Fatine humbly informed me "Bibi would be happy to know this bakery has her name". My wife and I stopped here on a weekend and enjoyed a few treats and iced coffees. Fatine told me the coffee is roasted by a close friend of hers, who comes from Florida to roast. She feels that like most everything at Bibi, this Florida connection is serendipitous. I also got a couple of pain au chocolat for my neighbors' kids; they were devoured as soon as I handed them to the young boys!
