Oof. I'd love to write a great review, but... yesterday was probably my last day visiting Dunkin' Donuts. Their coffee is pretty tasty, but yesterday we went through the drive thru for some donuts. We ordered a box of the "Munchkins" - 25 donut holes (except there were only 18), and 2 apple fritters. Everything was dry, old, and the donut holes were only half glazed. Ended up throwing them away. To top it all off, the wait time in the drive thru was almost 25 minutes. I thought with the long wait and high prices, they'd at least serve fresh donuts. Not the case. So in reading the other reviews, I was hesitant in trying this place out. I've tried Dunkin when I was on a trip to Florida and I wasn't a fan of the donuts or the coffee at the time but I decided to go ahead and try it out. It's been busy with a huge line since they opened about a week ago, but I just so happened to pass by and the drive thru line was empty. I was greeted by a cheery, friendly voice who answered my questions about what was in the iced pink velvet macchiato so I decided to try it since it's only available for a limited time. It's a take on a red velvet macchiato. I also tried the double chocolate donuts, one for myself and my husband. It's a chocolate cake donut with a light sugar glaze topped with chocolate frosting. We pull up to the window and when I got my drink I thought it was too pretty to drink LOL Our server was great! He made no mistakes like others have experienced but maybe that was because we were the only ones in drive thru. I decided to park and check out what the inside looked like. It's quite large for a donut shop with plenty of seating outside but not so much inside. And the staff does a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the place. When I was inside and there was no line, the workers were busy cleaning and restocking before the rush hit again. Maybe once the workers get the hang of the rush of customers coming through all day, they might add more tables and chairs. Overall, we had a great experience at this Dunkin, and I can't wait to stop by again for some more coffee and donuts! And just an FYI to anyone who wants to try this place but gets easily frustrated with the workers and chooses to lash out at them..... it is just like any other fast food place that hires young adults and teens, so please have patience with them because you don't know if the person that you get is still training and new on the job. What an absolute trash company. I had been going to Starbucks for many years but decided to try this place. I liked the taste of the hazelnut flavoring and would have continued going there but apparently it is "company policy" to screw people over. I get my coffee with little to no ice because I drink it slowly and the ice would end up melting, watering down the drink. When you get less ice they intentionally short you on your drink. They won't fill the cup up to the top. Take a look at the picture I posted. This is such bullshit. It's so petty. You're going to screw me out of maybe $.25 of coffee? This is so typical of corporate America. All they can see is today; not thinking about the future. Not thinking about the benefits of customer service. So, as a company, they'd rather get an extra $.25 but lose potential lifelong customers. I could be spending $4.33 every single day. Now I'm spending nothing. I will go back to Starbucks because they don't screw me over and they make the coffee how I like it. Coffee should be made to the customers liking. Well, I waited all this time to try you Dunkin and you let me down. Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered 2 apple fritters, 2 glazed donuts, asked if they had old fashioned with chocolate, was told yes so ordered one. Then I asked for a cake donut with any kind of icing, was told we don't have any cake donuts, we only have yeast. I completed my order and paid. Get home and have 2 fritters (so far so good), ONE glazed, and a CAKE donut with chocolate frosting (that was.told they didn't have). Shorted me a glazed and didn't get the chocolate old fashioned. Didn't get a receipt, so can't do a thing about it. Also, the driest donuts I've ever had. Won't be back. What a disappointment! read more

Slow service. Been here 3 times and had to wait over 15 minutes as the 2nd car in the drive thru for donuts and coffee...

Ordered online as I always do being we work so close otherwise I would be at Starbucks or Dutch but anyway I came to pick up my order and the door was locked. A crew member was using a hand gesture for me walk around in the drive through to pick up. First of all it's a drive through not a walk up and second they really expect us to have to wait in a line that we wanted to avoid doing. hence the online order. Used to frequent the Hanford location twice a month when I had to go there for doctor visits. Visiting Dunkin and Aldi's was my highlight! Now that its in my town I don't go as much as I thought I would(too many days of the week). When I do go I am always treated well and the order is always right. Once there was a misunderstanding and it was my fault. I asked for the specific donut incorrectly, realized it at the window and asked for the right one. They gave it to me and said not to worry about it. They have excellent customer service. Love the iced coffee with hazelnut creamer or the iced hibiscus tea! They sell a box of the hibiscus tea at each location too. Cute seasonal dunkin merch can be found at each location. The smell inside is delicious. read more

