As a Black woman, I felt that Issac was empowered to shut me down and dismiss my presence, perpetuating a pattern where Black women are not supported or acknowledged. Despite the manager's efforts, the lack of accountability and the discriminatory treatment I experienced made me feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to this establishment.
