Rude service first thing in the morning. Got a croissant with bacon, pumpkin spiced latte HOT....the sandwich was cold and hard was given attitude when asked to warm it up..... My sister's drink was made wrong.....no biggie they added the whip cream to the top. Sandwich came out it was hot, barely could eat it without getting 3rd degree burns in my mouth. 3 times I have come to this location, and 3 times they have got my order wrong! Most recently, I ordered the 2 wake-up wraps (turkey sausage egg and cheese and sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese) and medium iced coffee deal along with a coffee cake muffin. What did I get? One wake-up wrap, the medium iced coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese SANDWICH, no muffin! Another time, no snacking bacon that I ordered, and the time before that, they put dairy in my iced coffee when I specifically ordered black (which was on the label they places on it). I feel like this about it: one time is a mistake, twice is on me because I should have checked before driving off because of the first mistake, 3 times and I'm done. This location has been renovated and they seemed to have revamped the staff as well. I stop in from time to time for a hot matcha tea latte (with oat milk) and avocado toast. Team members are polite even when they are busy. Also the restaurant is well maintained. Dunkin has the edge on its competitor next door by offering not only boxed coffee but hot chocolate to go! I didn't ride my bike with the crew today but I was able to offer them some relief from the 30° temps. read more

I love coming here, they have a drive thru and it's right off of Crain. I will say I have a love hate relationship with this one :-) On a Monday they will get my order perfect. The next day I can order the same exact thing and it's wrong or my coffee is weak or luke warm. The customer service is awesome! If and when I have an issue they quickly solve it by replacing it or getting a refund. One time they even made another fresh coffee for me because the coffee was weak. Lady cashier becomes visibly and unprofessionally agitated when customer observed her both 1) counting money 2) working register 3) & picking up a donut - all with the same gloved hand 4) and topping a cup of coffee. Customer requested if she could prepare another donut and top coffee with a fresh, clean glove NOT being used to touch register or money and employee became disgruntled. How unsanitary was this???? I'm over it! I stopped going here about a year ago when I found a nice amount of hair spread in my cream cheese. Listen, I get it...its a food establishment so some things are bound to happen. But this week I decided that I wanted a bagel and due to convenience, I went back to this location. Remembering my last experience I knew to check my bagel/cream cheese...and I'm glad I did. This time a long strand of hair was in the packaging on the bagel itself. I haven't gone inside to see if hair nets are being worn, but everyone should wear them! The customer service was proficient, and amazing and hats off to Avery who took my order and was patient with me. She was also nice at the window. My donuts we hot and fresh and I got in and out of drive through in less than a minute in a half of course I got there when they opened to get the freshest possible donuts. I am diabetic and will take more insulin just to indulge enough to hit my sweet tooth. If you get them fresh they last for days in the box and only need 10 seconds in the microwave after that point.....there's not throwing these away and they beat Dunkin' doughnuts everyday! read more

This is our third time here, the first in the drive through and had to wait a long time for our order and the guy working drive through doesn't know what a chocolate cake donut is so he keeps bringing them to the window till he gets it correct and it was stale. Second visit inside and people who did the order online are waiting over 10 minutes to get their order before they take my order and it takes another 10 minutes for 1 large unsweet tea, and it was bitter so i got my money back. Today at the drive through 1 large iced coffee cream and caramel, and 1 large unsweet tea, we spend 10 minutes in the drive through and get a watery nasty iced coffee and a bitter very stale sitting for a while tea both thrown out before the halfway mark will not be going back here anytime soon because they do not care either about complaints or customers read more

Stopped here on my way to church to grab me something to eat. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich , got in Cheltenham Md which is about 10 min away from Dunkin Donuts took one bite and realized that the sausage was under cooked. I called the store and asked for a manager only to be put on hold for 7min and 32 seconds, as I was on hold I could hear all the conversations going on that had absolutely nothing to do with the operations of the store. Needless to say after holding on for so long I was forced to hang up, I tried to call back but of course I got a bizzy signal twice and to add insult to injury they didn't give Me a receipt. It all started in the drive through. We ordered a small strawberry coolada, a large coffee and 10 waffle cones. The woman (an Indian woman named Cupah) kept saying 3 cones. When we got to the window there was another woman taking the payment. We explained that we want 10 waffle cones. She added them and we paid something around $16. We were told to pull up to the side and wait for the cones. When the woman came out she said that the Indian woman who took the order (assuming she's a manager) wanted to see our receipt because she did not believe that we paid for the waffle cones. At first hesitated but then obliged. When the young lady cane back she had chocolate covered cones and asked was that okay. Already upset about basically being accused of trying to steal waffle cones we asked for a refund of all the items. Shortly after a male manager or owner came out and asked how much money did we want back. ALL OF IT! He came out a final time and told us that he had charged the card again instead of refunding it. So he did a refund twice. NEVER AGAIN! We went to the Dunkin Donuts down the road and got way better service! read more

I love this place. I come in here and he other Waldorf location always daily to get my iced tea. $0.99 for any size. Can't beat that. The people are so friendly here. They know me so well that I can walk in and without saying a word, either Joseph or Jesus would just hand me the iced tea. lol. Haven't really tried the food yet. We've now stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts twice on the way to my parent's house from DC, and we've left unimpressed both times. The last time we went, I was thrilled to order pumpkin donuts, but I was sorely disappointed by the super thin, tiny donuts that I ended up with. In comparison, the pumpkin donut I got from a Dunkin' Donuts in DC this weekend was AMAZING -- nice and plump and well worth the money. They also forgot my Chai tea because most of the people working there were taking care of the drive-through window. Despite there being at least 6 people working on a Saturday morning, it took 10 minutes just to get a Chai tea. In that time, people that came after us received their lattes and hot chocolates, while I was left waiting. Instead of asking me what I was waiting for, the people working would just look sheapish and apologize that the drink they were bringing out wasn't mine. Finally when someone thought to ask the woman that had rung me up what I ordered, she spent a minute staring at me trying to even remember who I was. Finally I just spoke up -- even though no one had asked me, the customer -- and told them. Additionally, we've gotten two different kinds of breakfast sandwiches there now and neither one was very good. I actually would have much preferred an Egg McMuffin from McDonalds to the sausage and egg sandwich I got on this last trip. read more
