Ordered a powdered donut and this is all the powdered sugar they gave me...? Is there a shortage on powdered sugar that I'm unaware of?

Duck Donuts? Dark dingy Duck Donuts! The variety is great. The donuts are cooked hot for your order. The server was quick to greet customers and moved purposefully between taking and filling orders. Unfortunately, the ample eat-in space needed brightening or better lighting. Also, I could taste the oil that the donut was fried in. Perhaps it needed changing? If you're in the neighborhood and if you have a coupon then try it. Otherwise, this isn't the best experience I've had at Duck Donuts.

This place smelled amazing and the staff was super nice and full of energy! I can still smell it as I lay in bed typing this review and the Donuts. OMGggggggggg the donuts were so so so so so so so so good . Get there asap.

Do you love ducks? No? Who cares. They have donuts and they're awesome. Seriously though, they make em fresh to order and they're this thick, chewy batter that... damn, now I want some! Service is fast, unless you have the bad luck of ordering after me. I take my time! I highly recommend ordering at least a dozen and bringing it to friends where you can slice and dice and try a bite of each. You'll be #1 at the party, guaranteed, or your ducking money back.

This place is Get a half dozen assorted, pick your favorite flavors. That's what I did. Most of them were 4.2/5.0 but the peanut was 3.0/5.0 and the blueberry was 4.6/5.0 and my personal favorite, cinnamon bun and s'mores were a 4.9/5.0. The lady who helped us was great as well. She really was a little too good to be honest. Very helpful with suggestions and had our order ready in 2 minutes. Also I'm a Jeep owner and there's a million little ducks that decorate the place. Also they are for sale too! So I bought 3 of them to duck others with. Fun times.

The service at Duck Donuts was insanely good. They were SO kind and went out of their way to explain the flavors and shop to us since we have never been before. It was cute inside with lots of ducks and signage everywhere. We got a half dozen donuts for $12.50 and two breakfast sandwiches- one on a donut and one on a bagel. The one on the donut was very much worth it. Super flavorful and sweet and savory. The bagel one was fine and can be skipped. We like the maple bacon donut the most and the others were fine, but definitely not as good. They were made hot and fresh in front of us and overall it was a good experience.

Ruse and grind for all of this deliciousness. What an adventure to come here and see the variety donuts. I love love love this place!! Who knew a donut could be soooo fun lol It was very quiet inside. We missed the rush which was good. The service was amazing

If you enjoy cake donuts then duck donuts is the best option for donuts. There are a ton of varieties to choose from. The donuts are warm and fresh. It does take a few minutes for your donuts to be made so make sure you are not in a hurry to pick up your sweet treat. I like that you can make your own assortment of donuts.

The donuts are great! The customer service not so much. I thanked the cashier multiple times and she replied begrudgingly. I also thanked the donut decorator and her response was similar. They were both had low energy. Idk maybe I caught them on a bad day. I will try a different location to see if their service is better.

My gosh! These scrumptious little treats were amazing!! My fav was the Blueberry pancake! The staff who served us super friendly and helpful! She gave us a plain one to try and my son was quite pleased. It tasted like yellow cake mix. BYO vanilla Oreo was delish too.

I never knew this place existed until after walking out of the next door urgent care and in a mood to cheer ourselves up with a donut. We walked in and we're in awe at the made to order donut selection. Price was right and options were plenty. He ordered the cinnamon sugar and I ordered the maple bacon. Both were delivered fresh and warm and in compostable boxes that we reused for lunches before throwing in our bio bin. Cinnamon sugar was amazing. The maple bacon had real, freshly cooked bacon but was a little too rush for my taste. If we are ever in this shopping center again, we will definitely return for another few donuts.

This place is a hidden gem! If you like Crispy Kreme and enjoy them when you see the "red light," well, you're in for a treat (pun intended)! This place makes all their donuts to order right in front of you! They have many to choose from and you won't be disappointed! Go see what I'm talking about!

Awesome service, easy parking, and the best donuts in the DC/NoVa area! I lingered at the plentiful seating after getting my box of donuts. I taste tested two before taking the rest home to share. (By the way, I was dubious that the chocolate donut with gummy worm was going to be palatable, but it's my favorite donut of the season...so far!)

