I rarely get anything from the salad bar, but it looks pretty well kept and I often seeing the food being replenished and the perimeter being wiped down. They also have a nice little wine bar/cafe as well as ample outdoor seating for anyone that wanted to eat, drink and hangout. There was a time pre-Covid when I would order a glass bubbles and shop around with it for the novelty alone (but not sure if they still offer the pours to-go while shopping.)
