Great SB location & customer service!! I'm not sure why this location is rated so low. The customer service and drinks that I've had here have been excellent. The ladies here are so professional and make it an effort to greet you every time you visit. I like the added touch and shout to them for that. It really makes a difference. Also, I'm not sure about others, but I have not had a bad experience here. I even gave it a couple of visits before writing this review, just to make sure things were on par with previous visits and that the service and quality of food/drinks were consist with the last visit as well. No issues here. Everything has been on point. By the way, the Americano's have been the best here! It's so dark rich and flavorful. Try for yourself and thank me later. As for this particular location, it can get very busy, especially during the mornings and weekends but the staff here work very hard at keeping orders and the lines moving quick. The vibe is very chill with several tables and chairs for inside and outside seating. There is also a drive-through available for easy ordering and pickup. Truth be told, this SP location is one of the better if not best locations in the surrounding Clinton/Fort Washington area!...imho. Trust me, I've been to them all and can't say they are better. Kudos to the staff here. Keep up the great work and vibes ladies! I walk out with a smile every time. :) This SB location will be on rotation....thats for sure!

Today I stopped here for my lunch break. I was greeted by staff and management. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The Barista's were very attentive and nice. The manager Zay took my order and she even asked how I was doing. That was a plus. I told her I was extremely tired and she joked with me about it which was great because it gave me a little boost. She made sure my drink was actually how I needed it because we both didn't need me tired at work lol. The staff worked non stop but very smoothly. It wasn't chaotic just well managed and organized. This location was very clean even with all of the foot traffic from the snow there was someone to make sure the floors were cleaned and dry. I'm happy I stopped at this location this morning. I needed bright faces, positive attitudes and I got just that!!! Thank you to the staff I encountered today!!

My first time being at this Starbucks location. This is by far the worst I've been to in MD and across the country. I've been to several over the years, too. The customer service is terrible. Everyone here acts like they hate working here. That alone makes this a place I don't ever wish to come back to. The cashier who is also doing the warm food items didn't say hello before taking my order and I had to say "good morning, how are you" as customary for me when I encounter rudeness at the offset. No response. Yeah, I am good on this place.

I ordered a Grande Iced Coffee with four pumps of white mocha and add sweet cream! When I pulled up to the window they gave me my drink but in a HOT CUP. I know I said ICED COFFEE AND THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER REPEATED IT CORRECTLY!! So imagine the confusion on my face, when I receive a hot drink. So I tell them and they take it back and give my iced drink less than 15 seconds. They dumped my hot Coffee into a cup or ice which melted all my ice and now my drink doesn't taste the same and nor is it cold. Starbucks please do better because that's just simply lazy AF!!!!!!! This sucks because this is the closest driving thru location near me smh

Drive-thru and mobil order pick-up only. They posted a note on their front door saying that they are short-staffed. Service is very slow.

First Fridays are clearly a big deal there because the place was packed, the Gogo band was good, and the atmosphere was fun. I ended up sitting at the bar instead of getting a table and ordered a drink for myself, a drink for my cousin, and some shrimp. The food and drinks were actually good, so I can definitely see why people like coming here. What frustrated me was the pricing and gratuity situation. After looking at the menu, I saw it mentioned a 20% gratuity for parties of four or more, so I didn't think that applied to me since I was sitting at the bar with no table. I even asked the waitress if I could order food at the bar and she said yes, but nobody explained there would still be an automatic gratuity added. The drinks were $12 each and the bang bang shrimp were $13, so I was confused when my total came out to almost $50 and not realizing I added additional to the tip. I had to ask for the receipt multiple times before I finally saw the gratuity charge unbeknownst to me. I think the restaurant/menu needs to be a lot more upfront and clear about when gratuity is automatically added... and that's whether it's for First Fridays, live bands, bar service, or anything else. Being surprised by service fees, automatic gratuity or any hidden fee not clearly mentioned, for me, can leave a bad impression even when the food and atmosphere are good. As a small business, there are already stereotypes and complaints people make about hidden fees and pricing, and situations like this unfortunately don't help that narrative. With that said, I still plan to come back because I genuinely enjoyed the music, food, and overall vibe. I just wish the pricing and gratuity policies were communicated more clearly from the beginning... especially in this economy!

