Not exactly sure why this location has such a low rating. I was able to order through the app and picked up my order within 5 minutes of placing it. The baristas were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, and the location looked very clean. Full transparency I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can only speak to the Honey Citrus Mint Tea (aka the Medicine Ball), but it tasted great and was exactly what I needed this morning. read more

I love this location. No matter how long the drive thru may appear they move the line efficiently. I always order the same drink: Venti iced white mocha, sweet cream foam, caramel drizzle in the cup and on the top. AMAZING!!! This location is one of two that get my drink precisely made to my tastes! lol The parking area can be a bit of a headache especially when people who do not drive well are present. Nonetheless this location is always clean inside and running smoothly. Great spot to grab a snack and go. read more

Starbucks - Nom nom can wait to try the cranberry bliss bar - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brandywine, Maryland

THEE worst Starbucks location ever!! every time I order a frappe', it's watery. One day I sat and watched them give my order to the person in front of me and I then had to wait on my PRE-ORDERED drinks again. Just ordered a blended lemonade and received a beverage that was half liquid. For the drinks to be so expensive, they shouldn't be a hit or miss. I think I'm done with giving them any more opportunities to disappoint me. read more

I actually go out of my way to come to this location. My drink has only been messed up one time and I've come here a number of times. The service here is always great. The employees are amazing. Every time, they make my drink taste so delicious. I love it. I am not sure how the ratings are so low. Even today, with it being New Year's Eve, and the store, being incredibly understaffed, the employees working are still super nice. When I got to the speaker and inform them that I have a mobile order, they immediately told me that they were running, super behind, and then it might not be ready. Exactly as I get to the window. I can appreciate that level of transparency. This location is way better than a Clinton location, which is freaking terrible. I will drive five minutes. Out of my way to come here anytime. I also like the ambience of the inside. I've only been inside twice, but I like it. read more

Starbucks - Drive-thru on NYE - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brandywine, Maryland

I am soooo not a Starbucks kinda girl. I don't drink coffee, not a fan of their hot chocolate and I'm extremely selective about the hot tea I will drink. With that being said, I came in for a meeting and thought I should order something. I remembered my sister's go-to, the Medicine Ball. I ordered it and I've been a fan every since! This particular location has a drive-thru and it's usually pretty busy, BUT you wouldn't know that by the staff. They're extremely polite and friendly and patient with the customers. Especially a customer like me, someone who doesn't know the difference between a Venti, Grande and what ever the other size is. Beyond the excellent customer service, their playlist is FIRE! This was my second meeting at this location and both times, the music had me singing along and zoning out a bit from what I was supposed to be doing. Ha! To top it off, they made the BEST Medicine Ball tea I've had! Kudos to this staff for their customer service and barista skills! read more

I have no idea why my neighborhood Starbucks has such a low rating. I come here often and have no issues with the way they maintain the facility. This location is close to Joint Base Andrews so they are military friendly. A few tables outside for those perfect weather days & plenty of indoor seating & long tables for socially distancing. You can have conversations inside because the music isn't obnoxiously loud Ike many other locations. Finally, the staff are professionals who maintain eye contact while ensuring you're pleased with your order. Come for Starbucks offerings and a nice selection of seasonal cups and coffee beans. Pack your patience if you use the drive thru at peak times. read more

This used to be the spot for morning coffee now it's dog water! How disappointing! The staff is friendly though.

Friendly service. Helpful with ordering preferences. My go to when I want Starbucks. I do find wait times here a bit long. read more

Starbucks - Latte with caramel crunch and a caramel ribbon crunch frapp - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brandywine, Maryland

