Every time I am forced to spend time in a Dunkin store I get shocked by the horrendous music they blast. While dissent generation may appreciate different music styles, the solution should be, no music. Also the Coffee quality is not consistent. Made the mistake of going to the one down the road in Norwood ( a TERRIBLE 0 Star experience) so it prompted me to show some love for this location that I will make sure to never cheat on again. I wasted more gas in the 2 car line in Norwood than I would have driving here. Good people, good food - I'll stick to this one! read more

My donut was soggy and the chocolate was everywhere but on the donut. the hash browns just tasted off, different from other Dunkin's. My drink also tasted off and was a lot less strong than how other locations make it. read more

I'm so glad that this Dunkin' Donuts store is located in the same plaza of my work place. I and the other coworkers come and get our coffee here all the time. We love coming here say hi to the friendly residents who also love spending their time here in the morning. Please stop asking if I want two sandwiches for $5 instead of one! If I ask for one sandwich, it means I did not want two. I visit the store every single morning and order the same exact thing. I am tired of being asked if I want more than I asked for. It is a waste of my time and that of the customers in line behind me. read more

In general, this is the closest Dunkin Donuts with a drive thru to my house without getting onto Route 1 (which can sometime be slightly annoying due to the repetitive traffic all the time). It's located in the 1A Marketplace in Walpole, and even with a long drive thru line, they move at rapid speed from 5am-10pm (the daily hours of the restaurant). The employees are always the same, and they have a great assembly line like format to make the drive thru go accurately and quickly. Receipts are always given to customers (other DD's just throw out the receipts) and the service is always efficient and precise. Sure, every so often that is some sort of hiccup in service, but overall I don't have many issues with this Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru is always consistent and not a place I have to worry about getting the correct order. And also, please do not be one of the hooligans that decides to take a left turn out of the drive thru lane. It clearly says "NO Left Turn" on MANY signs! They also recently got a new speaker, so now clarification of orders is even more clear. 5 stars for Dunkin Donuts, always a pleasure to visit this establishment! read more

Hi! I just left dunkin, and I just wanna say this was the best dunkin i've ever been to. People were so kind and loved what they were doing, especially this guy. I don't know his name, but he was so kind and really made a difference in my night. I know it was just coffee, but all the other dunkins i've been to, the people were grumpy and didn't even stir the coffee to mix the cream and sugar. Anyways, thanks again!! read more

I couldn't agree more with Al T., this is a terrible D&D. Almost every time I've came to this 'restaurant' it has been very difficult to communicate with the employees, and orders take way too long. I've observed other customers encounter the same types of problems here. Most recently I visited on 1/02/2014, the day of a big winter storm. I was there around 8:30 AM, and ordered a medium coffee and a couple wake-up wraps. I waited too long for my wraps, and when the gentleman who ordered after me got his food before, I said something to one of the team members. They were confused, and it seemed like if I hadn't said anything, they wouldn't have even begun the order. I said something to the manager then, and explained my frustration. After I left the store and was on my way to work, I realized that one of the wraps was missing the meat I ordered! So my frustration was warranted. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He said that I could come back to the store and they could make me the correct order. I explained that I couldn't come back because I was at work; and would like my money back when I come in next time. He said OK. I came back in a couple days later and spoke with Fernando, the manager. He offered to have the wrap made correctly. I declined and said I would like my money back, as we discussed. He said he could not do that; apparently against their policy as a Franchise. I re-explained the situation, and yet he was not convinced, saying he wasn't going to open the cash register and just give me cash. What Fernando failed to grasp is that not only was my order INcorrect, if I hadn't said anything to the employees, my order wouldn't have been made! He said that they are a franchise; as if that means they can treat customers however they deem fit. I asked for the Owner's name, he said Chris, but there isn't a way for him to contacted. He had nothing to say about the situation. Horrible business practice, and I won't be giving them my business again. read more

Awful experience. I used to go to this store all the time but I will never go back. I am organizing a walk for breast cancer and we went looking for donations of donuts and hot chocolate. In the past local dunkin' donuts have been very generous for school events especially ones for charity. not the case here. I spoke the same woman 4 times and she kept telling me that she would talk the owner. However every time I went back she would keep saying she would talk to the owner and would tell me to come at a certain time to talk to owner. Every time I went the owner wasn't there and she wouldn't let me leave contact info. It was just a waste of my time and I am disappointed that a local business would try to hard to avoid helping a worthy cause. I would rather they just tell me they can't donate instead of playing games and giving me false home. I am overall disappointed in the management and ethics of this store and I no one else has to go through the pain of dealing with them. read more
