Dutch Brothers is pretty good and I go to this location quite a bit. When Dutch Brother first came to town I would have given them 5 stars, but they haven't been as consistent as they used to be. This time I had the snickerdoodle. It was pretty good but it needed a speck less cinnamon. I do really like the golden eagle and Irish Cream. I will still keep coming back because its significantly better than Starbucks, but I wish they would tighten up their recipes. read more

Literally woke up early to get in line for the shoe charms and it says one per drink and max 5 per person. We got here at 5:10 am and were in like for 30+ minutes which we let go of since we figured it would probably be a wait even though there were only 4 cars ahead of us. Well we order 5 drinks and they don't tell us until after we've paid and got to the window that in store they changed it to 4 max per person and I pointed out there's two of us in the car so we should still get 5 since it's per person, they refused, and when I asked for one of the drinks to be cancelled they refused. It's unfair to have people believe they would get 5 AS PROMISED BY THEIR OWN AD and then go back on that and not even let us cancel a drink that we bought for a charm. On top of it all I got 3 repeats out of 4. I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm never coming out for these events again if they're just going to screw me over like that. read more

Charging extra for a drink with light ice is disgusting. I used to get Dutch Bros before a shift and I'd get it with light ice, so it wouldn't be watered down and disgusting by the end of the shift. Now it ups the cost of my drink from ~$7 to $10? Absolutely not. For a place with subpar coffee there is no reason you should be trying to squeeze every penny out of your customer base. A $10 basic drink is absurd and screams greedy corporation. Truly lost me as a customer today. read more

This is the second time I've been to this Dutch bros - when I ordered a Chai Latte and I'm given a Chai with espresso instead. First time it happened it was an accident in my eyes but the second time this has happened. I can't drink coffee that's why I ordered a chai. This is unacceptable. I recommend going to any location other than this one. They're nice but that doesn't matter if they can't get your order right as well. I came at a busy time and a slow time for these issues - I'm not sure if the person making these drinks are new or if they just don't know that coffee doesn't go in Chai Lattes. Similar to Cali coffee this is a grab and go coffee shop with different hot and cold coffee drinks and their version of energy drinks. I had crème brûlée latter and it was pretty good. This Dutch bros is fantastic at quick service and accuracy. We tried the newest items for fall which are the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée and sweater weather chai with white coffee. Both were incredible! The pumpkin drizzle sauce on top of the caramel pumpkin brûlée was the perfect bonus to start off my morning! Huge props to the team. They are super efficient and this location specializes in keeping the line moving so quickly which is beyond appreciated! read more

My partner and I have been somewhat of regulars here for about two years, and while it's usually great, this mornings experience was just unacceptable. I got a Dutch Bros gift card for Christmas that I was very excited to use. We usually get our coffee between 5 and 6am but for some reason ordering on the app wasn't working. We know they open at 5 so we waited until 5:30 to make sure they had time to open and get things in full swing. Our car also isn't working so we ordered an uber to go get our coffee, only to get there and find a lazily written sign that says "closed due to weather." I'm sorry, what? What weather?? Yesterday it did snow for the first half of the day, but it wasn't that bad and life continued as normal. Schools weren't cancelled, the roads were just fine. It stopped snowing at like noon yesterday. There is literally no reason for them to be closed "due to weather" today, and if I ever did this at my job I would be fired on the spot. This is the second time I have experienced this at this location, and last time there wasn't even a sign or any weather to blame. This place is run by lazy teenagers and Dutch Bros needs to get an actual adult running this store. Also, Mr. Manager (Nick) needs to learn how to talk to people without saying "bro" every other word. He is extremely unprofessional and I'm getting really tired of this location that I go to simply because of vicinity. I'm extremely upset that I wasted money ubering over there, and even more upset that Dutch Bros allows this to happen time and time again when it should be a zero tolerance policy. If you can't be there to open the store then get a different job. Again, I currently work a job like this and have for years - if I did this ONCE I would lose my job. As much as I don't want to, I'm tempted to just go back to Starbucks. At least they actually open when they're supposed to. read more

This is our 3rd time stopping in 2weeks. 14 cars in line this morning, 3 employees walking the line taking orders. With no parked cars in the lot along with no one at the window. We run up to the window for one drink and 11mins later we have a drink??? How is this possible and the 14th car was at the window receiving their drinks. Someone needs to step up and get the super friendly staff better trained!! It shouldn't take 11min at the window for a beverage when we are the only ones at the window! I was greeted by friendly employees then I got my drink which was an iced coffee that tasted like 1% coffee 99% cream, I was able to get past that but then I noticed a HAIR inside of my cup.