This is the last straw to break the camel's back for me! I placed a mobile order. Now before I get into what my order was, I'd like to express the reasons I use mobile ordering listed by importance: 1) order accuracy, 2) time efficiency and 3) loyalty programs. Ok, now that that's out of the way! Back to what I was saying...I placed a mobile order with this particular location. Got there in the approximate time it said it would be ready. Go inside, didn't see my drink but the Holy Spirit told me to look at the ready drinks. See my name and I'm floored. I ordered a grande ICED soy 5 pump vanilla latte. But instead I received a HOT soy 5 pump vanilla latte. BLOWN DOT COM! That was such an amateur move...like if Starbucks was in some type of Olympic event, they would have lost off the bat. My issue: your drinks cost wayyyy to much to @&$? up! How can you expect customers to have faith in your brand??? Your mobile ordering proved that it was an accurate or time sensitive experience. Instead it made me late to have to wait for an already busy barista to remake my drink and by this time, I had little to no faith in receiving what I actually paid for. Starbucks while you might have saturated the market with your stores, it doesn't mean that offer valuable experiences. At least not how you used to 15 years ago. I can be just as happy with a cup of coffee from SevenEleven these day! #YallLosingLongTimeLoyalCustomersEveryday read more

Starbucks - Ordered an ICED drink via mobile app, but the barista made an executive decision to make it hot! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brandywine, Maryland

So I normally frequent this location only because of the location. In addition to them having a drive thru. The young lady that took my order was very nice. I didn't have to wait in line too long. I ordered a basic caramel frap. I haven't had one in a while and I wish I didn't get it :-( It tasted like frozen coffee beans with a little caramel. I'll stick with my hot coffees. Not very good! The inconsistency of my drinks make me go to different locations or just go to Dunkin'. read more

Great news! Starbucks ALMOST got my order right today. This is a stride in the right direction believe it or not. It's good wholesome fun listening to the employees complain about what others in the drive through are ordering as well. Guess the consumer shouldn't be picky.. it's only a 7 dollar beverage. What are you doing, Starbucks? Just an added bonus.. parking is a joke. Good luck if you need to come in because the drive through line extends into the highway. read more

I want to recognize the quality service this store gives on a daily basis, I come here almost every day and the staff is awesome and my coffee is always hot. This my local Starbucks. I have always had a positive experience with the orders as well as the staff. HOWEVER, the music is so loud one might as well be in a club! It is so loud that costumers and staff have difficulty hearing one another. Order mistakes are made and order ready calls are missed. Customers have difficulty holding conversations doe to the volume. This makes an unpleasant place to hang out with a friend or spend time on a computer while enjoying a coffee.I have mentioned this to the staff a couple of times but there has been no change in the volume then nor in subsequent visits. I've spoken with other customers who are equally put off by the volume. I hope this store hears my message in the positive light intended....turn the music down...a lot! read more

I've gone back and forth on what to rate this Starbucks. I've started placing my mobile orders when I'm 15 mins or more away and when I get there, my drink is still not ready. I walked in the other day and there was a guy passing out food/drinks. I politely asked if my mobile order was ready and his response was "I don't work on the bar." Ummm sir, you work at Starbucks, you could've easily read the name on the drinks that were ready or checked with someone regarding the status of my drinks. Overall, customer service is not that great at this location and the drinks are more of a miss than a hit. Now there is one young lady that greets you when you walk in and provides excellent customer service...can't say the same for the other baristas. read more

Great service and the food is always hot. This location is Always my go to for a quick coffee pickup.

I'm visiting from another state. I popped into this Brandywine location and went inside. Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my coffee, but they attempted to give me a smaller size! When I let the guy know it was incorrect he looked at me as if I had a problem! I had to remind him that he took my order, didn't ask for my name or give me a receipt. I finally got my order from an unfriendly server with not so much as a have a good day. I don't recommend this location unless you want to wait for bad service. read more

Craziest thing ever, if I order at this Starbucks before 2 or 3 pm, I receive the best service, attitudes, and coffee Anything after that time, I get crap service and coffee. I order the same drink each time...Hot Americano with Extra Caramel, what I received today was a ice cold foamy thing I only gave three stars for the early crew and it wouldn't be fair to them read more

My autistic son was completely ignored when picking up a rather large order. Stay away!!! The food will end up with the dogs it's cold!