The view itself is quite impressive and beautiful; it's a 5 out of 5! Frankly, the view helped bump my rating up to a 4 as it was really a 3.5 overall experience. We were greeted by a server that shared that he was not our server, but dropped off two waters for us. He later passed us again and told us our server would be with us soon, after some more time had passed we asked him for straws for our water and then our waitress came back with those requested straws. She didn't greet us, but rather said here are the straws you asked for, would you like anything to drink. I asked her if she was our server and she confirmed, but I was disappointed that she didn't greet us/welcome us, ask us if this was our first time, tell us her name or at minimum independently communicate she would be our server. My husband ordered a drink, I did not and then eventually we put in our orders - deviled eggs trio (one with smoked salmon, one with bacon and one with salmon), I got the crab benedict and my hubby got the salmon and grits. Both of our meals were good and cooked well, however they both lacked flavor and w found ourselves reaching for the salt and pepper multiple times. The deviled eggs trio on the other hand, was delicious and the star of the show. All in all, I can honestly say, I will definitely be back as the views are fantastic and I truly feel the food is better than what we experienced.

He was in the mood for Lahmacun (sounds like Lahamajoun) super thin, crispy pizza topped with a mixture of minced meat with peppers, tomato, herbs, and spices. More fine, light, and delicate than the typical American thin pizza. The service, drinks, and food were beyond stellar in Narman. We felt like the only customers there and were waited on by many staff. The highlight of the day there was their pizza and their beverage presentation and flavors. We came on a weekday night and were the only people there in the end. My husband was impressed at how upscale the restaurant was and it was the finest Turkish restaurant he ever visited. He said it was similar to the hotel dining place he lived at in Turkey. This was our first restaurant in downtown Alexandria and one of our best experiences in Alexandria. The Lahmacun was the finest Turkish pizza my husband ever had. He ordered three of them! Each pizza was served on a large wood board with extra toppings on the side like lemon wedges, cilantro, and onions. They are so fine and thin that you can roll them up to eat. We had to put some of the last pizza aside for take out. I ate the takeout piece and was very impressed how delicious it was after being in the fridge overnight & re-heated. I loved the flavors of the Lahmacun and I don't even care for pizza that much. It is my most preferred pizza in my life ever next to the Crazy Ex in The Thirsty Goat in Clarksville, Tennessee. I ordered a Turkish dish with a rich and ancient history, Hunkar Begendi, or "Sultan's Delight." It dates back several centuries, and it was prepared for the sultans and high-ranking officials, and was served during special occasions and celebrations. The Hunkar Begendi had lamb and velvet soft eggplant with spices. I ordered it with a side of rice. It was very delicious and unique. Yet the Lahmacun despite its simplicity stole the show and cost 1/3 of the price of the Hunkar Begendi. For my beverage, I ordered The Elma. It has a stunning presentation in a smoke filled glass box. The Elma is a beverage with Bourbon, Peach liquor, vanilla maple, Apple butter,Lemon juice, and Apple cider. You have to watch the videos of how it is presented at the table. At the end of our dinner, they played happy birthday and surprised my husband with an ice cream and pumpkin dessert with a candle. So wonderful & heartfelt. It was a fascinating and flavorful dish. The pumpkin tasted like sweet potato & was different. This is a must see place for Turkish cuisine and the finest restaurant service. Prices are low to fair for such high quality food and service. Five Stars.

All of the hip young girls in high school recommended this place to me and my friends and lets just say, they have never been more wrong. My girls and I went this weekend for a birthday brunch. I wanted a crepe, but when I saw it was 17 DOLLARS to slap some Nutella and strawberries on a piece of crepe is outrageous. I ordered a "Continental Breakfast," which, with tax and tip, cost me $30 DOLLARS. I wish you could have seen the look on my face when they gave me a plate of rabbit food. All 6 of us looked at the plate and laughed. Seriously, my 5 year old neice can eat 3 times as much of that in one sitting. So, in what world would that be enough food for a grown woman? My friend then went on to order the French toast for a grand total of $36 DOLLARS. Mind you, there was only one piece of toast, and the Inside was raw and soggy. Tasted like eating wet, soaked toilet paper. On top of the overpriced food and small portions, our "server" came to our table for a total of ONE SINGULAR TIME. My friend had also ordered a Chai Latte. Surprise, Surprise! It never came, and they still charged her for it. I think the nice man who brought us our food could see the look on our faces when we received our food, because he then brought us a free side of French fries. It is a huge problem when the french fries were the only sufficient thing I put in my mouth at this restaurant. I please, genuinely beg all of you to NOT waste your money. I promise there is anywhere else where you can get a crepe for double the size and half the cost. Once we left, we went down to Call Your Mother, the Jewish Deli, to get more food, as all of us left with our tummies still rumbling. Mind you, a full bagel sandwich and coffee cost HALF THE PRICE of one meal at Fontaine. Horrible. Mind you, it is 2 days later, and I am still thinking about this. I fully created a Yelp account just so I could leave a review. I think I would have a better experience eating an IHOP Continental breakfast than whatever I put in my mouth at this restaurant. Not worth the hype at all. Save your hard-earned cash and be a big baller elsewhere!
