The only thing I would mention is that the parking is a bit tricky. It's all street parking and the recent pile ups of snow doesn't make it any easier to access a parking spot.

I found the shape of the store a little awkward, It's hard to see the menu and the counter is inset so if there are mulitple groups you kind of get in each others way. So the kiosk was welcome. We were thrilled that they come out nice and warm! The apple compote was soo good. The chocolate was nice. the doughnuts were soft and lovely. Enjoyed the cute ducks decor and for sale. And then explain to her that it was unprofessional to let me stand there for 5 minutes well none of them made eye contact with me or acknowledged my existence and let me stand there under the mobile pick up order sign and none of them bothered to tell me mobile pickups were on the other side . As a retail manager myself who runs an operation much larger than this I can honestly say that that type of customer service was severely lacking . These kids really need to be trained better .