In the attached pics, it's a large piece of skin that came out of the small container of greens and a picture of what was left once it was removed. That's it. That's the review. Smh

I frequent M&H often, but this was by far the worst experience I've had, especially considering the price point. Had I not been rushing, already home and between meetings, I would have returned the entire order.

My order is usually very simple (just oat milk and whipped cream), so it's been a little disappointing to run into repeated mistakes. As someone who worked as a barista for about five years, I completely understand how busy coffee shops can get and how stressful it can be when teams are understaffed. I know firsthand how many orders come through during a shift. That said, consistency and accuracy with drinks--especially mobile orders--really make a difference in the customer experience. When people order ahead, they're usually hoping the order will be ready and correct when they arrive. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that this location can improve the consistency of their orders, because Dunkin' is usually a reliable stop and I'd love to have a better experience here in the future.

Loud, loud, and wrong. I placed a mobile order and pulled into the drive-through. While waiting, I could clearly see inside. A woman with multicolored or ombré hair and long acrylic nails was handling my food with no gloves on. I watched her pick up my wake up wrap with her bare hands, put it on the tray, then scratch her neck with that same hand and continue touching food and other items. Watching someone touch their bare skin and then handle multiple food items was nasty, plain and simple. They were also out of items I ordered and tried to substitute after the fact. When I asked for my food to be remade because of what I saw, a woman with dark hair wearing a varsity or letterman style jacket came over, argued with me, then closed and triple locked the window like I was some kind of threat. All I did was ask for safe food handling and a manager. To make things worse, the iced coffee they handed me was leaking all over my lap because the cup was cracked. While I was using voice to text to tell a friend what was happening, a younger man with dark hair aggressively came to the window accusing me of recording. I was not recording and there was no evidence that I was. I am not that type of person, especially in 2026 when recording people can seriously impact their lives. That did not stop him from escalating the situation. He kept yelling and eventually said, "You're not getting any food. If you want a refund you can contact customer service. We're not giving you a refund. We're not giving you any food." At that point, I began to record, sure still to obscure his face, but to ensure folks could be held accountable and I could get a refund for items not received. He kept yelling aggressively and put his hand up as if to say "talk to the hand." Boy, don't play with me. No manager would come to the window. No refund was offered. No accountability at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have previously applauded this location. But this visit was unsanitary, aggressive, and full of terrible customer service. I left with no food, a soaked lap, a cup holder full of coffee I never even tasted and zero resolution. I will not be back.

Poor Service and Inconsistent Hours I am beyond frustrated…read morewith the service at this location. Although the sign clearly states they are open until midnight, the doors are being locked early. Tonight, at 10:41 PM, I watched as families were turned away at the door while customers inside were told to leave while still eating. This isn't my first issue here. On a previous visit, I was given the wrong order and overcharged. I tried to be patient and just swapped the food without asking for my change back, but the rude treatment of customers today is the last straw. It is clear why there are so many outbursts at the counter; the staff is inconsiderate and the management is inconsistent. Unprofessional and rude behavior by the manager at this location. I tried to redeem my birthday…read morereward this morning. I wanted to purchase a coffee. The cashier advised that I was not able to redeem the birthday reward for the coffee. Before attempting to use it, I already read what was eligible and figured the cashier was not aware. I tried to show her the app and she was dismissive. I requested to speak to a manager. When he came to speak on the manner, he never acknowledged me. He immediately had an attitude and instead of listening to my concern, he was just as bad as the cashier, he never even tried to discuss the issue with me in a professional manner. I requested the contact information of the store manager. Initially he told me that he was the store manager. He then gave me another name. I requested the business card. He told me there was no business card. I then asked him to write down the name. Instead of honoring my request, he asked me to leave the drive thru. I requested the information several times. He then wrote the name down and threatened to contact the police. I felt was unnecessary. For someone who patronized this location.. almost every morning, I did not feel like a valued customer. I was able to finally use my reward at a different location. This managers needs to learn how to properly deal with customers.
