoothie menu. The employees are friendly, even at 5:30 AM. I look forward to the day they bring their punch cards back (they're on pause right now due to COVID-19). read more

Tiara was an awesome hostess. She made us laugh the moment we got there. She recommended a bunch of different coffees as I didn't like a lot of sugar in my drinks. She recommended a white chocolate chip macadamia nut and it is fantastic. Her charisma and caring this for customers is something that will make me come back time and time again. I urge anybody who wants a great experience to come see her read more

I don't go to Dutch Bros a lot but I did go to try their new Cookie Dough cold brew with sweet cream. It tasted just like a cookie. It was so delicious and would make me go back again and again. The workers were all super nice and very attentive to us. They had a decent line in the drive thru but that didn't stop the workers from giving me a 5 star experience. I would come back here again. read more

Wow! This place is bomb. I'm not gonna lie, Brandy, my fiancé was hyping this place up so I automatically assumed it would underwhelm me. Anyway, we made the drive all the way to south Colorado blvd and I-25 to get a boba from lollicup but it was closed, so we came to Dutch Bro's on 84th for coffee. I saw the line and instantly didn't wanna be there, but we got through the line so fast and Jade took our order in the line like they do at Chick-fil-a. We had no clue what to get so as we're browsing the menu it was so large so we asked Jade what to get. She first asked what type of drink we wanted and then we trusted her recommendations and it was bomb. She then, went onto say, "since it's your first time, your drinks are free." My response was, well then make that a large hahahaha. She said, "you might as well since it's free." To that I responded, then you might as well workout with us for 4 weeks free on my summer promo with Camp Gladiator. Boom! Go check this place out! Brandy called this place Gods gift to earth. 6 out of 5 stars recommend. read more

I love Dutch Bros Coffee. Great price, great coffee, and great sizes (I like when i order a large coffee and it's actually large lol)

Drive through is horrible here in the morning.... I came in trying to get a quick cup of coffee and got stuck in the drive though line for 25 minutes! Never again. Coffee was pretty basic for the wait. Also another review said the chicks liked to flirt. I'm super hot and received no flirts! read more

I love Dutch bro's, but I find it really DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY especially at these times that the person serving the drink pushes the straw in by the tip with their finger gloveless. I don't know when they washed their hands or what they last touched so why are they touching something going in my mouth with their bare finger ??? read more

Awesome coffee drinks. There are so many choices. Highly recommend perusing the menu online before getting in line.

The staff is GREAT!!!! Everyone is always super kind and helpful. Coffee is truly better then SB! But I don't get the ordering process. This is our 3rd time stopping in 2weeks. 14 cars in line this morning, 3 employees walking the line taking orders. With no parked cars in the lot along with no one at the window. We run up to the window for one drink and 11mins later we have a drink??? How is this possible and the 14th car was at the window receiving their drinks. Someone needs to step up and get the super friendly staff better trained!! It shouldn't take 11min at the window for a beverage when we are the only ones at the window! Lets hope they can get it together. read more

I was happily shocked by Dutch Bros! My sister always went in raving about it because she's from Vegas and when I went with four of my friends, they were so helpful! they do not take cash here period! i tried to even tip with cash and was told sorry we can't take your tip.. horrible customer service. we can not allow our world to become cashless.!!!! i was told this after i ordered off course.. the young lady at the window was nice but she got no tip do to there not accepting cash.. read more

I went in excited for my first ever Dutch bros experience and was unfortunately disappointed. I was greeted by friendly employees then I got my drink which was an iced coffee that tasted like 1% coffee 99% cream, I was able to get past that but then I noticed a HAIR inside of my cup. Not on the outside, the inside!!! During a pandemic, very unsanitary!! I was disgusted lucky I got a refund but the workers looked at me like I was crazy when I didn't want to get another drink or they thought I was lying. I wish I was joking. read more

New favorite coffee place. They have so many options and the people are really friendly. I also enjoy the fact they have 2 lanes for the drive thu so they can get your order placed ahead of time so by the time you reach the window your stuff is pretty much ready. I LOVE Dutch! But the last night I went to this location and the barista didn't ask me to add a tip, and instead tipped herself. My order was 3.05 and my bank account shows a 4.05 charge.