Let me start by saying 1 star is generous. I wouldn't even give them that if it was an option. I have gone 4 times and every time has left a bad taste in my mouth. The first time, my order was extremely slow. I just assumed they are short-staffed, I let it slide. The second, the complete mess up my order and they were still extremely slow. I didn't even feel like going back I just have my drink away. The third time was worse, my friend and I decided that we wanted to go somewhere else to study and we were there for 30 or 40 min before we were basically chased out because the staff was loud and rude. They were obviously trying to make us uncomfortable, because we're were there 2hrs before closing..... So we left, I have never been to a Starbucks so horrible, I have never hated it before. My question is, was any type of training given to them? Ooooooor you just gave them the recipes and let them have at it??? To be honest, they don't even get the recipes right. Word to the wise about this location , be very diligent and deliberate to taste your drink before you leave. Ordered a medicine ball today and when I tasted the drink it was missing the lemonade that is one of the primary ingredients of the drink. Never did the person taking the order say they were out of the lemonade. Doing do would have made me make another choice. I trusted Starbucks, that's why I spend almost $4 for a tea. Now that trust has been tainted, at least for this location. Yes I did call back and was told that they do have the lemonade. The manager suggested I return and they would remake the drink, however by the time I realized the drink was horrid I had travel a long distance away. Those of you who know this location can realize that usually you don't live next door and the drink is usually too hot to sip right away. If you use this location beware. I won't be going there anymore. read more

Today the service was great! The young lady at register with locks and the other young lady with blond hair on bar were delightfully, efficient, and accommodating. I love Starbucks!! I was excited to have one open that is bigger than the one in Clinton. However, I have given this location multiple chances too many at that. Every time I go there I have to wait more than 10 minutes. In my first experience, I went 2 hours before closing to do some homework and they were doing closing duties which is fine. The staff was being very loud and disrespectful, I felt as though I being rushed and was not wanted there. The last time I went I requested a drink with Almond milk, I waited 45 minutes for the young lady to ask me if I wanted to use another milk because they were all out. The location does not seem that busy for them to take so long on the drinks. I'd rather take my business back to Dunkin Donuts. read more

It is 626pm. I was in line for nearly 20 minutes. Once we finally pulled up to the machine to order , it was saying that they are closed... Really??? I thought the place closed at 8pm and even if it's closed we were in line for more than 2.0 minutes. Services there is slow and we have to pay the price by sitting there to finally hear that it's closed! Just a shame but anyway! I should maybe go to another Starbucks then! read more

As someone who use to work here, this establishment is absolutely horrible. The store manager lets supervisor curse people out while their working and the the district manager doesn't do his job. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I have given them several chances, mainly because they are on my route to work. But on several occasions they either don't have the ingredients for the drink I want; they completely mess up my order; they're randomly closed; or the service is slow. I am getting tired of the free drinks and gift cards. I just want better service. Sad to say I'm never coming back. read more

First I would like to say my wife and I have gone numerous times since the opening to try to give them some time to get everything together and it still is not right! The last three times specifically our drinks were both made wrong compared to drinks we've had at the Waldorf and Laplata Starbucks. I order a grande Carmel frap and my wife orders a grande Mocha with hazelnut made with almond milk. Pretty simple right? But for some reason they keep screwing the drinks up. It's a shame because this is a great location and we waited months for the opening. Too bad- read more

This Starbucks location is terrible. One of the worst I've been too. The staff is always friendly, but there is just no care or standard for our coffee. My order is always wrong and inconsistent. I only order a caramel frap. When I go to grab my frap it never has caramel. And the staff has to know better because each time it happens the response is "why would they do that knowing a Caramel frappe comes with Caramel". I've concluded that they just don't care. Second, my caramel frappe always taste like sweetened milk, with absolutely no ice, no ice chips, nothing. Aren't frappes supposed to be a little icy? And lastly, they're always out of everything. A lot of times they're out of the Frappes, they're out of danishes. The list of problems goes on and on at this location. Let's do better Starbucks. read more
