Poor Service and Inconsistent Hours I am beyond frustrated with the service at this location. Although the sign clearly states they are open until midnight, the doors are being locked early. Tonight, at 10:41 PM, I watched as families were turned away at the door while customers inside were told to leave while still eating. This isn't my first issue here. On a previous visit, I was given the wrong order and overcharged. I tried to be patient and just swapped the food without asking for my change back, but the rude treatment of customers today is the last straw. It is clear why there are so many outbursts at the counter; the staff is inconsiderate and the management is inconsistent. Had a great order and eat-in experience! The service crew was cheerful and I could sense a team working together during the lunch rush. Sure, the drive thru was busy but I was happy to come inside and sit down for a change. The inside was clean the tables clean and the beverage station was clean. One team member was patient and mentoring as he showed another team member how to process an eat-in McDonalds APP rewards order. This place is at a major intersection with ample parking with easy in and out access. Worst McDonald's to be built, two times now I've gone to order food and both times been told I can't get said food I paid for and used points for. First time they didn't have fries and mocked me with mimicking a crying baby going Wa Wa Wa, when I asked if they were giving me my money back and today 4/18/25 their system changed from lunch to breakfast so my order wasn't going to be given to me. I come to this location bc it's the closest to my house but after my last two experiences maybe I'll just stop eating at McDonalds. The customer service at this location is horrible and no matter what time of day you come there is a 20 minute wait at the drive thru. How is it a 20 minute wait at 2 in the morning?! Last weekend I came around 2am and the lady working the window either forgot her mic was on or just didnt care. She could be heard saying she didnt care about how many people were in line bc her shift was over and she was leaving. This morning I ordered a sausage with cheese mcgriddle (no egg) and the people on the other end of the mic could be heard saying "oh we ain't doing all that. That's extra." How is me knowing I have an allergic reaction to the McDonalds egg and asking that it not be on my food being extra? Someone should look into how this staff behaves and the drive thru wait times. read more

My sister & I went to this Mcdonalds today through the drive thru & ordered several drinks and two meals . When we got home it wasn't until my sister was halfway through her drink did she say "this soda taste kind of funny" & decided to open it up and take a look ... it was disgusting . The pictures attached shows I'm not for certain what floating around in it . Mind you , my sister is pregnant . We have no clue what she just put in her body . What if she gets sick ? Why would you advertise that your drive-through is open 24 hours a day when every time I come here at 2:30 or 3 o'clock in the morning since I work at night just to get told hold on for somebody to never come back in 10 minutes. And then when you drive-by the person that's working at night is standing there talking on a cell phone playing with a stack of cups.Piss poor service. Location is nice and clean since it is newly rebuilt. Customer service is subpar, nothing too special. I've gotten iced coffee here twice. First time was perfectly made! Second time, the iced coffee came out as if they poured hot coffee into a cup of ice in which all the ice melted and the color was watery brown. I've gotten iced coffee from McD for years and never had I seen it like this. The watered down coffee tasted like syruppy water, not good! I get to the window at he drive thru the orders was messed up. There was a lady that came straightened it out. She was very polite. She wore a white shirt black cardigan. I get to the next window to receive my food and the food was cold. It was just sitting at the window while the cashier was serving other customers. I wouldn't normally bother to review McDonalds but I find the manager at this particular location to be very hands on. She stays on top of cleanliness, makes sure the kids bring food to the tables. She really makes the effort and I've never heard her be unkind as someone mentions in another review. I would say something if she was. I've been here several times with my grandson and everyone is polite and puts out effort. We always eat in so I don't know about the drive through. The one or two times I passed through it was the middle of the weekday so of course, no line. read more

I went to McDonald's with my mom just now. The customer service was so POOR! They messed up our order and kept on trying let us pay extra for a order we didn't order. The people at the register does not even know how to give the right amount of change and uses there cellphone to do that math. I wish I could rate it ZERO STARS. This food was a total waste of my money and the time I spent. This location is 24 hours, it was after 1am and I was totally disappointed with my food. My fries was cold,and the 2 McChicken sandwiches were just a shame. It was clear they were short staffed and the quality of the food showed that. The staff did NOT give a shit about my food, 1 of my sandwiches was wrong and the bread was rock HARD. I know good and well they'd never eat the food they served me. The line and wait was long, and with it being drive thru early there was no turning back around and complaining about my meal. I'd like another meal or my damn money back. We all have a job to do but to just not care about the quality of food you serve is just upsetting. Although I couldn't see all the staff I saw all females and they were young, I'm willing to bet 20's, I'm sure they have bills and kids at home, so I hope and pray they will reconsider the next time before they half ass make any other food in the fast food energy. The problem that I have with this McDonald's is a more then 3 feet deep pot hole in the drive-thru. It has been there over a month, and it's only getting worse. Manager says, because that don't own the business, they personally can't do anything about it. The owners were notified, but have not done one thing about it. Excellent renovation and very Retro/Modern, the best looking McDonald's I have seen in Prince George's County. Has computers for the kids (one was not working on the day I was there) and books. HOWEVER, the Manager and Staff are very loud when there are a few customers in the Dining Area, the Manager was fussing and complaining to the employees, the employees responding with fussing. very loud exchanges that should not be made at the front of the store during business hours. This is supposed to be a family oriented place to sit down and eat and relax with a meal. Instead you constantly have rude disrespectful customers coming up n disrespecting the employees. The meat that goes on your sandwiches are all under cook before they remove from the grill and place in the containers to supposedly be held for 3O minutes . All the oil that they fry your food in is never change just drain to be clean but the residue from the food that constantly goes in the oil is still there.
