This is our normal go to location because of its proximity to our home. The employees seem friendly enough, but half of the donuts I just picked up were stale. I posted this at the wrong Dunkin Donuts so I'm putting it at this Walmart one where it belongs. I've only been to Dunkin Donuts twice. The kid who works here was all by himself both times I came in. He did communicate that it would take 2-3 minutes to brew and I should step aside and wait. He did Explain the difference between a shot and a swirl. I've visited this Dunkin' before and it was great. Food and coffee were correct. Staff was ok...there are always 1-2 staff whenever I stop. Today, I did a mobile order...and leaving 4 stars because my vanilla swirl wasn't in my frozen coffee. :( I understand being out of something or forgetting to put something in a drink, but I should be told before I pick up my order. I normally do not review businesses but I have never experienced such bad service. I usually do not go to coffee shops because I can not drink coffee, it makes me sick. But sometimes I will pop in and order a chai maybe once a month. Today I felt like having a chai and ordered one. It tastes like it had some sort of coffee flavor in it so I politely informed the employee. He looked at me and said "it's literally chai, dude" (I am a female) and starred at me as if I was going to say "oh I'm so sorry, I mistakenly taste coffee" so I politely told him it wasn't chai and he continued to argue with me about it. He then started talking to his co-worker about the situation in Spanish as if I wasn't there and couldn't understand him, which I did. I wasn't even given the option for a refund. He was so unreasonably argumentative that I just left. I called customer service to see if I can get a refund but reading more about this location, it seems like this is the normal way they treat their customers. Oh well. read more

It's a dunkin donuts in a walmart - so take that for what it's worth... but... They have a large variety of donuts and are still fresh at 11am on a Saturday! Staff is pretty friendly, but tend to spend a bit too much time with the chatty customers when all I wanted was a cup of coffee and a donut! You can find this location thru the right entrance (facing the building from the parking lot). There is a bit of a counter to sit and enjoy your purchase, and the sugar/napkin station is separated to help with traffic flow! read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is located inside of the Walmart store at the right entrance if you are walking in. It's a full service DD so you can definitely get your coffee and donut fix here. The store was very clean, spacious and it has plenty of seating. It wasn't too busy and the staff provided very prompt service. They were very nice too. The only bad part was that they were out of medium coffee cups and they had no large straws. So they served me a medium portion drink in a large cup with a smaller straw :/. Basically, I had to take the lid off to finish my drink which is not ideal. Since that was the only bad part and I'm sure it was a one time fluke, I'll have no problem coming back here if necessary. *This business is gun carry friendly. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER! Every time I have gone to this location there is an issue. The last time the bagel was like rubber they put the cream cheese in a cup?? Today I again got a bagel and this time the bagel was so hard and burned that it almost cracked a tooth!!! What in the world! Sometimes, this place is really good. But if you require whipped cream for an iced coffee, your better off going across town to other Warrenton D&D. It's rather comical that this place will run out of whipped cream for days on end, and their located inside of a Walmart! But all of this has been ongoing for a while. Recently, you'd be lucky to get someone to even be working. I just walked up and saw the "Be right back sign." That's been the case the last 2 times being in Walmart now. Everything tasted great! However, the service was not great. I ordered a dozen donuts and 2 coffees, one with vanilla and one with pumpkin syrup. The girl serving us didn't know which one was which and told me I needed to stir them anyways and to just taste them. They really need to get it together here. This is the second day in a row that they messed up my drink order. I never see the same person there, it seems like they can't keep employees, plus every time I order, someone is being trained on the register so I don't get the right drink exactly. The people are nice, but when the woman handed me my drink she said "Hopefully it's good." That doesn't scream good customer service to me. I was very disappointed, with my first and last visit to this location. I asked for a raisin bagel, they didn't have any. I asked for the new avocado sandwich, they didn't have any avocado. I then asked for a chicken salad sandwich, guess what?!?! They didn't have any chicken salad. I was very shocked and beyond disappointed. This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The staff is pretty friendly but it's their lack of management. I don't think anyone is trained properly at this location. I never seem to get my drink made right and I order the same thing ever time and not one of the employees makes it the same. Also they are usually out of something. It's gotten to the point that before I order I ask if they have cups, lids, straws and whipped cream. I feel bad for a few of the workers I have encountered there because they are usually by themselves and they tell me they have only been there a few days. I can't say I will never go back due to its convenience when I'm shopping but I would much rather drive across town and get my drink from there. read more

The new Dunkin Donuts located on the bypass. Worst service EVER! I ordered a meal that came with hash browns and a coffee (a #4 sausage sandwich). Sounds pretty simple right? Well I get my food promptly and I ask for my coffee. I was told that I didn't get a coffee with my meal and that I would have to re-enter the line to purchase my coffee. Ok fine Whatever. After the four customers in front of me ordered and received their meals, I patiently waited for a black coffee while my hash browns and sausage sandwich became cold. The staff fulfilled other customers order behind me and after about 5 minutes the same manager who took my order, asked me what I was waiting on. Are you serious? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I ordered a combo meal and they charge for each individual item on the menu instead of the combo meal price on the menu. The total is obviously more than the advertised menu directly above their heads.. The "manager" argued I was wrong not the menu. I don't know how long she has been in this country but I don't think she can read. The guy behind me ordered one and had the same argument with her. She claims the owner won't let her give combo meal prices even though they are listed on their menu. What a joke. read more

This is the worst dunkin donuts ever. I usually go there every week because I have to go shopping at Walmart. The store manager has never improved the bad service eventhough it's been reported several times. The staff named Marshall was very rude and nasty. I purchased donuts and beverages with him many times. He always provide very bad service such as let customers wait for so long to recieve the order and pretend to make things slow even when it's not busy at all. He has very bad attitude and always act and say things unproper with customers especialy young female. He's very lazy and never made customers satisfy. I had to be very patient everytime dealing with him. Most of the time I didn't buy things if I saw him being customer service. Last week while I was waiting for the drink from other staff, he pushed the cart to hit my butt on purpose without saying sorry. He is the worst service staff I've ever met in my life.