Waited a while which is expected for it being new to town. The girl at the register charged me for my cup of water on accident and had to ask her manager for assistance. She also input my coffee in wrong and didn't even understand which one I was ordering, I had to point at the picture on the screen. My jelly donut had the tiniest amount of jelly, I mean very very little jelly. A little disappointed but gave them 4 stars for being new. Will revisit and reevaluate. read more

Oh dear what can I say? Probably quite a bit, but I'll attempt to keep it short. "attempt" Okay, I ordered certain types of donuts by putting a check in the little boxes that were "required." Was very proud that I could still follow directions and knew at least one of my former teachers would have been proud too! The donuts were somewhat shrunken, not by make, but by staleness. Y'all know, one could spot the stale donuts in a glass case from a street window as he/she walked by a donut store of years ago already knowing which one to NOT purchase upon walking in. The jelly and glazed donuts' glaze was dry and had soaked into them thereby not showing that sheen those usually have. The final test was biting into one.....dry and chewy. I am laughing at all the bad reviews. They just opened a week ago so of course their employees are going to make mistakes. If you visit after March of 2020, they should be a lot better. These donuts are east coast donuts so they taste different than California donuts. They are smaller and taste different. I grew up in New York so I love these donuts. My favorite is the bavarian creme donut. If you have never tried their donuts before, just ask for a dozen assorted donuts. Then you can decide if you like them. By the way, the fresh donuts made at Walmart on Mooney are VERY similar to dunkin donuts, and they are much less expensive, but they have fewer flavors. read more

Ugh!! First and last time I will be going. My kids begged for Scotties but I thought let's try Dunkin. In the drive thru there wasn't a donut menu, maybe I was misled by the restaurant name, so I blindly ordered sugar donuts. The only sugar donuts they have are glazed - fine, I'll take 4 glazed donuts and 3 sets of donut holes. I was told donut holes are called munchkins and they have chocolate- no chocolate please I'll take 3. I will save you the rest of the 5 minute conversation that followed but in that entire conversation I was never told that if you buy 2 donuts the price is $3.69, but if you buy 6 it's $5.79 - since I didn't study the menu before ordering, I could have saved over $1.50 on just my donuts. My complete order of 30 munchkins, large coffee and 4 glazed donuts was $20 n change. Customer service was a joke and the food quality - not as good as Scotties! read more

First time trying Duncan Doughnuts and was really excited but for me the doughnuts were just meh . The flavor and texture is definitely different from anything served around here. This location is less than appealing in more ways than one. Upon entrance, there is Dunkin Donuts trash on the ground all the way up to the front door (if I weren't there for my daughter I would have left before even entering). Once we are in the lobby we are barely greeted. The staff is less than friendly and have the attitude that they don't want to be there. When looking for a table the choice was difficult because several of the tables were dirty. And at 9:30 am there were still tables with the chairs stacked on them. The floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in weeks. There was trash on the ground throughout the lobby and coffee spilled. This is not the first time we have been experienced a dirty lobby at this location, leaving me to believe there is no one designated to clean it. It seems as though they only care about the drive-thru customers. This place is overpriced with mediocre food. The plain bagel I ordered had a massive glob of cream cheese on it. To the point it was not edible and I had to wipe half of it off, which made the experience of eating it not as enjoyable. With inflation rising, I am picky where I spend my hard earned money. This will not be the place I will be supporting with my dollar any longer. I would rather go with a local donut shop. read more

They should just sell donuts!!!! I ordered medium hot coffee with oat milk. I was charged an additional $.79 for the oat milk and this girl making the drink just placed a few drops, not even a splash. Then my daughter ordered the peach coconut refresher and it tasted like medicine/ suspension! I thought I had gone to Rite-Aid!!!! Worst drink ever. That was the only refresher available and that explains it!! My son on the other hand ordered Avo toast, bread was not even toasted and the avo... no words to explain it!!!! Definitely waste of time and money! My take on this .... Just order donuts and get drinks elsewhere or make yourself one at home! You are welcome! read more
