When it's a cookie emergency I check the crumbl app. Love that it sends you a link to Track so I can use their app and not a food app like other restaurants. Just wish they would stick to cookies as the cakes are great but they aren't cookies and then you have limited cookie options. Really are good cookies. 4.99 for a large, but size is twice as large than other cookie spots. The decadent flavors , options really are unique and the options appear to change weekly or by season. My friends and I decided to share a couple treats during our bible study. We had their cinnamon toast crunch cookie as well as their strawberry shortcake. The cinnamon toast crunch cookie is INSANELY good. It is sweet, but despite that, you still get the cinnamon flavor. It sort of reminded me of eating a solid version of the leftover milk after eating cinnamon toast crunch cereal. The strawberry shortcake was not my favorite. I did like the strawberry filling but the frosting and cake were too sweet. I prefer the whipped cream frosting, but this seemed to have your traditional sweet frosting. This crumbl is in a good location, around other good businesses and since it's in a plaza, there is plenty of parking. I find these cookies to be expensive but apparently there's 4 serving sizes in one so if you look at it that way, it's no so bad for 4 cookies in 1. read more

I tried the peach pie !!! So yummy I came here with family after dinner and it's in a great location. I believe it's still fairly new to the area so it was great to see . I went into the store and the smells were amazing . I suggest ordering online . Thanks to a fellow customer who suggested this. I was able to order online and skipped having to wait in line because they prioritize online orders . Again the peach cookie was amazing . I will for sure come back ! Awful service for a brand NEW location! This is what happens when a huge company just gets bigger and bigger they care about their money and products but not their customers. And their customers are what keeps them In business. We walked in on a Saturday evening and nobody was there to help. They cared more about their online orders first. This Dedham location is clean n wide open, you can see everything. They are BUSY!!!! I have only been in 3 times, each time a constant flow of people coming in, waiting n going out. Their cookies are a little pricey $5 for 1 (your best deal 4 large for $16). Anyway, you get what you pay for. If you want cheaper make them yourself, if you want a decadent moist luxurious cookie you will pay. I consider Crumble Cookie a treat, not something I want to eat all the time. Large cookie has 800 calories in it, 200 per serving. Mini cookie has 200 calories as well. When they sold out of the big cookie AFTER I had paid for it, they instead gave me three mini cookies, only adding up to 600 calories. In conclusion, i paid full price only to receive 75% of my food. The lady giving us the food wouldn't have even told us about the inconvenience unless we had asked. Maybe they should be more prepared and not steal my money. Also, their store is ugly. Bad lighting bad floor bad everything. And they also leave the cookies lying around and don't make sure the CORRECT person receives their cookies. The same box was brought in and out three times while we were there. Poor attention. read more

Visited the Dedham store today, first time ever in any Crumbl store. I was very impressed with how clean and wide open everything was. The customers can see everything happening with the cookies. I brought a six pack tasted all the cookies for this week and they were delicious!! Highly recommend this location. Will be visiting again. Hopefully I'll get a cookie cutter next time, I didn't see any in the store. read more

Stood at counter and was completely ignored. Wanted to place order since the one self serve was being used. After being ignored the person finished up placing order so I could place mine. No one is manning the cash desk. Completely unacceptable. They saw me too but were too busy filling orders . Shame on management. read more

I agree with other customers regarding service. It's lackadaisical and they don't acknowledge you when busy. I stood in front of the register over 10 minutes waiting to order without a word. The previous time I was given he wrong cookies as well as forgetting specific toppings to the cookies. The thing I dislike most is tht hey have the music BLARING through the overhead speakers so you have to raise your voice to talk. I second guessed eating the cookies I ordered after I took a look around...clumps of cookies embedded into the floor and the register, the kitchen was a disaster with crumbs and debris everywhere. I went in to the store this morning. There was one customer waiting for her order and me. There were three employees working - so I waited ..... After 5 plus minutes on of the workers looked at me , turned her back and deeper into the kitchen. Not one person acknowledged that I was there , never said " I'll be right there".
